Hello, I wanted to let you know that on 2/8/22, an eBay payment of £[redacted].25 was sent to my bank account by mistake, as it was intended for my partner's eBay account. My bank returned the payment on the same day because the name did not match, and they confirmed that the payment was received by eBay but not credited back to the original account "chester5148". I kindly request that the payment be resolved and redirected to the correct bank details now updated on the account for "chester5148". Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Wendy S. My account and email address were compromised on May 18, [redacted]. Two vouchers were purchased without my authorization, and the hackers deleted my emails before I could respond. I immediately contacted eBay, incurring £15 in call charges, and was promised a refund for the two £51.99 transactions. The seller denies involvement in the scam, leaving me without evidence. Since nothing has been received, I should at least be able to claim for non-receipt. I believe you can verify my two calls made on that day from my mobile number at 07[redacted]26. Regards, D. Adams.

Hello, I am reaching out because I have been trying to contact a seller I bought a shower from in November. Today, a plumber came and informed me that the thermostat is broken, causing the water to run either scalding hot or freezing cold. I have been dealing with this issue for three months and now I understand what needs to be fixed. I am A.G. I recently got an email saying my package was delivered to 12 Kenton Road HA1 2BW at 12:10 PM, but I never received it. I had requested cancellation after placing the order on Saturday because no one is home on weekdays at the provided address. Despite that, I received another email saying the item was posted. I have tried contacting them twice via email with no response. I am requesting either a resend to my work address at [redacted] Victoria Road HA4 0LN or a refund to my card.

I would like to report an issue regarding item number [redacted]43, an Air Compressor listed for £[redacted]. A buyer, who came to my home and paid in cash, purchased the item. However, I am now facing restrictions on my account due to another buyer named mamcgI85 on eBay claiming to have paid me for the same item. After checking with PayPal, they have confirmed that no funds were received. The supposed buyer mentioned the payment might be on hold in their PayPal account. I am puzzled as to why my account is restricted when I have not received any funds from this second buyer, as the legitimate buyer completed the transaction in person with cash.

After buying a new pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses, unfortunately, both the original pair and its replacement arrived with quality issues. The replacement pair came in a cheap plastic case that was already damaged upon arrival. This has led me to doubt the authenticity of the items being sold by the seller. I am now in possession of two pairs of glasses that I wish to return, but I am encountering difficulties registering the second pair for return.

I unexpectedly got logged out of my account recently. When I tried to log back in, my password didn't work, so I followed the steps to change it. After updating my password, I was asked for a security code to be texted to my phone number. The issue is that the number displayed is missing the '0' at the beginning, which is essential. I have tried clicking the link multiple times without success. I believe to correct my phone number on my account, I need to log in first. I am experiencing significant issues with eBay regarding the deletion of my wife's account. This situation is distressing, especially following the recent passing of my wife, Gillian, at the age of 67 due to a heart attack. Hello. I have sold a couple of items on eBay. The first item transaction went smoothly; however, issues began with subsequent sales. Despite updating my bank details as requested for payouts, nothing has changed. Numerous calls to customer support resulted in repeated requests to update bank details, yet my payouts remain delayed by almost 3 weeks. I diligently reach out to customer service every 2 days, where they assure me the problem will be resolved in a few days. Regrettably, weeks have passed, and I am still waiting for my payouts. This situation is causing financial strain as eBay deducts selling fees and I have already paid for shipping labels. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Order No: 22-08[redacted]1 I purchased this item without realizing that the software provided only offers a brief trial period. The camera is meant to be used for inspecting drains and the like, but on my Windows 10 computer, it proved to be completely useless after the trial period expired, demanding £30.19 per year to continue using it. Had I known about this trial limitation, I wouldn't have made the purchase. Despite the initial success of the product in facilitating my work with hose piping, it ultimately resulted in a costly setup using 10 meters of hose, a storage reel, and two mini torches due to poor lighting. Despite reaching out to the seller and being offered a refund upon returning the item, the expense of shipping it back to China would outweigh the selling price, leaving me significantly out of pocket.

We are a company called Advanced Building Design Ltd selling on eBay under the account name ABDForTools. We have two directors and employees who all need access to the eBay account. However, upon trying to log in today, I encountered the message 'Verify your contact info' with only one option available: receiving a security code via text to a phone number that does not belong to me or any staff member. My correct phone number, used when creating the account years ago, is linked to the other director. I would appreciate insight into this from a security standpoint. While I could have eBay send the code to him, it poses challenges if he is unavailable. Hello, I purchased a Ben Nevis smartwatch from S A J I Shop Best Deals on eBay. However, upon receiving the watch, I discovered that it was originally purchased from Amazon at a higher price. When the watch malfunctioned and wouldn't connect to my iPhone, I contacted the seller for assistance. They provided me with an electronic return label from E V R I with tracking number 3-[redacted]-0-[redacted]47-2. I shipped the package back to Amazon with receipt number P[redacted] on 28/7/22. Despite E V R I confirming they collected the package, S A J I Shop claims they cannot locate it within Amazon's system. As a single mother working long hours as a taxi driver, I rely on Bluetooth for driving, making the watch essential. S A J I Shop seems to be evading responsibility by using Amazon as a provider and not addressing the faulty product properly. I urge eBay to assist before I leave negative feedback. Thank you. I have been a buyer and seller on eBay since [redacted] without any issues. While I haven't used the platform in a while, I was shocked and disappointed to discover that you are withholding £5 from me. I cannot comprehend why this is happening. Is this how you treat valued sellers? I have always had positive feedback and have never had any issues, except for one situation where I refunded a buyer who demanded immediate shipment despite my policy. Both recent buyers have received their items and are satisfied, with one even leaving positive feedback. Please resolve this matter promptly, or I will escalate it further. If this withholding of funds continues, I will have no choice but to cease using eBay for buying or selling.
