I bid on an iPhone 7 and won the auction. However, I couldn't use my PayPal due to technical issues. The seller agreed to a bank transfer, provided their details, and I made the payment. Subsequently, the seller canceled the auction citing unavailability of the product. Despite my multiple messages, the seller has not responded regarding the refund. I am seeking assistance to get my money refunded.

I recently bought an item on eBay, and the seller underpaid postage, causing me to pay more for delivery. The seller charged £6.50 for postage but only paid £3.57. They did not refund the £2.93 difference. The post office wanted £3.50 for delivery since the seller used outdated postage stamps rejected by Royal Mail. I have all the relevant documentation from Royal Mail. I contacted the seller, but they have been threatening and abusive.

Hello, I recently received a refund for my order that arrived late. However, the seller from eBay is now requesting me to send back the refunded amount as the item has been delivered. I am encountering an issue with my mobile phone number. A few weeks ago, while crossing the road, my phone fell out of my pocket and got run over by a car. Being elderly and not in the best health at 87, I couldn't retrieve it in time, rendering the phone unusable. I've bought a new phone, but I'm facing a problem. Every time I try to sign in to eBay, they ask for verification by sending a code via text to my old phone, which is now destroyed. Consequently, I'm unable to receive the code, causing a dilemma. I'm hoping for assistance with this predicament and another recurring issue. For years, I've been an eBay subscriber under the username [redacted] dennis. However, around 6-7 years ago, my account was compromised by someone in the US, resulting in the name dengra -34 being associated with it. It took a considerable amount of time to resolve this issue, and even though I switched back to 6602dennis, I noticed that denga -34 occasionally shows up inexplicably. I purchased a Roku streaming stick from Unorthodox Treasures for £20, but unfortunately, the micro end of the cable was damaged and the HDMI socket was loose inside. I was hesitant to attempt to repair it as it could void the warranty, and Unorthodox Treasures does not accept returns. However, a representative advised me to fill out a return request form for a refund of £20 to my bank account. Since then, I have not received any further communication regarding the refund.

I need assistance with processing a refund for a customer. I have a negative balance due to fees, preventing me from refunding the buyer while the funds are on hold. I made a purchase on eBay for Apple AirPods. After buying, the seller informed me they wouldn't send the item and suggested I request a refund. The following day, they told eBay they had shipped the item to ensure I could get a refund. I clarified that I checked out as a guest and was unsure how to proceed. On August 12, [redacted], eBay sent me an email stating that the estimated delivery date for the Silentnight Luxury Airbed with built-in pump from seller sleepypeople was Tuesday, December 13, [redacted]. Order No: 15-09[redacted]5 Item No: [redacted]82 Item Price: £28.99 On the same day, I received an email from Evri informing me that they had received my parcel from Branded Bedding and would update me once it's out for delivery. Later, on December 8, [redacted], at 4:00 PM, Evri stated that delivery was delayed due to bad weather and would update once it's out for delivery. Shortly after, on the same day, Evri claimed the parcel was delivered to Doreen Robinson at a specific address. However, this information was incorrect, as I have not received the parcel, causing inconvenience since it was intended for a relative visiting over the holidays. On June 11, [redacted], I purchased an item with a number 19-08[redacted]2, which was supposed to be an 8TB portable SSD. However, after experiencing issues with it, I had to reformat it only to discover it was only 128GB. Even though the purchase was some time ago, I believe there should still be a warranty in place. The seller was adeline-6. Being disabled and unable to work, my PC is my main source of enjoyment. I'm unsure of the steps to resolve this issue, but I would appreciate it if this situation could be looked into, as I suspect others may have been affected by this seller as well. Please cancel order number 24-09[redacted]9. I tried to cancel it within 30 minutes of purchasing, but the seller claims it has been dispatched, which seems unlikely at 2.30 am. The Royal Mail tracking number provided also raises doubts as they do not operate at that early hour. This situation has made me lose trust in the seller and eBay. I've been attempting to reach eBay because my account got suspended for unpaid fees. Even though I've tried making a one-time payment to clear this, it doesn't go through. My bank account linked to eBay is fine, but they're unable to deduct the fee from it. I'm at a loss for what to do next since I can't call them, and the online customer support hasn't been useful.

Hello, I recently received the item I purchased on eBay with item number [redacted]71. I inquired with the seller about the authenticity of the Elizabeth Taylor White Diamonds Eau de Toilette Spray 100ml, and was assured it was genuine. However, upon using the product, I noticed it does not have the authentic fragrance but rather smells like alcohol when sprayed.
