I purchased an item on December 22, [redacted], which included £3.50 for the item and £3.95 for shipping. Upon arrival on January 9th, the postman requested an additional £24 for express shipping, although I had only paid for standard shipping at £4. I was not informed of an express option during purchase. Given that the item arrived 18 days later, it is evident that express shipping was not utilized. I am requesting a £24 refund for the additional charge incurred.

A buyer recently requested a refund, claiming the item was not as described. Upon reviewing the picture the buyer sent me, it is evident that it shows a Taylor Swift [redacted] factory sealed CD. However, upon receiving the CD back, it was not in the same condition as sold. The shrink wrap had been removed, the contents taken out, and then the shrink wrap reapplied. With my background as a Manager at Wal-Mart focusing on asset protection, I am familiar with these incidents involving CDs being returned by buyers.

I received a product listed as new, but it arrived with scuffs, missing parts, and crumpled instructions. After notifying the seller, they offered a discount or to send the missing parts, but later mentioned they are no longer selling the item. They suggested a refund if I send it back, however, I'm hesitant due to the postage fees. This misleading advertisement left my child disappointed on Christmas. I am hoping for a refund.

I encountered an issue with an eBay purchase recently. My wife found a listing for 8 MSD coil packs at a good price, but only received 7 in the package. Upon contacting the seller, they were rude and unhelpful. Despite my long history with eBay and positive feedback, this experience was disappointing. The item's main picture showed 8 coil packs, leading to confusion. I refuse to support a seller with such poor communication and misleading listings. I value honesty and transparency in transactions. Moving forward, I will be more cautious with my eBay purchases to prevent similar incidents. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention. Warm regards, Lisa22220_2.

I made a purchase on November 3rd, [redacted], with an expected delivery date of December 6th, [redacted]. I have reached out to the seller multiple times for information or a refund. Initially, they blamed delays on China Post, but now it seems like they are stalling. My first contact was on December 19th, [redacted], informing them that I had not received the goods. Despite ongoing emails until January 8th, [redacted], there have been no resolutions. The tracking information only shows the item was posted to China Post on November 7th, [redacted], with no further updates available. - Robert.

I purchased three items, but only two were successful. The most expensive one didn't go through, with a message stating the seller hasn't received payment yet. I'm puzzled as my other orders were processed fine. I used a $50 prepaid gift card with sufficient funds for all three items. Any insights would be appreciated.

My eBay email username is Joel Joe [redacted]. I recently received an email regarding a customer complaint on a sale, although I haven't sold anything on eBay in years. Please refrain from taking any action in my PayPal account if that is the intention, as I believe this claim to be false. Unfortunately, my cell phone is currently out of order, so I can only provide my home number: [redacted]. I go by the name Joe Ciccone, originally from the Bronx, NY, and residing in West Palm Beach, FL since [redacted].

This is my third time trying to get this issue fixed. I purchased Item #[redacted]74 on 1/1/19 and got it on 01/7/19. The next day, I asked for a return, but seller Michael Guckin rejected it. I've been dealing with eBay and PayPal, but I'm still missing the information I need. Even using GETHUMAN hasn't helped - no contact from customer service in the last few days. Please get back to me using my email address below.

Hello, I was browsing on eBay from my smartphone in search of a laptop with specific specifications. After careful consideration, I found an item that seemed to meet all my requirements as the title and description clearly stated the laptop had a 512GB SSD. However, upon receiving the laptop, I discovered it only had a 256GB SSD, which was a discrepancy from the initial listing. When I contacted the seller about this issue, they seemed to blame me for not carefully reading the listing that mentioned both storage sizes. Despite their suggestion to return the laptop for a full refund, I am disappointed by the misleading information in the ad. I do not wish to return the laptop but would prefer a replacement SSD or a partial refund to rectify the situation. I attempted to resolve this matter with the seller, but no satisfactory agreement was reached. I hope to find a solution that allows me to keep the laptop with the correct specifications as advertised. Thank you.

I bought a $[redacted] item with $79 expedited shipping. Despite the item arriving two days late, it was delivered to an incorrect address. After some effort, I retrieved the package. I initially gave neutral feedback as the item was fine, but the shipping issue annoyed me. I requested a refund for the shipping cost only. The situation worsened as the seller reacted poorly to my request, accusing me of various issues. My history on eBay has always been positive since [redacted]. I hope eBay can review our correspondence and address this unpleasant experience. - Kimberly L.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy J5 from a seller called Endless Idea because it was listed as dispatched from the UK, but it arrived from China 2 weeks later. When I tried to update the operating system for a new banking app, it showed that the device had been tampered with. I had a local phone technician confirm it's not authentic, with different emblems from genuine J5 phones. Recently, the battery dropped to 13%, took a long time to charge, and the screen stopped responding. Now it won't even power on. I feel frustrated as I've been deceived with a fake that cost me £93, sold under false pretenses with delayed delivery. I'm upset because I can't communicate with my family, including my son who lives far away, and can't afford a replacement. Dealing with PayPal and eBay has been unhelpful. I urgently seek a refund. Item ID: [redacted]26, Return ID: [redacted].

