I am experiencing an issue regarding the suspension of my eBay account and I received the following email from eBay notifying me of the suspension. The email stated that due to concerns about my recent activity, my account has been suspended, and several listings have been removed. It also mentioned that I may be responsible for outstanding fees and that I need to verify my account information with eBay. I am unsure why my account was suspended as I have followed the guidelines, uploaded pictures, and verified my PayPal account. I am in Croatia, Europe, so calling eBay is not feasible for me. I am unsure of the next steps to take and where to send the required documents for verification. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I sold a product to a buyer, but my account was locked due to an attempted login. I've reset my password, but I can't access the order details anymore. Even though the sale is listed, I can't see the shipping address. I've received the payment via PayPal and believe the order is still valid. I'm unsure whether to ship the product or cancel the order. Reinstating the order would be preferred instead of reselling. I made a purchase as a guest on my husband's account on November 30th. According to eBay, the item was delivered on December 7th, but I did not receive it. After contacting eBay, they provided me with case #[redacted]. The seller offered to either send the item again or issue a refund and asked me to verify my address, which I did. However, I have not received any further updates. I listed a product on eBay as new and sealed. The buyer received it and claimed it was not working, but I suggested they check the power source. Later, the buyer requested a refund, mentioning "bad clusters," which seems unfounded. After some time, eBay decided to refund the buyer. The item was sent back to the wrong address, and I never received it. Despite my no return policy, eBay enforced their money-back guarantee. According to their policy, a refund shouldn't be necessary since the item was accurately described and delivered, meeting the Money Back Guarantee criteria.

My Ebay.com account is currently suspended, and I'm seeking assistance. Contacting customer support has not yielded any results. Despite being new to Ebay, I've only made purchases with positive feedback and haven't sold anything yet. My issue is compounded by a delay in an international parcel delivery.
My recent Ebay activity includes ordering perfume, which was initially cancelled by the seller and then re-ordered to a non-courier service address on Dec. 7th. Following this, the seller assured shipment. However, the prolonged delivery and subsequent account suspension without clear explanation from Ebay are concerning. The lack of effective communication and support has made this experience frustrating.

I placed an order for a Christmas gift on December 7th with fast and free shipping. Yesterday, I received a notification that the package was delivered to an address in Irving, Texas, while I live in Saint Joseph, Missouri. I have reached out to the seller through the proper channels but have not received a satisfactory response. This is the second time we've encountered issues with shipping from this seller. Hello, I recently purchased a necklace from a seller. However, when I received the parcel yesterday, it was empty. There was no item inside, just an empty bag. I spoke to the Hermes delivery person in my area and found out that the seller did not request a signature upon delivery. Now the seller is making excuses and refusing to refund my money. She is even accusing my neighbors of stealing the item, but they do not have access to my property. I always ask my neighbors to receive valuable or signature-required items for me. I would like a full refund since I did not receive the item, and I prefer not to continue dealing with this seller. Please advise me on what to do in this situation.

Hi, I purchased a rose gold iPhone that was advertised as new. I also bought a silver one from a different seller, and they are completely different. The silver one is in perfect condition and came with headphones, unlike the rose gold one. The rose gold phone did not come in a new protective case but had a China-made case inside, which is not what I expected from a USA-made iPhone. The box was plain without the iPhone logo. I contacted the seller about these issues, but they have since deleted their account from eBay. I feel like I wasted £[redacted] on something that was not as described. I am hoping for at least a partial refund to resolve this situation. I want my daughter to have a properly packaged, fully protected iPhone with all the accessories. I ordered something but received the wrong item. They promised a return label but haven't sent it. I had to reorder for Christmas. I waited on hold 70 minutes today, then got disconnected. I mistakenly sent a long email meant for them to PayPal. The order cost just under $80, and I can't afford to return the heavy package. Being 84 and bedridden, with no way to get to the post office, this situation is very difficult for me. I'm desperate for help before this impacts my health.

I am writing in reference to my purchase of the Blackberry z10 from eBay, under the reference Marr/eBay-Blackberry z10. The phone, which was bought for £33.99, does not read any sim card, indicating a common issue with these devices. As a business seller registered on eBay, the seller should have been aware of this defect.
Under the Consumer Rights Act [redacted], it is implied that goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. Since the phone is faulty and previous repair attempts have failed, I am well within my rights to request a full refund within six months of purchase.

I recently received a notification from eBay alerting me of suspected fraud and advising against sending the item. This purchase dates back to October, so I am unsure how to halt the delivery. Upon reviewing, I noticed the buyer has made two purchases from me within the past year.
eBay has informed me that the transaction ([redacted]48) for the Coloured Alloy Bike Brake Cable Straddle Wire Bridge Hanger Yoke & Cable has been canceled due to unauthorized purchase. I have been asked not to ship any items to the user mitch959t and to ignore any bids they may have placed. eBay is currently assisting the account owner in preventing further unauthorized activities.

