I had a delivery on the 7th of July, but missed it. The parcel was sent back to the Royal Mail office. After visiting, they mentioned it had gone back to the seller. Unfortunately, I forgot who the seller was. I've been advised by a potential seller to reach out to you to locate the package. Time is of the essence; I have about 2 days left before my 18-day deadline. I recently tried to log into my eBay account after not using it for a while. eBay prompted me to enter a security verification code sent via text to my landline, which doesn't have text capabilities. I recently got a mobile phone, and eBay seems to be using this updated information. I spent an hour on the eBay chatline trying to resolve this issue. The operator mentioned sending me a code via email to access my account for necessary updates, but I didn't receive any code even though the chat transcript was sent when the operator ended the chat session.

I am extremely disappointed with the petrol strimmer I purchased. When I received the item, it was clearly used, with debris in the filter. Not only that, but it would not start and I received an electrical shock from the spark plug every time I tried to pull the pulley to start it. After investigating, I found the spark lead was not properly connected and there was a loose wire wrapped around it. This has set me back in my landscaping work. I have pictures to support my claims. I have encountered repeated issues with eBay constantly prompting me to change my password due to ordering from an unrecognized device, preventing me from accessing my account. Despite using the same device and location for years, I face this problem almost every time I place an order. The lack of recognition for a legitimate customer and device indicates a software glitch that interrupts the ordering process. The inability to reach customer service for assistance exacerbates this frustration, leading to a feeling of non-existent customer support. As a result, I am disinclined to continue using eBay due to the repetitive inconvenience of resetting my password.

I am a seller and recently received an email informing me that my eBay account has been permanently suspended for what they believe was risky activity. The decision was tough, and they have removed my ability to buy or sell items, with the possibility of future accounts also being suspended. They have deactivated all listings and resolved associated fees except for payment processing. Outstanding selling fees will be charged unless dispute claims have been opened. They provided details of the removed listings and suggested contacting them if I think they made a mistake. The email was signed by eBay, advising not to reply as the address does not accept incoming emails.

I submitted a refund request for an order with case [redacted]. I have returned the item, but the eBay app and website are not allowing me to input the courier and tracking code. Despite sending the item back, the app still prompts me to return it. Additionally, the eBay site does not recognize the Royal Mail tracking number, although it functions correctly on the Royal Mail tracking website. I have not received any refund yet. I shared the proof of return with the seller, but have not received a response. Attempts to contact eBay have been unsuccessful as the phone line directs me to an unhelpful site. I have also requested eBay to intervene, but there has been no response so far.

I recently received an email from eBay informing me that my refund request has been closed without any resolution. The seller, step.chris, has been unresponsive, and I have not received the wood-burning multi-fuel stove I purchased for £[redacted]. I am facing an issue with a recent package delivery (Order number 01-08[redacted]9). The tracking information indicates that the item was delivered on 27 Jul [redacted] at 4:39pm, but unfortunately, I did not receive it. After contacting ParcelForce, they informed me that the package was delivered to 48, Salisbury Avenue instead of my address at 48, Brecon Flats on Salisbury Avenue. ParcelForce mentioned that they have a photo showing the delivery was made to a black house door, while my door is white as I live in a flat. The error seems to be due to the incorrect address provided by the seller, omitting "Brecon Flats" in the address. I have reached out to the seller, who has acknowledged the mistake but is unwilling to contact ParcelForce for verification of the misdelivery. The seller agrees that I did not receive the item, claiming to have filed a complaint with ParcelForce. However, they are currently refusing to issue a refund for the undelivered package.

