I registered on eBay on April 30th to sell a collection of original vintage photos from Indonesia that I personally reframed. I followed the registration process as instructed and opened a PayPal account. However, I seem to have misplaced or not received a bank document regarding an access code linked to my ID, which I believe has left my PayPal account inactive. I have taken steps this morning at my bank, LCL in Annonay, to address this issue. Initially, I only listed one of the photos for sale to test the process, and to my surprise, I received an email stating my account was suspended, and the listed photo was removed from the site. Hello, I participated in 2 auctions. The first one was for the Bimby TM5 sold by Agoscer_26 with the auction number [redacted]34-0. I paid via bank transfer and the package never arrived. They claimed they did everything correctly, but the package still didn't arrive. On 04/28/[redacted], they mentioned a refund, which also never arrived. I am no longer registered with them.
The second auction was for a Bimby TM6, auction number 06-04[redacted]4, sold by Asfer-80. I paid €[redacted] via postal transfer. Many emails were exchanged for the shipment, and they said it would be sent the day after the transfer. However, I have not heard from them since. I wrote 2 emails today to inquire about the shipment, but received no reply. I need the full names, surnames, and phone numbers of these individuals. I saw that the second person is still selling, I hope they are not scamming anyone else.

I purchased an item on eBay from a seller who claimed it was used but in working condition. I received the item on April 29, [redacted]. On April 12, [redacted], I bought a Konami TURBO GRAFX 16 MINI Entertainment SuperSystem Game Console (Item: [redacted]34) using my credit card. Unfortunately, the seller selected DHL as the shipping company, which delivered the item to the wrong location and mistakenly signed for it. In April, I bought a hoverboard as a birthday gift. When purchasing, I made sure to select the right item. However, I received a completely different hoverboard that wasn't even on sale. I have been trying to contact the seller for days to get a refund. They only agreed to a return but never confirmed a full refund upon receipt. I purchased a 2ULV fogger on eBay with an estimated arrival date of April 6th. I tried to cancel the order a day before, as it was clear it wouldn't arrive on time. The seller ignored my cancellation request and shipped the item late with an invalid tracking number. The package arrived more than two weeks past the due date with multiple tracking numbers. eBay closed my case in favor of the seller, but the package eventually arrived after going through several carriers. I placed an order this morning for a camera (order #[redacted]91) but it was charged to the wrong credit card. I attempted to cancel the order to switch the payment method to my PayPal credit account. Now, I am facing two issues.

I noticed that my account was restricted suddenly without any notice. After that, I received an email requesting tracking numbers and proof of delivery but no explanation was given for the restriction. I promptly uploaded all the tracking information and asked them to clarify the reason for the restriction. The next day, I got another email with the same request, but no explanation. I replied asking how to resolve this issue and what caused the restriction, assuming it might be related to tracking and delivery. Despite multiple follow-up emails and starting a new case, I haven't received any replies. When I called, I was informed that no one could assist me at that moment, but they said my issue would be noted for someone to reach out to me. It has been six days since I've been unable to sell, and I am frustrated by the lack of communication and support. My account has never had any prior problems. If this concern is related to tracking and delivery, eBay's website assures protections for sellers in such situations.