I purchased a fishing rod as a Christmas gift for my partner. Unfortunately, the seller did not dispatch the item within the expected timeframe. Despite my inquiries about the shipment, the seller did not provide me with a tracking number. Due to the delay, I moved to a new address before the rod arrived. It was delivered via special delivery to the previous tenants at my old address, who were unable to sign for it as they did not have my new address. The postman then returned it to the sorting office because no one signed for it. I opened a case on eBay, but despite appealing, they indicated I should not receive a refund as the rod was not delivered. There was no return address on the parcel, hence it ended up at the main sorting office in Belfast, Ireland, for unclaimed parcels. I feel it is unfair that I am facing these issues due to the seller's mistake. I am seeking assistance to either receive the fishing rod or obtain a refund. I purchased 4 Seresto dog collars at what seemed like an incredible price, only to receive a message shortly after stating that the listing had been removed. The message reassured me that if payment was already sent, the sale should proceed as usual. However, the seller is no longer registered on eBay. I am concerned about the legitimacy of this transaction and worried about my money.

On December 13th, I placed an order for a knee brace with ncziem using expedited shipping. The following day, December 14th, the seller provided a USPS tracking number for payment. After reaching out to the seller on December 18th about the status of my order, I was informed that the item was shipped. However, upon checking multiple times on December 19th, the knee brace had not been shipped. Late on the same day, I contacted the seller again requesting a cancellation of the order, an immediate refund, and expressing my preference not to continue business with them due to the lack of shipping updates. As of December 20th, I have not received a response from the seller, and the order remains neither cancelled nor shipped. I urgently request the order be cancelled and a prompt refund issued. I have recently encountered two problems that I need assistance with. Firstly, I bought a [redacted] Double Die Lincoln cent from the seller "paperc-30" on eBay for $[redacted].50 on October 13, [redacted] (eBay item #[redacted]67). Despite filing a Resolution Dispute (PP-D-[redacted]3) with PAYPAL two months ago, I have yet to receive my refund. The seller sent me a regular penny initially, then a poor counterfeit coin. After contacting the California police department, I realized the seller has a history of selling counterfeit coins. The $[redacted].50 is significant for me, equivalent to two weeks of pay, especially during the holiday season.
Secondly, I sold (4) lots of US Silver Peace Dollars to eBay member Brent Doran (treasuredcoins) on December 2nd, [redacted], for $[redacted].85 in total. However, the buyer requested shipment to an address different from his, prompting me to refund the payment and begin the process of filing a complaint. I am planning to cancel my eBay membership. I’ve been a member for 16 years with a rating of [redacted]+. Recently, I sold a nearly new Blackberry to a buyer, who, despite having a mere 1-month membership and a rating of 2, seems unable to charge the phone and is requesting a return despite my no-return policy. eBay's policy appears to favor buyers heavily, allowing unjust returns for reasons like buyer's remorse or damage caused by the buyer. This bias against sellers is unfair. My eBay username is e-rabbit-[redacted], and I have evidence through pictures proving the perfect condition of the item when shipped. I feel compelled to accept the return due to eBay's policy. As a lawyer, I want to highlight that any deviation from the phone's original state will result in legal action against the buyer for fraud, with eBay also being involved in the lawsuit. I want eBay to be aware that I will pursue legal action if the funds are returned to the buyer. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to cancel my long-standing membership. eBay needs to acknowledge that there are alternative platforms available. I bought a NuWave conventional oven for my father for Christmas because he is sick, and I wanted to get it before next Christmas. Sadly, when I ordered it in a rush to ensure delivery by Christmas, I received a different product, the Flavor Wave, instead. I am disappointed as returning it might mean not having the right gift in time for Christmas. I don't have extra money to buy something else while waiting for the return process. The seller shipped the item quickly but has been unhelpful in resolving the issue, making me feel frustrated. It's upsetting, especially with Christmas approaching and my sick father eagerly waiting for his gift.

I am in need of assistance. I am still awaiting payment for a transaction that occurred 3 weeks ago. The payment is currently on hold. PayPal states that the funds are waiting for eBay to release them, while eBay claims that PayPal is the one holding the funds. I have a tracking and delivery confirmation for the transaction. I recently received an email from eBay stating that the package I ordered could not be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address/phone number. Even though I confirmed my address was correct, as I am currently out of the country and my friend is supposed to pick up the package in my absence, I updated the contact number to hers, which is a local number. However, I received the same email from eBay today, still indicating the delivery failure and requesting me to update the contact information. I am now unsure if they received my previous email and how I can provide the necessary details for the delivery. I am puzzled by the delay and questioning why they couldn't deliver the package before, especially since it typically fits in the mailbox.
