I bought an Apple M2 Mac Air on eBay on June 2nd. The tracking information showed it was delivered on June 10th to a parcel locker in my zip code [redacted] instead of my address at [redacted] Dillon St, Denver, CO [redacted]. Despite contacting USPS and being told to reach out to the sender, I got no response. I then opened an item not received request with eBay, which was closed as I filed a dispute with Paypal. USPS couldn't provide the delivery address as it wasn't mine. Paypal closed the claim as the item was marked as delivered. I'm out $[redacted] for a computer I never got and can't reach the seller or eBay.

So, I raised an item not received request with eBay. I also informed Paypal, leading eBay to close the case as they thought I disputed with my payment provider. While awaiting Paypal's investigation, I called USPS again, but they couldn't provide the delivery address since it wasn't mine. Paypal closed my claim, citing that the item was delivered. I haven't gotten the $[redacted] computer, and I can't reopen the claim on eBay. I'm frustrated as I can't connect with the seller or anyone from eBay to request a refund for the undelivered item due to the closed case.

I opened an "item not received" request on eBay and informed Paypal. eBay closed the case when Paypal initiated a payment dispute. USPS couldn't provide the delivery address as it wasn't mine. Paypal also closed the claim stating the item was delivered. I'm unable to reopen the case with eBay to get a refund for the undelivered $[redacted] computer because of the closed case. I'm hoping eBay can reopen the case to investigate where the package was actually delivered.

I'm unable to leave feedback, and the "more action" button isn't helpful. How can I post items that are unavailable? The seller accepted my payment, but is no longer available. This is unacceptable! I'm extremely dissatisfied with eBay. There should be a solution for this kind of problem. Customers deserve better treatment. It's frustrating not being able to contact anyone. Poor customer service upsets me. Kindly process an immediate refund. It's been pending for too long.

I need assistance with return ID [redacted] for order# 04-10[redacted]6. The prepaid return label and return were requested on 06-07-23. However, there has been no progress, and the seller is unresponsive. I have provided images of the damaged item for the return/refund. The item arrived broken in several places, and I have evidence showing it was already damaged before being sent by the seller (photos of the back of the hat). In addition, some pieces were missing from the packaging. The seller is not complying with EBay policies, and I need this matter to be escalated.

Hello, I recently bought a product that turned out to be defective. Despite informing the seller of the issue within the 30-day return window, the seller closed the return citing that it was a couple of days overdue. They also mentioned that the return label wouldn't work for items over 2kgs. I bought a vehicle grill from myautopartsrepair and authorized them to charge my credit card. However, they used my card and a fake email to purchase from ebay without my consent. When I returned the item thinking it was to myautopartsrepair, they claimed the package was damaged. UPS requested 10 photos for insurance, but myautopartsrepair only provided 2. Now, I am left without the item or a refund. My ebay account was created falsely, and myautopartsrepair refuses to reimburse me as promised within the 30-day return policy. The purchase appears to be from a seller named Lisa Rendek on ebay, a detail I was not made aware of until I investigated the issue further. I bought an item on eBay that I need to return. I made the purchase as a guest, and now when I try to file a complaint, the system prompts me to create an account. Even though I already have an account, the purchase doesn't appear under it since I checked out as a guest. I attempted to contact the seller, but that also requires signing up for an account. I reached out to eBay customer service, but I keep getting routed to a recorded message loop. I'm feeling stuck in the process. Can someone provide some guidance on how to proceed?

I am having trouble accessing my account. I haven't used it in years, but I needed to log in recently as I was looking for a discontinued item. It seems I may have had both a business and a personal account, as it recognized my email but not either account. I plan to report this seller, wellamazing, to the FTC when I have the time. I purchased a dress from them that did not fit as expected. Despite initiating the return well within the 60-day policy, the seller repeatedly offered partial refunds instead of accepting the return. The order was placed on 4/28/23 for a Women's V-Neck Sleeveless Denim Jeans Tank Dress in XL Blue for $30.08. My attempts to restart the return process led to a barrage of emails. Despite their attempts to bribe me with a partial refund to remove my negative review, I declined and insisted on a full refund. The seller even requested a positive review in exchange for a refund, which I refused. It is evident they have employed this tactic with other customers. I am now seeking a full refund from eBay, as their customer service line is continuously busy, and I am willing to return the dress as initially intended.

I accidentally purchased an item and immediately tried to cancel my order two minutes later at 6:46 Mountain Standard Time. The seller did not provide the tracking number until 9:44 Mountain Standard Time, which was after the post offices were closed on both Sunday and the following day due to the JUNETEENTH holiday. I bought 4 pairs of headphones, and unfortunately, they are all not working. None of them are charging. The seller allows returns but hasn’t given me a return label yet. I received an email from them stating they can’t offer a return label. I replied with the shipping cost quote, but they haven't responded. They also mentioned I needed to send the items back by the 22nd. Even though they are supposed to cover the return shipping, they haven't arranged it for me yet.

I placed an order for patent leather paint on Saturday from a seller named Affordless. Unfortunately, I did not receive any confirmation email, order number, or verification. When looking for a customer service number online, I inadvertently reached a fraudulent representative. They instructed me to buy $[redacted].00 worth of eBay gift cards to get a refund for my purchase. After purchasing the gift cards as instructed, I never received either the refund for my order or the $[redacted].00 back.

On June 9, [redacted], I made two separate purchases and I'm currently facing an issue returning the items to the sellers. Initially, I raised a dispute with Paypal as I was unsure how to handle it through Ebay. Subsequently, I canceled the dispute on Paypal to manage the refund process through Ebay. However, Ebay still shows the dispute as ongoing, preventing me from proceeding. Despite receiving confirmation emails from Paypal that the case is closed, Ebay has not acknowledged it. On June 18, I ordered a two pack of Eagle Eye daytime running lights for $5.99 each, totaling $11.98 for two packs. However, when my package arrived on June 22, it only contained one set. The seller is engaging in fraudulent behavior on Ebay, listing items incorrectly and denying returns. The liquid shampoo received was not as described, leaking and opened. Attempts to resolve the issue directly with the seller have been unsuccessful as they insist on following Ebay's refund process, which requires photographic evidence that is not possible to provide since the seller already has the item. Despite having a detailed message history with Ebay, which reflects previous successful transactions, Ebay's lack of live customer support hinders the resolution of this fraudulent sale.

I have an old EBay account that I have not used in over 5 years. After deciding to start using it again, I discovered that my account has been suspended. I have updated all my account information since I moved, including my phone number, which is no longer valid.
