Despite reaching out to Vera by phone and corresponding with your team via email, the issue remains unresolved. The sellers have not responded to my messages as suggested. I purchased a pre-release vinyl LP with an initial release date scheduled for July 22. However, the album has been delayed multiple times, first to September and now indefinitely. Despite being informed by the seller, chalkys_uk, that the album has been shipped, I know this cannot be accurate as it has not been officially released yet. The seller seems uncooperative, claiming the matter is closed, but I am seeking a refund for order number 09-08[redacted]9. The vinyl album in question is V.A. - Dub no Frontiers. I have documented all our interactions for reference.

I made the payment on Nov 8, and the estimated delivery was supposed to be between Fri, Nov 11 and Mon, Nov 14. The tracking number is WD[redacted]66GB, and the order number on eBay is 24-09[redacted]4. I opened a request with the seller because the item did not arrive. The seller eventually provided me with the tracking ID on Nov 23, asking me to close the case. I closed the case and left a comment stating that the tracking ID was given, but I still hadn't received the device. Up until Nov 23, I had reached out to the seller multiple times on eBay to ask for the carrier tracking ID.

Regarding item #[redacted]96, I purchased a pair of shoes from katarzyna_29, but unfortunately, they were nothing like the pictures shown. They are extremely worn out to the point where I cannot use them. I opened a case for the item not being as described and requested a prepaid postage label to return them. Instead, the seller provided their details and is asking me to pay £3.99 for postage on a £7 pair of shoes. This is unfair as the seller is at fault for using old pictures that do not accurately show the extent of the damage to the shoes. If I had known the true condition, I would never have made the purchase.

I purchased shoes from Katarzyna29, but they were not as described and appeared very worn. Despite opening a case for the item not being accurately represented, I was only provided with the seller's details instead of a prepaid postage label. Now, I am faced with paying £3.99 for return postage on a £7 pair of shoes due to the seller's inaccurate listing photos that did not show the extent of the damage. If I had known, I would not have made the purchase.

We bought a service from Thermoman1 to repair our thermostat. He couldn't fix it and refuses to refund our money, saying he has no record of our transaction. We have an item number, order number, and receipt from the post office as evidence of shipment. Trying to claim a refund through eBay has been unsuccessful as the purchase no longer shows up in our account, preventing us from proceeding with their return/refund process. Initially, the order was visible on the account, but it inexplicably vanished.

Hello, I encountered an issue with an eBay seller named ellou4119. When I bought an iPhone from them, they offered a buy it now price during an active auction. They instructed me to use PayPal's 'family and Friends' option to avoid fees. I paid £[redacted] for the item but after a week, it hadn't arrived. The seller then mentioned a refund. Even though a refund was processed, the £[redacted] didn't credit my account. Upon checking with PayPal, they are attempting to recover the payment from the seller, Alannah Moran. I came across an advertisement on eBay for a winter jacket that caught my eye. After making the payment, I received a message from the seller explaining that the item I purchased was the last one in stock and unfortunately, it was found to be defective. They are waiting for an improvement from the supplier but suggested cancelling the order for now. I have requested a refund but have not received a response yet.

Hello eBay, I made a purchase with you around October 4th, [redacted], for 3 SIM cards which I did not receive. I attempted to reach out in early November but did not receive a response. My bank assisted in refunding the money, but on December 3rd, £37.14 was debited back to my account. I kindly request a refund since the order was never received. Thank you, Peter C.

I purchased glitter stickers for £1.99, and the payment was deducted from my bank account on the 26th of the month. However, I have yet to receive the stickers. I mistakenly placed another order, and the amount was debited from my account on December 5th. Neither set of stickers has been delivered, and I cannot find any records in my purchase history. The bank statement shows a reference to e-bay [redacted], but I am puzzled as to why there is no corresponding purchase history. I am unsure of the next steps to take and would appreciate assistance with this matter.