The item I ordered has not been delivered. Despite the seller indicating a delay due to Christmas mail, it still hasn't arrived. The tracking number does not show a delivered status. The seller informed me that Royal Mail confirmed the package was lost, instructing me to file a claim for a refund. However, the proof of posting provided was unreadable. I attempted to claim via Royal Mail's lost items process but struggled due to needing the seller's personal information, which I don't have access to through eBay. I reached out to the seller, requesting them to make the claim and refund me, but have not received a response in about a week. I am frustrated with the lack of communication and feel burdened with the refund process when it should be handled by the seller. Despite trying to make an official request through eBay, I have not heard back either. This situation is unusual for me, and I am seeking advice on how to proceed.

I live abroad and placed an order for an iPhone X to be delivered to a US address but needed to change the shipping address. The seller was unresponsive, taking a day to reply to each message via eBay. They eventually canceled the order without reason and didn't refund me; eBay had to step in for the refund. After encountering multiple different responses from eBay customer service, I was informed by one representative that the seller should have provided the item at the original price. I was supposed to receive an invoice to repurchase the item, but it never came. When I followed up, another rep said nothing could be done, and now the item costs $[redacted] more. Missing out on a 15% discount day compounded the issue. The misleading information I received from eBay led me to miss out on purchasing the phone at the original price elsewhere with the discount. I am extremely dissatisfied with eBay's service and am seeking to escalate my concerns about this poor buying experience.

Hello everyone, I hope you are all well. I wanted to provide an update on case number #[redacted] as there are still unresolved issues. Initially, I sold an iPhone 7 and the buyer had an concern about missing screws. I offered to send replacement screws, but the buyer decided to return the device, which I don't typically do. Eventually, the money was released back to me, but later $[redacted] went missing from my bank account without explanation. I never received the iPhone back or a tracking number, and I never confirmed the return with the buyer. A few weeks ago, I spoke to a helpful eBay customer service representative, who agreed that the situation was unfair and assured me the issue would be resolved. However, I have not heard anything since. I am currently abroad on a service project without phone service until early March and would appreciate an update on this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

eBay Item Number [redacted]66 Seller: Nova Computers 64GB, 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, 1TB OTG Flash Drive USB 2.0 Memory Stick There is a concern about the authenticity of this item. Fake memory sticks are becoming more widespread, with some falsely advertising storage capacities. It's likened to having a bucket labeled for 10 gallons but can only hold 1 gallon. Similarly, a fake memory card may claim to have 1TB but actually only store a fraction of that. This can lead to data loss and misleading buyers. It's important for eBay to address such issues to protect consumers and maintain trust on the platform. The seller's feedback indicates a pattern of concerns, so action should be taken to prevent the sale of counterfeit items and uphold eBay's reputation. Your attention to this matter is appreciated to ensure a fair marketplace for all customers.

On December 31st, I received an offer of $[redacted] for my Roxy snowboard, listed under item number [redacted]71. After accepting the offer, I prepared the board to ship, but the buyer, Keru-90, expressed surprise at the shipping cost and requested to cancel the order. A few days later, she made a new offer of $[redacted], which I accepted to help her with shipping expenses. Despite delays in payment and multiple inquiries about the board's condition, I remained transparent about the scratches and its used status. Recently, the buyer raised complaints about rust and dents on the board, which I had already disclosed. Feeling harassed and unfairly demanded for additional discounts, I sought help from eBay and PayPal to resolve the issue. I offered a partial refund or a discount to end the ongoing messages, but the buyer has not responded. Due to the continuing stress caused by this situation, I plan to block the buyer and prioritize my work responsibilities as a teacher. I'm concerned about the possibility of further damages to the board and await eBay's assistance in handling this distressing encounter.

I'm a woman who detests shopping, a rarity among my peers. Even when I was younger and slimmer, with a long inseam and large shoe size, I dislike the task, especially now with added weight. Online shopping is becoming increasingly time-consuming; many clothes are now made in China with sizes that don't match US standards. I struggle to find long leggings, yoga pants, and Christmas tops that fit me well, often resorting to UK websites due to their larger sizes. It's frustrating that shipping costs sometimes exceed the product price. The US average size is 16, but I can't locate American sites offering the sizes I need. Despite specifying US sizes in my searches, I'm mainly met with subpar items. Online shopping has become a headache, and I wish it were easier. Thank you.

I found an item on eBay with ID# [redacted]56. I made an offer, which the seller accepted, but when I tried to purchase it, I got an error saying it wasn't recognized. After struggling with this, eBay advised me to update my password and information, which I did but still faced issues. After feeling frustrated, I decided to give up on the purchase. eBay then mentioned that the seller might consider a sale in person since we were in the same city. The seller messaged me about a different item through a separate account, offering a "Band New Genuine cayuna [redacted] aircraft engine assembly." I contacted the seller and bought the item, but it arrived needing repairs. The seller agreed to a return, but now denies it and claims he is fixing it for the second time. He demanded cash at the sale and now refuses to honor the return policy. eBay informed me it wasn't an authorized sale, leaving me in a difficult situation. I seek assistance as other eBay representatives mention the money-back warranty still applies, as the item was not as described. Please review all communication between myself and seller "GASSITT & UNIT362" and also messages involving "GASSITT" and "bopete_72." Thank you.
