I am experiencing an issue with a buyer. I sold a Rolex watch with the serial number [redacted]24 and shipped it on August 14th. However, the buyer cancelled the order the following day. The item was delivered on August 24th, but my payment seems to be either blocked or cancelled. I am uncertain about the status, and the buyer has the watch without payment being made.

I bought what I thought was a 59ft roll of Black Red super gloss chameleon car wrap vinyl online. Upon receiving it, I realized it was only 19ft long. The listing was confusing as it was labeled both ways, 5ft x 19.5ft and 5ft x 59ft. The seller, who does not accept returns, claimed I should have paid more attention to the title and wouldn't help. I took screenshots as proof but can't find help through eBay. I need the remaining 40 feet of vinyl I am missing as I intended to use it for a client's project. This mistake could cost me a significant amount of money and potential business.

I have been ordering from Ebay for years without any issues. However, in the past few months, each time I attempt to make a purchase, the site rejects my VISA card despite having sufficient credit. I end up spending hours re-entering the information only to receive a message stating Ebay does not "recognize" the card. I have reached out to the vendors requesting them to inform Ebay about my purchase attempts, but there seems to be a technical glitch causing this frustrating situation. While my AT&T server may be slow, this problem is new to me. I followed one of Ebay's suggestions to change the billing address, thinking it could be the issue due to the difference between my VISA billing address and my delivery address in Uvalde, Texas. Unfortunately, Ebay continues to hinder every attempt I make to buy a product.

Although I understand it has been past the 30-day return/exchange policy, I kindly request to return the gloves for a refund due to the following reasons:
1. The gloves are too tight around the wrist, making it challenging to put them on.
2. I discovered that the gloves contain latex, nitrile, or neoprene which is causing irritation to my skin, rendering them unusable.
