I need assistance with my refunds. Recently, I accidentally purchased 3 Kegels Balls exercise weights instead of 1. I returned the extra 2 items to the seller over a week ago, but I only received a partial refund from the seller. The full refund amount for the Kegels balls should be $46.58. On May 2, I received an email from the seller stating they refunded me $23.29, which is only for 1 of the items. I also need to be refunded for the return shipping and handling fee I paid ($13.60) since I couldn't print the labels due to lack of access to a computer or printer.
