I attempted to purchase a postage label but couldn't find where to download it from on your website. After receiving an email from PayPal indicating payment for postage to Packlink Shipping SL, I noticed that the delivery address listed was mine, not the recipient's. The GB long number on Packlink's website isn't recognized when I try to cancel the shipment. When I checked eBay's "Manage My Shipping Label" section for help, I couldn't find any saved labels. I've been unable to access live chat support for eBay despite it being advertised as available Monday through Sunday. Additionally, the phone number provided hasn't been helpful as there is no one available to speak with.

Hello, I bought what I thought were foot joy golf gloves, but I only received one glove instead of a pair. They refunded me £7, but the material of the glove turned out to be fake. I requested a full refund and had to send it back to China. They refused to refund the return postage cost of £4.05 but said they would refund me after receiving the glove. I have the receipt for the return postage.

I intended to purchase this bicycle in the UK while I was in Switzerland, where I frequently travel. Despite attempting to use my UK debit card, Swiss debit card, and Indian credit card, none of them were successful. Even after trying my UK card with a VPN to mimic a UK location, it still did not work. I am unsure of the next steps to take. Thank you for any assistance. Kamal Musale

I recently bought an item on eBay, but it arrived in the wrong size. After contacting the seller, I returned the item to the address provided for an exchange. Now, the seller claims it wasn't them and denies the transaction, even though I have two eBay accounts - [redacted] and [redacted] My ID for k.jones is kajoko.j2hbcg, and for jones1972 it was karendobi_2 but is now Dobster2017. The seller's name is Alan Zeb, with ID Alaze-5 and email [redacted] The purchase was made from budgedelectronicsltd, item number [redacted]72, on April 26th for £7.99. I seek a full refund, as the seller refuses to cooperate. Communication has been through eBay messages and emails. I can provide screenshots or the full email conversation if needed. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be appreciated.

I attempted to make a payment for an item I won, Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, using Google Pay, but due to an outdated address on my Google Pay account, the payment failed multiple times. Subsequently, I tried using the Visa option, which also failed. To my surprise, upon checking my bank app, I discovered the payment went through to an unrecognized account: INTL CARD ending in [redacted] to a Luxembourg-based Ebay account. The seller did not receive the payment for the item. I have already contacted my bank, and they advised me to reach out to you regarding this payment issue. Hello, I am in need of assistance as I do not own a printer to facilitate the return of my Bose SoundDock. The order number is 01-06[redacted]8, and the total cost is 17 pounds plus postage. If the seller does not provide a return label, eBay will need to send one via post to my address at The Cowshed Caravan, Blaencwmbychan Farm, Felingwm-Uchaf, Carmarthen, SA327QA, WALES, UK. I will then return the item when the postal van arrives next week, approximately 2 miles away on Tuesday. The item appears to be tainted by a foul odor and negative vibrations. eBay, kindly arrange to send a printed return label through Royal Mail promptly, or I will escalate the matter further. I am seeking guidance regarding the suspension of my eBay account. Yesterday, I listed 7 frozen cookie doughs for sale on my seller account for the first time. Utilizing the same information from my online business's website, I completed the seller account details to the best of my knowledge. Due to my website's photos not meeting eBay's required [redacted]-pixel quality, I used images from Google. I opted out of delivery service as I intended to personally deliver or have customers pick up the items. I have a registered company listed on Companies House and have been selling items via my website for over 3 years. I am perplexed about why my account was suspended, as I provided my personal information for customer contact and specified they should call before placing any orders. Dear eBay, I purchased a 'Glycine Combat' watch from Seller 1977mcf1977 on or around November 12, [redacted], for $[redacted]. The seller, Christos Margonis, at Sirinon15, Paleo Faliro-[redacted], Athens, Greece, assured me of its authenticity, but investigations revealed it to be a fake. I am seeking clarification from eBay regarding the suspension of my account and the evidence they have to support their decision. Yesterday, I posted frozen cookie dough on my seller account for the first time. As an online business owner, I used consistent information from my website when completing the seller's account details. However, I unknowingly used photos from Google instead of the required images by eBay. I opted not to use a delivery service as I would directly deliver or allow customers to pick up the items. My registered company has been operating for over five years, and I strive to provide excellent customer service by encouraging clients to call before placing orders. I purchased a refurbished LCD screen with order # 20-07[redacted]1. While testing the screen by taping the home button and sensor loosely, I noticed lines on the new screen. The seller claimed I had damaged the screen, but I assured him there was no crack. I provided pictures to prove the screen's condition. I only tested it without fully fitting it, as I am not a professional. I am requesting a full refund for the damaged LCD. The seller accused me of fully fitting the screen, but I have evidence showing otherwise. I handled the screen carefully, and the damage was not caused by me. I believe the screen was faulty before it was sent to me.

I bought an item from seller jaadelek-0 with Order number 21-06[redacted]9. The seller failed to deliver it, did not refund me, and ignores my messages. It has been over a month since the order, so eBay won't refund me. The seller promised to supply the item if I waited, but when I asked for a refund after waiting, they stopped responding. There are 15 negative feedback comments about the seller's dishonest behavior. I think eBay should make an exception to the one-month rule and refund me. eBay should also suspend this seller to protect other buyers from losing money. I know eBay doesn't usually reply to emails, but I hope for a response.

I recently left a negative review for a seller because an item I bought arrived severely damaged, as it was poorly packaged in a bag and got crushed during shipping. I attempted to reach out to the seller with no success, so I left negative feedback and initiated a return dispute. I asked the seller if they could offer a partial refund, which they eventually did. Now, I would like to retract the negative feedback I left. I've tried contacting eBay support, but I end up in a loop without any resolution. Even calling their support line only led me to a recorded message directing me back to eBay help. Can someone assist me with this issue? I believe it's fair to remove the negative feedback now that the seller has refunded me. Thank you.

I purchased a watch on Ebay from listing [redacted]78 by seller coleidoscoop_sf. Despite the item being advertised with photos showing hands on the face, the one I received did not match the description. Feeling alarmed, I sought advice and learned that such behavior is a common scam tactic to intimidate buyers. Despite my efforts to report the issue to Ebay, I have been unable to find a clear path to do so. The seller appears to have closed the case prematurely, causing further confusion. Attempts to appeal have been thwarted by the seller's counterclaims. Contacting Ebay for support has been challenging as the UK branch states they cannot assist with a transaction made in the USA, despite my UK bank account being used for payment. I recently bought an electric desktop planer from eBay, but it had an American plug instead of a UK one. I have been sending letters, but I do not think they are going to the right place. Around the 10th of April, I ordered a picture frame A4, which arrived broken at the back where the stand is located. The reference number is 19-06[redacted]3. Additionally, on the 11th of April, I ordered McAfee Total Protection 10 devices but cannot find the order number. Please investigate this issue promptly. If action is not taken, I may need to escalate this matter. Kindly provide an email address where I can send copies of the items as received. I find it frustrating to return broken items received. This has been ongoing for a month, and I am hopeful we can resolve this. If not, I will have to involve the relevant consumer protection authorities.