Hello eBay, I recently received Regaine foam, but upon inspection, I noticed it is out of date - the expiration date is 07.[redacted]. Typically, Regaine has a longer shelf life, so this concerns me as it's meant for daily use with active ingredients crucial for hair maintenance. Given that it's an essential product, it's vital that the ingredients are effective. I want to return the two-month supply for a refund as I'm unable to provide a photo for the return request on your page. I'm worried that the outdated product might be sent to another customer who relies on its efficacy. I usually get this product through a prescription, so accuracy is crucial. I purchased Olivia Rodrigo tickets as a birthday and Christmas gift for my daughter last December. The tickets were supposed to be delivered around June before the concert, but we never received them. I understand that tickets cannot be sent before they are released, which is beyond the 30-day period you mention. We worked hard to save the £[redacted] for these tickets. Order # 05-08[redacted]9: I have been dealing with an issue regarding this seller. He requested for me to wait until the 28th, promising a refund if my order had not arrived. However, he has not followed through with the refund. Despite my attempts to communicate, he has ignored my messages. What I find particularly unjust is that he has used the same tracking number repeatedly to delay the refund process. The tracking number KB[redacted]35GB shows that the item has not progressed from the post office in 11 days. By providing the tracking number again, the seller has extended the wait period to the 8th of August. This extended delay is unreasonable, especially considering the lack of movement in the shipment. I kindly request a review of the Royal Mail tracking information linked to this number to validate the issue and expedite the refund process. I have recently moved, so my old email and phone number are no longer valid. Despite two live chat sessions where I was told the issue would be resolved in 48 to 72 hours, it has not been fixed. I need assistance updating my account details, specifically my phone number from the old one (01[redacted]11) to the new one ([redacted]2). My account name is des4565. Changing the phone number is crucial for me to receive a new password and regain access to my account, which I've had for 11 years. My account got suspended due to outstanding seller fees. I can't log in as it keeps looping through the login process. Even the one-time payment option can't verify my card details, and there's no alternative payment method. It's impossible to reach a person for help, and all the instructions on eBay's help center are not addressing my issue. I've sent an email explaining my situation and warned them not to charge me extra or take legal action since I'm unable to pay due to their system issue. I have attempted to process the one-time payment for seller fees of £12.49 multiple times throughout the day, but unfortunately, the payment link is not working. This issue is preventing me from completing the payment. I have also tried alternative payment links which have also been unsuccessful. Maintaining a good standing with eBay and my trading percentage is important to me, and I am eager to resolve this matter promptly. On June 16, [redacted], we contacted you regarding an issue with an order from onlineshowers (Aica Bathrooms Limited) placed on May 22, [redacted]. The shower enclosure arrived damaged and with missing parts, for which we sent photos to the seller. After no response, we have since sent three emails requesting a refund of £[redacted].74. Despite the damaged enclosure being returned, no refund has been received, and Onlineshowers has not replied to any of the emails. We are now considering involving eBay to facilitate the refund or utilizing the eBay guarantee scheme. We are willing to provide bank statements as proof of non-refund. Hello, I wanted to share the details regarding the product in question: - Order Number: 23-08[redacted]8 - Order Date: May 11, [redacted] - Isomars Jewellery Design Drawing Drafting Template Stencil Pendant Necklace Lock ([redacted]41) - Order Total: £19.08 (Including VAT) - Seller: Radhecreations My item was delivered a few days ago, well beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged in multiple places, with the seller attempting to mask the damage with tape. It seems evident that the seller knowingly shipped a damaged item. I am seeking a full refund as the damaged item is unusable. If the seller wants the item returned, they should cover the return shipping costs, as I paid for a new, undamaged item as per the eBay listing. There seems to be an issue opening a case on eBay for this item as it is not covered under their money-back guarantee, despite the original purchase page stating otherwise. Although I can only return the item to India, the shipping costs exceed the item's value, creating an unfair situation for buyers. I possess photos documenting the damage but am unable to initiate a case on eBay to include them, only a return request. On the 6th of June, I placed an order for two doorbells with order number [redacted]01, totaling £18.98. Unfortunately, the doorbells did not arrive, but my debit card was charged £22.78 by eBay which I cannot match to any purchase. Being a stroke survivor, my short-term memory is affected, and I only remembered the doorbells recently when I tried to reorder one. The same doorbell is now priced at £11.99, close to the amount debited. Oddly, the purchase does not show up in 'My eBay' summary with my other orders. When attempting to contact the seller via email, the messages fail to send. Clicking on the 'my item did not arrive' link only results in an error message asking to try again, which I have done multiple times.

I received an offer on a silver ring I was interested in yesterday, so I went ahead and purchased the ring, paying for the postage as well. Surprisingly, the seller canceled my order and refunded me without providing any explanation. Later, I noticed that the same ring I bought was relisted by the seller. I was unhappy about this situation, as I had already paid for the item. I reached out to the seller and also notified eBay through a phone conversation regarding what had transpired. The seller then mentioned that she had offered it to someone else at a higher price of £35, which left me dissatisfied, given that I had purchased it the day before. To make matters worse, I recently received another offer for the same ring I had paid for yesterday, but this time at an increased price. I am extremely frustrated by the seller's actions, which I believe are unethical and violate eBay's policies. Not only did she cancel my order without any explanation or courtesy email, but she also relisted the item and had the audacity to offer it to me at a higher price after already receiving my payment.
