I have tried several times to contact eBay, but it's impossible to reach them. I want to report that this seller is dishonest and tried to deceive me. If he did it to me, he could do it to other consumers. He lied, claiming I received the package but was not home. He even said he paid return fees and it was no longer his responsibility, knowing that the package was damaged. This is why it never reached me. The GLS lady confirmed that the package was not delivered to my address because it was damaged and was returned to the seller. She mentioned the seller was aware of the damage as he accepted it. I purchased a riding zero-turn mower from someone on Facebook. They requested payment in eBay cards, so I bought four $[redacted].00 cards for a total of $[redacted].00, matching the selling price. After receiving confirmation from eBay that the sale was valid and the seller would ship the item, I was later told by eBay that the mower's price was too low, and I needed to buy two more cards for $[redacted].00 for insurance. Now, eBay is no longer responding to my messages, and I'm left without any updates regarding my money or the mower.

I bought sheets that turned out to be poor quality. The elastic on the fitted sheet is flimsy and doesn't stay on the mattress no matter what I try. I've been attempting to contact customer service without success. The seller only gave me a $10 refund and suggested I purchase straps to keep the sheet in place, which is unacceptable. The product is supposedly from Rachel Ashwell, but I have doubts. I am seeking a full refund, even though I no longer have the original packaging. Despite eBay's guarantee for full refunds, I haven't received any response from them.

I purchased a 5-disc CD player from eBay, but encountered issues as the tracking system showed it was delivered to my mailbox, which is too small for the item. Instead, I received a package from David Parker in Tallahassee, FL, containing a gaming control device that I did not order. Trying to resolve this through eBay's website was confusing and did not provide a customer service number for assistance. Filling out the online form was time-consuming, and checking the status indicated the package was delivered. I find myself without the $80 CD player I purchased. I recently bought a binder of what turned out to be fraudulent Pokemon cards that are nearly identical to genuine ones. The seller did not disclose in the listing that they were fake. It has been challenging to reach anyone at eBay customer service regarding this issue. I expect eBay to handle such illegal activities seriously, and I need help with this matter. Greetings, my name is Dilenny S. O., ID: [redacted]-1... I used BMcargo as my courier service. I ordered an iPhone 11 in black via eBay on the 17th of last month, with an estimated arrival by May 2nd. It never arrived. I was informed that I mistakenly entered the shipping address as the Dominican Republic instead of it going to Miami. I visited BMcargo multiple times for an explanation, but they couldn't provide details since eBay hadn't updated since May 5th. I ordered a CD for my grandson's birthday, but he changed his mind the next day. I thought it would be easy to cancel since it was a recent order. I contacted eBay with a detailed message asking for help cancelling it since I couldn't find the vendor's contact information. eBay followed up, but I haven't resolved the issue yet. I am feeling extremely frustrated with the lack of help I've received here. I've tried to resolve my issue online to no avail. Despite multiple calls, I have not been able to speak to a live representative. I need assistance in reopening a closed case regarding an item I have not received. Due to a medical hardship, I was unable to respond within the 21-day timeframe allowed by eBay for case resolution. The seller never provided tracking information, so I am unsure about the status of the delivery. We purchased item #[redacted]97 from a seller on eBay. The item received did not match the description. The seller agreed to a return, which was completed within the return window. However, due to the case being closed by eBay, the seller is unable to issue a refund since it has been more than 90 days since the transaction. The seller requested us to open a Return request or payment dispute quickly to facilitate the refund process. How should we proceed with this?

I purchased an eBay gift card for $[redacted]. Upon attempting to use it on the eBay checkout page, I encountered an issue with entering the 13-digit code. The system repeatedly indicated there was no balance on the card, even though I have not used it for any purchases. I am unsure why this occurred, and I am wondering where the money went. I bought a new item on eBay 43 days ago, but it arrived damaged. Despite my efforts to contact the seller, I received no response and had to request a return as the item was not as described. The seller then opened a UPS damage case, which led to a long wait. Eventually, eBay stepped in and provided a USPS return shipping label. I promptly returned the item in its original condition, and USPS confirmed delivery to the seller 4 days ago. However, I have not received my refund yet. I am wondering how I can proceed to obtain my refund.

I am currently assisting my boyfriend in adding his debit card to his eBay account, but we are encountering an issue where the card cannot be verified. Despite checking and confirming the card details, including numbers and address accuracy, we are unable to successfully add the card. I have received order # 13-10[redacted]0 from eBay today, but it is the wrong order. Instead of the 6 Cholestoff pill bottles I ordered, I received 6 bottles of Cholestoff gel containers. I have always ordered Cholestoff pill bottles in the past and cannot use the gel containers due to health reasons and my doctor's instructions. I have sent two emails to you in the last week regarding the return of my order # 10-10[redacted]0 for the Robotic Lawnmower-LawnMaster L12. Despite thinking it would be perfect for my needs, I have realized that the installation and operation requirements make it unsuitable for me. I have not received any acknowledgment for either email. I had to return order no 25-[redacted]6 due to missing pieces. The seller offered a 25% refund, but I declined as the missing hooks for the lanterns rendered the product unusable. I paid £5.49 for return postage. I informed the seller that I was not satisfied, as per the terms and conditions the seller should cover return costs for items not as described.
