I initiated a return case, but it seems to be missing in the resolution center. I'm struggling to find the eBay link for further assistance. The seller refuses a full refund, and I'm facing high return shipping costs back to the US and China. It feels unfair that I have to cover these expenses for their mistake. Dealing with such situations on eBay makes me wary of future purchases. If this issue persists, I might consider shopping elsewhere.

After raising a case, they provided me with a tracking number that showed the package was delivered to Michigan, while I reside in Texas. Despite their assurances, I never received the item. Regrettably, I waited beyond the 30-day eBay refund window, unaware of the delivery time from Canada. I am requesting a refund and suggest suspending the seller's account due to similar feedback from other buyers who faced the same issue with lostandsold.

I purchased a Calvin Klein bra and leggings set for £12.89 on eBay. I received an email from eBay stating that the item I won has been removed due to concerns with the seller's account. They assured me that since I have already paid for it, I don't need to take any further action. If the item doesn't arrive soon, I should open a case in the Resolution Centre on eBay's website. If I'm unable to do so, I am advised to contact my payment service provider for assistance. eBay ended the email by suggesting I visit their website for other great deals and to not reply to the message as the address does not accept incoming emails. As my item has not been delivered, I am requesting a full refund.

I bought a Car Holder Windshield Mount Bracket for my phone from good-fortune-day, but when it arrived, it was defective. I requested a refund, but they offered to send me a new one with a gift if I waited 25 days. I explained that I needed it sooner for work. After multiple delays, I told them if it didn't arrive by a certain time, I wanted a refund. When it hadn't arrived by then, they mentioned it was delayed and needed to be sent again. I insisted on a refund, which they said would be processed within 24 hours, but it has been two weeks, and I still haven't received it. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, they keep asking me to wait, even though I purchased a replacement elsewhere. I disposed of the faulty item as they didn't ask for its return, and I don't feel responsible for returning the replacement given my clear requests for a refund.

I ordered a pack of seat covers from eBay and never received them, despite tracking information indicating delivery. Item Information: Sony PS4 Launch Edition 500GB Jet Black Console complete with box and games was sold for $[redacted].50. Seller Information: UserID gbp13x ([redacted]) I purchased a used Sony PlayStation 4 that arrived with a minor defect, initially seeming fixable. Upon contacting the seller, we agreed I should attempt to repair it before seeking a return. Unfortunately, the minor issue escalated into a major problem beyond repair, prompting my return request. The seller, however, claimed that the 7-day return window had lapsed. I naively trusted the seller did not knowingly sell me a faulty PS4, leading me to exhaust time in finding a repair service. I have a case open as the seller regarding a buyer return. The original case number is #1-[redacted], where all the information can be found. Initially, I was informed that the case was resolved in my favor. However, the buyer, who had not attempted to contact me and did not respond to my messages, contacted eBay again claiming no resolution had been reached. He stated that the item was silver, not gold as advertised. I provided pictures for reference. eBay then issued a return label to the buyer based on this false information. Now, the buyer wants to keep the item that didn't match the ad and is requesting a $15 reimbursement. Despite my willingness to pay for the return shipping, I just want my item back and wish to conclude this matter. The buyer has been persistently asking for the reimbursement to keep the item, which I believe was his intention from the start. I have informed eBay and the buyer clearly that I solely want my item returned without any further resolution attempts from him. I have removed my other sale listings from eBay and transferred them to Bonanza. Kindly facilitate the return and advise the buyer to cease communication with me.

I ordered a base charger for my Echo Dot in November, but received one for Gen 1 instead of Gen 2. After contacting eBay customer service, they informed me I could get a refund upon returning the charger. However, the shipping label they provided couldn't be scanned at the post office. Despite being told I could get a return upon returning the item, I was instructed to purchase a return shipping label from PayPal, which I couldn't do as I didn't buy the item through PayPal and don't have an account with them. The return address provided is in Israel, and shipping costs would likely surpass the item's value. This process seems like a scam.

I received a defective product from the seller and tried to address the issue, but he accused me of feedback extortion and was unprofessional. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter without leaving negative feedback, I was unable to return the item as I had already disposed of it. I refused to provide positive feedback for a product with a bad smell and advised the seller to check their inventory to prevent selling similar items to others. I believe I have done nothing wrong, as the seller was willing to cover both the shipping to me and the return of the $9 product. The issue is more about principle than cost, and I am requesting the removal of any negative marks on my account due to this situation.

I saw a 23-foot Wellcraft cabin cruiser for $[redacted] on Craigslist Seattle, Washington. The seller, who goes by the name Candy Cane, explained that she wanted to sell the boat as she was separated from her husband and had moved in with her parents. I agreed to meet her to purchase the boat. However, she now claims that eBay is handling the sale from Butte, Montana. She is requesting my mailing address and name for the shipping and transaction, stating that I have 7 days to decide before funds are released. Despite his reassurances and explanations about shipping delays, the phone did not arrive as promised on November 30, [redacted], and the tracking number provided turned out to be false. When I requested a refund of the $[redacted], the seller only offered $86, claiming it was for shipping costs, even though shipping was initially free. The seller has since deleted his eBay account and changed his name on Cash App. I have his contact information and messages as evidence of our interactions.

I made a purchase, paid for it, but the seller decided to cancel the order before shipping it. The seller, monicainspireothers, is insisting I accept the cancellation, but I cannot find where to do that on my end. I questioned the authenticity of the beanie baby I bought, which led to the cancellation. Despite her pushy behavior, I have not been able to locate the option to accept the cancellation on eBay. I have checked my messages, notifications, and orders without success. I see that the order was indeed cancelled and I received a refund, but the seller is causing issues. eBay, please assist in resolving this matter as the help articles have not been helpful in this situation.

I was recently on a call with customer support assisting me with case #[redacted] when the call disconnected. The buyer claims the item received was damaged, yet did not provide a picture as requested. This buyer has been difficult since the start, even taking 4 days to make the payment. I contacted ebay, was initially told the case would be in my favor due to lack of evidence from the buyer, but later was advised to reach out to the buyer, which I did without response. I am actively trying to resolve the issue, calling multiple times, while the buyer is uncooperative. I believe I should not have to cover the return shipping costs and issue a refund when I am not at fault. I am hopeful for some form of sellers' protection in this situation.

Although I do not reside in the USA, I arranged for the delivery to my friend in MARINA DEL REY, CA, who was supposed to bring it to me when he flew to my country on December 15. The item was sent on time, but it was mistakenly returned from MARINA DEL REY, CA to CHICAGO, IL as there was no notification about its delivery to my friend's address.
