I purchased a Nu Fish standard fishing side tray from All for Fishing on November 30th, but I have not received it. I have sent three emails to them without any response. I also found a phone number for them and have tried calling numerous times, but there has been no answer. While I might have ordered directly from them, I discovered that they also sell through eBay. After researching, I noticed that other buyers have faced similar issues. They should not be permitted to sell on eBay if they are not reliable. I am seeking a refund for my purchase.

I purchased a base layer, making the first payment of £15.69, with two more payments pending. The site shows I bought the item, but elsewhere it says the buyer closed the sale. I've been trying to reach out to the seller without any response. I am worried about the next payments coming out automatically as I can't find a way to stop them or open a case. My username is mimin-[redacted]. I would like a refund or at least receive the base layer since I am unsure how to cancel the payments.

I have not received the item I ordered from eBay. Despite them stating they would handle the issue, no action has been taken. They are proposing to wait until December 23rd, which is unacceptable. The seller informed me via email that they are unable to issue a refund as eBay has restricted them. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly. I made a purchase on eBay and was initially informed that the item was unavailable after I had paid for it using my Mastercard. Due to the urgency of needing the glass for a wood burner in a property where my tenant, along with two young children, couldn't afford to heat the house, I had to buy from a different website with next day delivery. To my surprise, I then received an email stating that the previously thought-to-be-unavailable item had been dispatched. The seller did not offer a refund and has not responded to my request for a return address label. As I have already incurred costs by purchasing from another seller, I am now in a difficult financial situation. I'm experiencing payment issues for an order on eBay. I am a seller of braided wigs, and even though the items have been sold and dispatched, I am unable to receive payment due to my registered account being blocked. I have attempted to resolve this by trying two different amounts, but eBay does not accept the card. Interestingly, when I used my husband's eBay account, they accepted it. We have provided all the necessary information for his account, which was accepted. I kindly request assistance in ensuring that my outstanding payment is directed to my husband's account. Thank you.

I was promised a refund for an undelivered item (cheese) but I have not received it yet. I have been in contact with the seller, who mentioned that eBay putting the matter on hold is preventing the refund process. It has been ongoing for weeks now, and eBay wants to delay it until the 23rd of December. This situation is unacceptable. I purchased a gift for my son, which turned out to be of poor quality. I bought a set of 7 Avengers figures for £15, but they are cheap plastic and one figure is even missing. I am disappointed with the low quality and want a refund. I recently sold a Philips D7528 clock radio on eBay, but the buyer hasn't paid for the item or responded to my messages. I am currently experiencing a frustrating situation with my delivery. I have been caught in a loop with the automated system. My item was sent to a drop-off location, but upon my visit, it was not there. I informed the seller about the issue. However, I mistakenly received a message stating that I had submitted a return request, even though the item never arrived. I ordered a helmet from this seller a week ago. I requested a medium size, but they sent me a helmet that was too small. I want to return it and get the correct size, but the seller is asking me to pay £52 for return postage. I don't think it's fair for me to bear the cost of returning an incorrectly sized item. I received my parcel from the eBay seller on December 5, [redacted], and it was signed for. However, upon checking at the designated delivery location, my parcel was not there. Despite the tracking details indicating that it arrived, the staff members claimed they did not sign for it and mentioned that it had expired. I made efforts to collect my parcel on the day and even the week before. I suspect my parcel may have been stolen. I contacted the police, but they advised me to reach out to eBay directly as they could not intervene in this matter.

I returned an Xbox to the seller because it was not working, but now he claims it is missing parts and won't refund me. He received the Xbox back and signed for it. I'm waiting for my refund, as I need the money for Christmas. Dealing with this seller has been difficult, especially since I am a single mother of two and disabled. I hope for a resolution soon.

I bought a pair of shoes from a seller on 26 Nov [redacted] with an estimated delivery of 7 Dec [redacted]. Despite waiting over 2 weeks, I received no updates or responses from the seller. When I contacted eBay for help, the seller promised the tracking number after I closed the case, claiming they couldn't provide it otherwise. I closed the case and now realize I can't open it again. Unfortunately, the seller hasn't shared any relevant information about my parcel, only asking for positive feedback. It's frustrating as my item is supposedly still in transit. I purchased a PlayStation 5 from a seller in the U.S. After waiting for two weeks, the tracking information showed it was delivered in Texas, USA, even though I live in Scotland. I purchased a Cosori Air Fryer from anniemuir16 (order number [redacted]53) on December 6th, expecting delivery between December 19th to 21st. Surprisingly, it was shipped on December 9th, and it hasn't arrived yet. My other Ebay orders placed after this one have all been delivered promptly. Order number 04-09[redacted]2: I received an item that did not match the photo on the website. The seller mentioned it was a newer version. I requested a return and sent the item back on 23/11/22. I later sent the packing slip separately on 30/11 as I didn't realize it had not printed with my first return label. However, the return was closed without a refund issued. I contacted the seller, and after some back and forth, I provided a photo of the post office receipt. The seller is claiming they have not received the item back.

A few months ago, I purchased a Pair Front Air Suspension Shock Struts from Marlboroautopart for my Bentley Continental Flying Spur. However, the part I received was faulty. When they offered to replace it, they sent the wrong side (passenger instead of driver side). Despite me living in the UK and making this clear to them, they insisted I pay for the correct part. I paid again, but the new part was the wrong size, causing it to knock. They are now ignoring my complaints. I believe you may have contacted them on my behalf before, but I need your assistance again. Even though the original order was delayed due to their lack of response, the replacement part only arrived a few weeks ago. I would appreciate your help as they seem unwilling to cooperate.
