Good morning, I purchased an item from "Mirko on Kleinanzeigen" through the following email contact: [redacted] The ad was for the "Makita tw0200 schlagschrauber." In an effort to expedite the transaction, I made a Postepay reload outside of eBay, but unfortunately, I was scammed. Despite numerous emails I sent, the seller practically scammed me as the item was never shipped. I want my money back and for this seller to be reported! I have the emails as evidence of the scam. Hello, I made a purchase on eBay, paid for the item and delivery, but upon reaching the post office, I was informed of an unforeseen $72 tax that was not disclosed by eBay. I find myself unable to receive my package as I do not have any additional money on me. Is there any advice on how to proceed in this situation?

I initially created an eBay individual seller account but plan to convert it to a business account in the future using Pakistani details. I bought a Blaze Premium LTE Gas Grill from seller "sabba [redacted]" on eBay. The item turned out to be fraudulent, and I paid $1,[redacted].79 for it. Despite contacting the seller numerous times due to delays in receiving the item, I exceeded the money-back guarantee period. I was in contact with an eBay customer service agent who promised a refund after reviewing my messages with the seller, but I never received any follow-up. I also contacted eBay before the 30-day period ended, but they did not take any action. The seller still has similar active listings on eBay, and it seems like no one is concerned about preventing others from being scammed. I feel let down by eBay's lack of response to fraud. I am experiencing distressing situations with a seller named mistermancavellc, who threatened me over a negative review. The interactions are documented in my message history. I have been receiving numerous harassing phone calls from restricted numbers at all hours, causing significant disruption. The seller's behavior has escalated since the incident, and I have identified myself as a police officer with over 40 years of service. This unwarranted harassment prompted by the seller has been a first in my extensive career. I have been a loyal customer of his until this unfortunate turn of events.

Dear all, I am seeking eBay's assistance regarding a fraudulent transaction with seller Franklre0. I have compelling evidence to support my refund request and prevent other buyers from experiencing similar deceitful behavior. Order #: 22-10[redacted]4 Item #: [redacted]62 Case Request # [redacted] The seller misleadingly provided a FedEx tracking number from a different entity, falsely claiming the item was shipped when it was not. This tracking number actually belonged to a company in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, where I reside. Franklre0's actions resulted in a deception to eBay and myself, with the clear intention of fraudulently obtaining funds. This behavior is unacceptable, and I urge eBay to reconsider the case promptly, to protect other customers from falling victim to such dishonest practices.

I purchased a car part that was supposed to be delivered to my doorstep. However, the carrier claims they left it there, but it's nowhere to be found. I am frustrated as I was informed that since the package was delivered, I should have received it. Unfortunately, I did not. These parts are essential for my car, and not receiving them has put me in a difficult situation. The carrier who brought the package didn't see me waiting on my porch, which faces a parking lot, so I missed the delivery. I am worried about not getting the parts or a refund for them.

I successfully won the bid on Order #27-10[redacted]5 for Item #[redacted][redacted], a vintage marbles lot 2. I promptly sent payment, but the seller refused to honor my bid, citing inability to sell at that price. Instead, the seller attempted to charge me more for the same marbles. I have not received the marbles or a refund yet. To make matters worse, the seller relisted the marbles I won at a higher price. Despite numerous emails, the seller is unwilling to honor our agreement. Engaging in bait and switch tactics should be prohibited. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Hello, I recently purchased a Makita 18v cordless blower, dust bag, and nozzle. However, upon delivery, I only received the nozzle. After contacting the company, they claimed I had only ordered the nozzle, which seemed odd without the blower or bag. They offered a $15 refund, which I declined via email. Since then, I haven't heard back. Although I may have overlooked the change in the confirmation photo, I still believe I ordered all three items. Hello, I won some items from a seller through bids and requested to delay my payment. The seller agreed, but the items were unexpectedly canceled before I could settle the payment. Upon reaching out to the seller regarding the cancellation, he initially blamed eBay, then later admitted his mistake. After reinstating the items for payment, I discovered that other sellers I previously purchased from restricted me due to unpaid item cases. I am frustrated that the seller's error has led to repercussions without proper communication to eBay as he claimed.

I recently sold an item that was returned with Order no. [redacted] [redacted]. I agreed to reimburse the buyer for return no. [redacted] two days ago, but I am having trouble processing the refund as the funds are available in my account. The deadline to resolve this matter is tomorrow, and eBay's lack of communication and support is frustrating. I am the seller of item number [redacted]01. The item recently sold, and I realized that it was priced at $49.99 in my listing, but the buyer only paid $34.99. I am experiencing difficulties with charges on my bank account due to mistakes made by your company's computers. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from Ebay regarding this matter. I find it concerning that I am being asked to pay one dollar just to speak with a technician. The customer service I have encountered is the worst I have ever experienced, especially considering Ebay's low 2.7% rating. The system appears to have multiple glitches, and the lack of a real person to speak with over the phone is disappointing. The automated help feature does not address my concerns adequately, and I am frustrated that I cannot communicate with a live representative. It is disheartening that the preference seems to be handling issues through email rather than providing direct customer support. This experience has left me feeling like I have limited options for assistance.

I purchased a Mercedes code reader/scan and diagnostic tool from "Auto Scan Tools." The seller initially provided the wrong tracking number, and the item never arrived. After addressing the issue, they sent a different and cheaper basic tool priced at $15.99 (without diagnostics). I had paid $46.00 for the correct tool needed for my Mercedes E320. I recently transferred BTC and USDT from my external wallet to Crypto.com for my cryptocurrency account funding. However, I am now unable to access my funds. Each time I try to transfer funds from Crypto.com back to my external wallet, I receive a message stating that my account is restricted. I have reached out to Crypto.com support team on four occasions without a resolution.

Regarding my order 05-10[redacted]1, it is linked to insurance for a product from order 05-10[redacted]0 which was canceled due to fraudulent activity. I have received a full refund for the initial order. However, I am encountering issues canceling the insurance order as the item has not been delivered yet. The seller is unresponsive, only sending automated replies stating that I must wait for the item before proceeding with any cancellations or refunds. How can I cancel this insurance order for a product that will not be delivered? Thank you.
