Hello, I inadvertently clicked the "Buy It Now" button on eBay without confirming the purchase. I did not proceed with the commitment or payment. However, I received a notification stating that I committed to the purchase. I immediately requested cancellation, and eBay initiated the cancellation process. I have repeated the same scenario with other items on eBay, but no commitment was automatically made. I have reached out to the seller multiple times, offering to pay if they agree to change the shipment address, but I have not received a response yet. I tried to change the address and complete the payment, but I encountered an error message indicating that the item is missing or blocked. I would appreciate assistance with resolving this issue. Hello, I bought two desks for my twins' birthday on 20.11.19, costing £[redacted]. Unfortunately, both desks arrived damaged. I reached out to the seller, Home Furnishing, via email for guidance on what to do, but received no response. The only reply I got was when I left a negative review. They claimed not to have received my initial email, so I sent it again. However, to this day, they have not responded. Our twins' birthday celebration was ruined, and they are just 5 years old. It's disheartening that they believe delivering damaged items is acceptable. Best regards, C.S.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with payment. I am unable to pay for my items using PayPal as it doesn't allow me to proceed. When I attempt to use my bank account, it keeps saying, "We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or verify your payment details." I have sufficient funds in my bank account, and the details are accurate. Despite not having a PayPal account, I am still unable to make a payment using my bank account. I am unsure what the problem is and would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this matter. Thank you.

I won auction [redacted]01 on December 1st under the username underdog10. I made the payment via PayPal on the same night of the auction. The seller, going by the username berbor14, suddenly informed me today via email that she changed her mind about selling the boots after I had already paid. This situation feels unfair. My Ebay selling privileges have been permanently suspended due to my IP address being linked to my son's account. My wife used the account for drop shipping and accessing shipping details. I have a clear account under the username ppcomp. I've attempted to appeal multiple times without success, as the appeal page lacks information. I unfortunately fell victim to a scam involving Norma Perry selling a [redacted] Toyota Tacoma truck. I received an invoice for the truck and was asked to pay using eBay cards. After purchasing the cards, I called the provided number [redacted] and spoke with Frank. Subsequently, I received another email requesting $[redacted] for insurance on the truck, which led me to buy more eBay cards and call the same number. This time, I spoke with James and provided him with the card numbers as requested. He mentioned he would be in touch afterward.

I bid on a Laura Geller item and won, but I requested a different postage method due to not being home. The seller hasn't responded and now I want to cancel, but I haven't gotten any replies after messaging four times. Ebay says I need to pay or they will open a non-payment claim, but since the seller has been unresponsive, I am hesitant to proceed. I hope Ebay can see my attempts to communicate with the seller and understand my situation.

I acquired a camera suitcase in person 30 days post the auction's end due to being out of state. There are eBay messages with the seller agreeing to this before I collected it. The seller mistakenly stated the suitcase met airline carry-on standards. At the airport, I discovered it was too large when I tried it in the airline's size checkers before departing. The item is unusable for me, but the seller is refusing returns despite the erroneous listing.

Hello, I suspect that my eBay and email accounts have been compromised. I received an email from eBay requesting verification for a password change that I did not authorize, indicating a possible breach. Unfortunately, my email account has also been compromised, preventing me from resetting my eBay password. I am locked out due to a password change I did not initiate, and unable to update my phone number to receive an authorization code. I recently sold item [redacted]49, and the buyer requested a return because she "didn't like it." My listing clearly states that no returns are accepted. Despite this, she left unfair neutral feedback. Unfortunately, I am unable to leave feedback as eBay has marked the item as returned, even though no return was accepted. Other buyers have been satisfied with the item and listing, and the photos accurately represented the product. I kindly request to have the unfair feedback removed and the item not incorrectly marked as returned on my eBay account.

My eBay account got suspended after attempting to sell an item. The notification I received mentioned concerns with my account activity and stated that unless verified, I cannot appeal or register a new account. They explained it was to protect their community. I tried to verify over the phone but couldn't wait. I prefer to do this by email to expedite the process and start selling on eBay again.

As a dedicated eBay member, I was surprised to discover a charge exceeding $[redacted].00 for November postings, when my total sales were less than $[redacted].00. I found it perplexing how a [redacted]% fee was applied to my sales. After reaching out to several Customer Service representatives in the Philippines on November 21, [redacted], I was assured the fees would be corrected due to a billing error. However, by December 2, nearly $[redacted].00 had been withdrawn from my bank account. Despite being told I would only be responsible for $50.00, subsequent calls on December 3 revealed no record of my case or refund under the name Alvin, who provided me with case number 1-2-[redacted]7. Feeling uneasy about this, I sought a contact number within the USA, only to be informed that everything is outsourced without local contact details. Frustrated by the lack of resolution, I have reached out to the Better Business Bureau, PayPal, and my bank for investigation purposes regarding this unsettling experience, which I believe to be a scam. As a sixty-year-old US Navy veteran, I hope to resolve this issue promptly before taking further actions.

Today I created an eBay account to make some purchases. Unfortunately, I encountered various issues, including having my initial account suspended after a frustrating JavaScript loop. I decided to create a new account with a different email address. Despite reaching the payment stage with a different card, I encountered an error message stating that my card couldn't be processed, even though I've used it without problems during my deployment.

I bought two iPhones from a seller named tekguru on eBay, but I only received one phone. Despite trying to resolve the issue, I didn't receive sufficient information from the seller, and eBay closed the case prematurely. Running into dead ends, I reached out to USPS, who confirmed that sending two separate packages with the same tracking number indicates fraud. Therefore, I kindly request for the case to be reopened and resolved to issue a refund for the missing iPhone.

I was on eBay just now handling my first sale when I mistakenly bought a shipping label. I didn't see any clear "purchase now" option or a chance to choose a payment method. I wasn't aware of where this charge was directed or what it was for. I'm hoping for a refund since I never meant to make this purchase. I am confused about how eBay managed to charge me for something when I hadn't provided any payment information.

I was trying to purchase a snow globe for my sister for Christmas within my budget of $20-30. I bid on one listed for $20 with FREE shipping, choosing it over a similar one priced at $20 with over $8 shipping. However, when I went to my cart, the shipping cost showed as $40! This sudden increase is incredibly unfair. I feel like I was deceived by the seller. I have tried contacting them twice but received no response. Shipping a snow globe should not cost more than $10 through UPS or USPS. Any seller charging triple the product price for shipping seems unjust and potentially deceitful. eBay should investigate such practices as they are not reasonable and should provide an option to report such accounts.
