I encountered issues with my eBay account which led to unpaid bills for three vendors despite my attempts over two weeks. Unfortunately, I was a victim of theft and assault. eBay Credit demanded $[redacted] for promotional charges plus interest, but they couldn't provide a record of these charges upon my request. Moreover, a lady informed me of new restrictions on payments in the "green zone" after I had already processed a payment. Despite my account being compromised and me losing access to one bank account due to the eBay breach, a customer service representative treated me rudely on the phone.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my recent purchase on eBay. I bought a PC from seller Colgantech, now known as SJsystems, with the item number #[redacted]99. The PC was advertised to have a one-year warranty. Unfortunately, the PC stopped working recently, and despite my attempts to contact the seller via phone, email, and eBay messages, I have not received any response. The seller continues to promote PCs with a one-year warranty on their eBay store, but it seems they are not honoring this commitment. This behavior is misleading and damaging the eBay community. As a long-time eBay user since [redacted], I value the buyer-seller interactions on the platform. I kindly request your assistance in addressing this issue. Thank you, J. Schlak

Dear Customer Support, I am writing to report a recent unauthorized activity on my eBay account. On [redacted], someone made unauthorized purchases of 3 Brother PT-[redacted] Label Thermal Printers from seller tiffa.carri. The transactions occurred at 13:02 and 13:03, and were charged to my credit card. I am unable to provide a transaction ID currently. However, I can share the IP address associated with the transactions - 81.[redacted].[redacted].52. This IP address is unfamiliar to me, and I urge you to investigate further by reviewing my previous transactions. I kindly request the cancellation of these transactions and a refund to be processed to my card/account. My bank advised that Paypal may assist in resolving this matter since the transactions were processed through their system. I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and look forward to hearing about the resolution soon. Thank you for your assistance.

Subject: Concern Regarding Recent Purchase Dear Seller, I recently purchased a brown watch from your store and while I appreciate the style, I was surprised that the price differed significantly from the advertised $0.99. The watch I received looks nothing like the ones showcased in the listing. I believe it's important for sellers to accurately represent their products to customers. While I find your watches to be attractive, I am concerned about the discrepancy between the advertised price and the actual product offered. Transparency is key to building trust with buyers. Sincerely, Annette

I am puzzled as to why the funds were debited from my account, despite multiple assurances from representatives that this would not happen. I was assured of protection that I did not feel was provided. The buyer's claims seem false, as the boots I received appear to have been damaged by a dog. When I tried to discuss this with the representatives, they dismissed me and mentioned there was no solution, implying that I should be cautious about my online sales. Their tone was impolite and sarcastic. Only after the fourth call was I given a procedure to present evidence of the situation. I feel exploited, leading me to consider using alternative platforms like Amazon, Poshmark, Etsy, Mercari, Craigslist, or Facebook, where I have not encountered such treatment. The attitude I received from eBay's "customer service" made me believe that eBay is the primary and only platform available, which is not true. Your representatives and the buyer have had a detrimental impact on my well-being due to my health issues. Due to various health problems affecting my neurological and social capabilities, I no longer work in a traditional job. I have attached pictures of the boots the buyer returned claiming I did not reach out to her. Her complaints seem unfounded as the heel was not just detached but torn. Since she did not return the broken heels, I suspect they might be with her dog. I am extremely disappointed with eBay's handling of this matter. Renewing my subscription and listing on your platform in the future will need thorough consideration. I have been deceived multiple times by your representatives, making it challenging to trust eBay for future transactions.

Hello, I am seeking a refund for a recent order I made on May 9th. The item I purchased was an Amazon Fire HD 8 (7th generation) in marine blue, 16GB, with Wi-Fi from seller davidlee8086. The tracking number for this order is [redacted][redacted]09, and the total cost was $46 plus $4.10 for shipping. Unfortunately, the package was returned to the seller, and I have been unable to reach them for a response despite multiple attempts. I am eager to receive a refund as the delivery seems unlikely, and this situation has been frustrating. I insist on a full refund of $50.10 as I am disappointed with the seller's lack of communication and the unsuccessful delivery. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly as I have already obtained a replacement Kindle and only need the refund at this time. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I recently sold an iPhone 6 that was in great working condition, but the buyer claims it's not charging properly a month later. Due to internet issues, I couldn't respond to their request for a refund until today, and now customer service is involved. I'm unsure of my rights in this situation since the phone was functioning perfectly when sold, and the buyer even confirmed it initially. Unfortunately, I lack proof of the phone's condition upon sale. The current charging issue seems out of my control. What should be my next steps regarding this matter?

A buyer initiated a return claiming the item was broken, but upon receiving it back, it appeared used, not damaged. I contacted eBay, who requested photos for my case. After providing all necessary information, I was escalated to the appeals department. Following their instructions, I refunded the buyer, but upon reaching out to appeals, they stated they couldn't assist further. I am confused about the next steps. I have evidence through photos showing the discrepancy between the returned used item and the new one I sold. Despite over 11 years on eBay and a positive feedback history, I am bothered by the lack of support for sellers. Sellers deserve a fair resolution, especially when faced with unjust returns and financial losses, like the shipping label expenses. The current situation leaves me feeling disheartened and a bit disillusioned. Ensuring fairness for all parties involved is crucial to maintain trust within the platform. Best regards, Bella

I bought a sublimation printer on February 6, [redacted], but only recently had the chance to set it up. From the start, the cyan color has been inconsistent. It sometimes works and other times not. I initially attributed this to the CSI system installation and hoped it would stabilize after using the first ink batch. However, the color remains unreliable, and last week, the printer stopped recognizing the cartridges altogether. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps and contacting Square Trade and Epson, I haven't found a solution. The seller hasn't been helpful, and upon checking negative feedback, I discovered similar issues reported by other customers. I urgently need to return the printer for a refund as it's impacting my business. Please reach out to me via email to address this problem promptly. Thank you.

