Hello, I recently made a purchase (#[redacted]16) of a DVD online in good faith. The seller shipped it in a yellow envelope via USPS Media Mail, which I received on 05-24-23. Initially, I was satisfied and even left positive feedback. However, upon inspecting the DVD, I realized it was not the correct one. I had ordered a DVD titled "3 WAR PACK," containing three movies, but received "PARANORMAL ACTIVITY" instead. I have tried to contact the seller multiple times through eBay with no response regarding the exchange. Since I have not been able to resolve this issue with the seller, I am left with no choice but to request a full refund.

I am disappointed because the item I ordered was delivered to the wrong address. The seller provided a photo of the tracking information, but it clearly shows a different house, not mine. I attempted to appeal the decision for a refund, but I was unsuccessful due to not having a photo to submit. Unfortunately, I do not own a cell phone to take a picture of my house, but I can provide proof using Google Earth. However, I understand that might not be a preferred method. I believe the simplest resolution would be to issue me a refund promptly. If that is not possible, I kindly request to have my account on Ebay canceled. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I recently purchased 10 CDs on eBay, each with its own ID number. On my bank statement, I noticed three transactions labeled as "eBay Commerce" without specific details. For example, one was for $7.40 corresponding to George Strait's "50 Number Ones," another for $4.92 for "Here for a Good Time," and the third for $4.02 for "Pure Country." I had a bad experience with eBay recently. They suspended my account without giving any reasons even though I provided all the required information promptly. After two months, a buyer claimed they didn't receive their item and eBay allowed a case to be opened against me without discussing it with me first. I find this unfair and frustrating. eBay's lack of communication and unclear policies have made me lose trust in their platform.

I bought "The Devil Wears Prada - Widescreen Edition" yesterday (5/27/[redacted]) as a guest. Approximately 90 days ago, I changed my email address, and unfortunately, the confirmation for my purchase was sent to my old account, which I can no longer access as it was hacked. Due to the security issue, I had to close my Google account and open a new Outlook account. I am now unsure how to update my guest contact information to ensure I receive future purchase confirmations.

I've attempted multiple times to address this issue. I purchased two packages of rubber fender flares, which turned out to be thin rubber with a layer of glue. After cleaning and applying them, the glue started oozing and they wouldn't stick. Additionally, I bought a bumper cover from the same seller, but it was thin and didn't fit as expected, so I had to discard it. I'd appreciate a refund as the seller hasn't been responsive despite my two attempts to contact them.

I purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max from 'OM Wireless,' only to find out it was damaged. The phone was assessed by 'The Phone Doctor,' who confirmed it is beyond repair even for basic use. Although OM Wireless initiated an RMA on May 4, they informed me that I should deal with eBay to resolve the issue. I need assistance with my eBay account login. I encounter a verification message requesting my phone number. However, during the account setup, I only had a landline that cannot receive texts. I currently have a mobile phone that can receive texts, and I would like to update my account with this information.
Upon encountering the message, I am directed back to the login screen which attempts to send a text to my non-text enabled landline. I am unable to proceed without utilizing my cell phone, which is not yet linked to my account.

My account has been hacked, and a purchase was made, with the item being sent to a rented mailbox. I contacted the seller to cancel the shipment. Unfortunately, I am unsure if I managed to do so in time. When I attempted to report the incident to eBay, I found that I can no longer access my account. It seems like my account has disappeared as it does not recognize my email. While I was traveling abroad, I requested a refund for a faulty A/C unit, but I am dissatisfied with the process. I recently received a right-hand outside rearview mirror, Item number [redacted]33, from partsbrokersllc on eBay. The mirror is correct, but it did not include the mirror glass as stated in the listing. I have tried to reach out to the seller without success. I received an unexpected package of tape measures instead of the black Valerie boots I ordered on eBay. I purchased an Apple iPhone 8 Plus - 256GB - All Colors - Fully Unlocked in very good condition from seller decluttr_store on eBay. Despite the item being advertised as fully reset and in good condition, I received a locked phone in a different color that wouldn't turn on.
