Order Number: 24-08[redacted]4 I ordered this item on July 26th with a delivery date of July 28th-29th. By the 28th, the item had not been dispatched, and I anticipated an issue due to it being from a Chinese seller using Hermes for delivery. I requested the seller to cancel the order but received no response. As of July 29th, the item was still not sent, so I exercised my right and canceled it through eBay. The seller is now refusing to refund me and is falsely claiming the item is on its way. I altered the delivery address to a Parcel shop as Hermes does not deliver to my home. There is no proof of delivery. The seller's actions are deceptive, and I demand a refund. I bought the Colorado Cement Grey Oval Counter Top Basin priced at £69.00 for delivery scheduled tomorrow, with additional fees totaling £29.99, resulting in a Grand Total of £98.99.

I purchased a [5-Panel Room Divider Screen Folding Room Partition Separator Privacy Polyester] which arrived on June 14. When my daughter assembled it on July 22, we discovered it was faulty and unable to stand properly. The seller mentioned it was past the 30-day money-back guarantee but offered discounts if I kept or gave it away. I declined and opted to return it. However, it arrived back in poor condition, making a refund impossible. eBay closed my case without a solution, and getting through for assistance has been challenging. I know my rights to a replacement or repair, but have not received any resolutions. I am unsure how to proceed.

I purchased two car cameras from Wowcher at £22.00 each on June 6, [redacted], under order number [redacted]4. An additional £16.87 was requested for a voucher before they would ship the items. After being charged £39.98, I tried to contact Wowcher on June 10th and July 4th to request a refund, but was informed my messages did not go through due to a Mail Delivery System error. I have been trying for almost two months to get my refund but have been unable to reach them.

I sold a set of car seat covers to a buyer who had inquired about the fit for his car. I advised him to verify the compatibility with his vehicle using the manufacturer's specifications. Upon receiving the covers, the buyer found them too small and claimed they were damaged, showing a photo of what seemed to be natural leather graining, not actual damage. Since the covers did not fit his car model, I declined the return, suspecting the leather might have been damaged during his attempts to install them. Although eBay intervened and mandated the return, I have been billed for a refund exceeding £[redacted] without receiving the item back. Despite the buyer's proof of postage, the incorrect delivery address provided means I haven't retrieved the package. The wrong address, with an inaccurate postcode, would not have directed the return to me. I request confirmation from eBay that the covers were indeed delivered or proof of delivery to my correct address: NE65 8SY, as listed on my account. Frustratingly, I am now without the product and facing a refund expense.

I purchased the SCHWARZKOPF Professional IGORA ROYAL Permanent Color Creme on eBay. Recently, I ordered two shades, thinking they were from Germany, but they turned out to be made in China. The seller asked to cancel one item due to non-standard reasons and only refunded one. They claimed one item was delivered, but I no longer want it for safety and brand reasons. I'm not comfortable using a non-standard item from China and would like a refund. The seller wants me to pay for return shipping without providing a label. I'm willing to return the product if they give me a return label.

Today my account was unexpectedly and permanently suspended without any prior notice. This type of severe action typically implies serious misconduct, yet I only had two active listings, both of which were completely legitimate. The sudden disappearance of my successful listings, one of which had 6 watchers and over [redacted] views, is quite disheartening. I believe there has been an error and I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue. I have reached out to eBay through email on four occasions, but each time I have received the same automated response informing me of my permanent suspension. The lack of personalized support and reliance on automated messages is disappointing. I attempted to contact a live agent, but the website indicated that the service was unavailable, adding to my frustration. Any help in rectifying this situation would be greatly appreciated, as this experience has affected my trust in eBay after being a loyal customer for many years.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience regarding purchasing car registration plates on 12th July [redacted]. I received the standard Ebay confirmation email for order number 01-08[redacted]9 and item number [redacted]06. Despite contacting the seller three times via email at [redacted] and leaving messages on the mobile number [redacted]7, I have not received any response. Upon further research, I discovered that the seller does not advertise on Ebay and found out that I have been scammed. I received the Flip Leather Smart Clear View phone case for my Samsung A33 A53 5G in purple from seller mid-cover in the UK on 15th July. I contacted them the same day due to the product not closing properly. They assured me of a full refund without the need to return the item. On August 5, an appeal was sent regarding a faulty item. The issue was resolved on the same day. On August 4, a case was opened stating the item was not working and requesting a refund, the seller responded asking to return it for a refund after the 25th. Prior to this, messages were exchanged about the item's condition and functionality on July 29, August 2, and July 28. The seller mentioned the item was stored for a long time and offered a reduced price due to the issues mentioned. On July 25, tracking information was not yet available due to hot weather conditions affecting deliveries. The item was not received by July 22, prompting further communication.

However, I recently discovered they are located in China. I tried speaking with an eBay chat assistant who advised me to contact the manufacturer, which I found challenging. I made a purchase on 26 May [redacted] for Limited Ukraine stamps "Russian warship… DONE!”, F, stamps sheet set totaling US $90.00. The order number is 07-08[redacted]7 with Item ID: [redacted]50 from Seller: vitlaza_39(1,[redacted]). eBay sent me a confirmation on 27 May stating the estimated delivery between 14 June - 11 July. However, when I checked the tracking, it showed delivery on 23 June, which is inaccurate as I was present at home. eBay advised me to contact the seller vitlaza_39. Despite several messages to the seller, they insist the item was delivered by UkrPoshta with tracking number RH[redacted]57UA. I am displeased with the seller's response and eBay mentioned I could seek assistance after 29 July. The eBay confirmation email on 26 May indicated a money-back guarantee. Our business has an active Ebay account linked to our company credit card. Approximately two weeks ago, a charge of £13 was debited from our credit card by Ebay. Strangely, this transaction is not connected to our Ebay account, and we are clueless about its purpose. We have validated that none of our staff authorized this payment. To address potential fraud, we have taken the precaution of canceling our credit card. Regrettably, this has caused disruptions in our regular purchasing activities. We have attempted to seek assistance from Ebay, but the guidance provided pertains only to transactions made through our Ebay account, which is not the case here. Looking to resolve this matter swiftly and without involvement of law enforcement, we are eager to obtain information regarding the nature of this transaction, including details about the order and its delivery.

The delivery date was postponed multiple times, and after reaching out to the seller twice via email with no response, I sought eBay's assistance. To be candid, eBay is driving me crazy. I've sent six emails regarding items that have not been delivered. I even completed the feedback, but the items are still missing. I ordered two blackhead removers and only received one. Additionally, the window wiper I ordered in June for £20 has not arrived yet. Is eBay not addressing this at all?