I am extremely frustrated with eBay for altering my listings without my permission, specifically by adding a "make an offer" feature and accepting offers on my behalf. I am tired of constantly having to change my listings back and feel like my control over pricing is being taken away. It is unacceptable that eBay is making these changes without consulting sellers like me. I am considering taking my business elsewhere if this continues. Unfortunately, there seems to be no option to prevent this issue using the mobile app. I want eBay to respect that I own the products and should have the final say in pricing. My account name is natnew-66.

I am disappointed by eBay's suspension of my account due to a delivery issue I experienced with a product I purchased. The customer service representatives I spoke with seemed untrained and did not address my concerns appropriately. Despite some helpful supervisors, my account was suspended unjustly. I feel like my feedback fell on deaf ears, and I was treated poorly for raising a legitimate issue. Being bombarded with unsolicited emails and deals after my suspension feels like a further insult. I expect better treatment when spending my money. If this continues, I will take legal action. eBay needs to address customer concerns effectively and provide better service.

I tried to respond to a text about an unauthorized order, but my messages didn't go through. I contacted eBay multiple times to request a refund, but the seller didn't respond. Eventually, a lady from eBay assured me that I would get my refund by May 21. I spoke to a man named Doug initially when I first learned about the order mistake. eBay's messages seem confusing, suggesting I should return the item even though it's for pick-up only. I'm not on turbo, so the order shouldn't have happened. I've contacted PayPal, spent hours on this case, and still keep getting texts from eBay offering help despite already informing them of the situation. This experience has made me hesitant to continue using eBay due to the confusion and lack of clear resolution.

On April 28, [redacted], I made a purchase on eBay using a newly added credit card. Shortly after, I received notice that an unauthorized third party may have listed the item I purchased. eBay advised me to open a case in the Resolution Center, which I did under Ref #[redacted]. eBay later informed me that a full refund of GBP 57.96 was issued to my PayPal account. However, I have not seen this refund reflected in my bank account. I am reaching out to eBay for assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you. Sincerely, Veljko Lucic

I sold a phone to a customer who didn't realize it had limited functionality in the U.S. We agreed on a return with a restocking fee, but I mistakenly clicked on the "Accept Return" button, making it difficult for me to issue a partial refund. I'm unable to refund through PayPal as the funds are on hold. I need help either processing a partial refund or restarting the return process to correct the refund amount. Thank you.

I placed an order that was shipped through UPS on May 15th. The tracking information indicated it was delivered to the Global Shipping Center in Erlanger, KY on the 17th. However, there has been a confusing turn of events as my package left KY, then went to NJ, and is now being sent back to Erlanger. This unexpected backtracking is causing a significant delay in the delivery process. Despite having a tracking number, I am frustrated with the inaccuracies in UPS's scans. The current situation is causing a delay of 7-10 additional days as the package needs to clear the Global Distribution Center, go through customs, and then finally be delivered to me. This delay has already cost me three business days and is unacceptable. On a side note, I find the Global Shipping service to be unfavorable for international customers. It is not a practical solution and has led to a negative experience in this transaction.

I have purchased items and it took too much time. Not all countries have functioning post offices anymore, and the seller does not offer other shipping methods like DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT where buyers can pay extra for priority shipping. Some buyers cannot afford additional charges, resulting in long waits to receive items. The current use of the post office by the seller does not work well, especially in the Middle East. I suggest revising the policy for sellers to provide different shipping options for customers. This change could lead to faster and more efficient services, aiding sellers in processing orders quicker than the slower post office method. Including shipping choices beyond just economy, like priority, could greatly benefit both buyers and sellers. Thank you.

I'm experiencing issues logging into my account even after clearing the browser cache. This is preventing me from adding items to my cart and making purchases. When I attempted to buy an item on eBay.co.uk, I noticed a price discrepancy compared to eBay.com. I'm concerned about the security of my debit card information stored on PayPal and eBay due to the login problems. I also mistakenly committed to buying two items and have since requested cancellations from the sellers, which they confirmed. Could you please assist me in resolving these login and purchase problems promptly?

I bought a hard drive on eBay expecting it by the 25th. Despite the eBay confirmation showing this date, the tracking info now says the 29th. The seller shipped it via media mail, against eBay and USPS rules. Contacting the seller, I was dismissed. Reporting to eBay, they only offer a warning and can't confirm if it will be issued. I feel exploited as the seller broke rules for cheaper shipping, delaying my item. Media mail is rough on delicate items. eBay's slow response and lack of seller accountability disappoint me. USPS losing money due to eBay's allowance of improper shipping. eBay's resolution process is lengthy; I might get a refund by the 29th-2nd, then have to re-purchase and wait until the 9th-10th. I seek clarity on why eBay neglects buyers when sellers disregard policies.

I recently ordered a Front Strut & Coil Spring for a Toyota Highlander [redacted], which UPS claimed was delivered to my home while I was present. However, the item was supposedly left in our closed garage, but upon checking, it was nowhere to be found inside or outside the garage. Even my Dad, who was outside at the time of delivery, did not see anyone delivering the package. I have reached out to both the seller and UPS, but they have been unable to assist me so far. I urgently need the item and cannot afford to lose the money I spent on something I did not receive. This situation is frustrating and disappointing. I kindly request either the item to be delivered promptly or a refund. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The item number is [redacted]05 and the Sales Record number is [redacted].