I placed an order for a water distiller a few weeks ago, but I have yet to receive it. The seller provided a tracking number showing it was delivered, although I did not receive it. I reached out to the seller for more information on the delivery, but I have not received a response. I notified customer service about this issue while attempting to resolve it with the seller. The seller mentioned a refund but I have not received it, and now I received a notification that the case is closed. I have not received either the item or a refund. Can you explain why I am out nearly £60 in this situation?

I received the coilovers, but unfortunately, the fronts are the incorrect size. I've already paid a company to install them, but they've confirmed they don't fit. I've been attempting to contact your eBay support team, but unfortunately, there are no agents available whenever I call. I did manage to reach out to Euro Car Parts, your partner company, but they directed me back to the non-existent eBay support team. I cannot go to a local branch as I lack transportation since my car is currently on a ramp. The company mentions they will need to charge me again. The responses from the eBay account are all automated, and I am now facing debt due to this issue, with no resolution in sight. I urgently need new front coilovers, or else I will incur additional charges.

On the 6th of December, I mistakenly ordered 3 halogen heaters. Shortly after, I canceled the order. However, on the 10th of December, I received a message stating that the seller was unable to cancel the order. I believe there was sufficient time between placing the order and canceling it for it not to be processed. My order number is 27-09[redacted]6. I signed up with a different name on my account without realizing it was important. Now, when I try to add my bank information, I can only use the name on the account, not my actual name. I need my correct name, Carlos Sentinella, on my account to be able to make payments and receive funds. It would be greatly appreciated if you could update the registered name on my account accordingly. Thank you.

I encountered code [redacted]7 while conducting transactions on eBay. Upon selling an item, I received micro payments for account verification, which is the same card I usually use without issues for purchases. However, when I attempted to confirm the amounts sent by eBay (3p and 7p), the error code appeared, restricting the card's use. Despite the payments reflecting on my bank statement, attempting to input them led to the error code, leaving me unable to use the card for the transactions. This situation is concerning as it has halted payments for items I've sold.

I placed an order with a seller named COULELE on November 10, [redacted], for 3 skull heads as a Christmas gift. Initially, the delivery date was set for December 2, [redacted]. However, a few days after ordering, the delivery date was changed to January 23, [redacted], which is almost 2 months later. I immediately contacted them expressing my concern, as the items were intended for Christmas. They assured me that the delivery would only take 3 weeks and that I would receive the items on time. Despite my numerous messages over a month, I have not received the items. The tracking number provided was incorrect, and when I asked for the correct one, they failed to provide it. Their constant response is to ask me to wait a few more days. I suspect that the items were never shipped, and by extending the delivery date, they plan to delay the refund process for over 3 months. It seems like a scam, and I kindly request your assistance in obtaining an immediate refund from them.

I recently sold an item for collection on eBay, with the buyer paying through PayPal. It was my first time selling on the platform, so I was unaware of the bank verification process, which caused a delay. Despite the item being for collection, PayPal placed my funds on hold until December 15th. The buyer, frustrated by the situation, reported the item as not arrived, resulting in my funds being further restricted until a refund is issued. Unfortunately, I cannot refund the buyer without access to the held funds. I am unsure of how to proceed in this situation.

I recently sold an item in the UK and used Evri for shipping. Unfortunately, they lost the parcel, resulting in me having to refund the buyer. This was a new issue for me and quite frustrating. I've been attempting to reimburse the buyer on eBay, but their website is showing a fault for the past four days, leading to the suspension of my eBay account. Despite my willingness to pay, I am unable to make any progress due to this issue. The help system on eBay seems to be sending me in circles, and I am unsure of what steps to take next. I purchased large Christmas tree baubles and received minis instead. I reached out to the seller, who only offered a discount which I declined. I promptly returned the items to the seller via tracked Royal Mail. Despite providing photo evidence of the incorrect goods and proof of postage with receipts, the seller is refusing to issue a full refund along with the postage costs. I have persistently messaged him multiple times with the evidence, but he is now ignoring me and seems to be avoiding the issue in hopes that I won't pursue it further.
