I recently bought 4 Under Armour shirts, but they are significantly smaller than expected and appear to be fake. Despite opening a case with the seller, I haven't made much progress. The seller offered me a £10 refund to keep the shirts, but I declined as I want to return them. The seller provided a U.S. return address even though the package came from Derby. The return shipping cost to the U.S. is approximately £48, which the seller should cover. The seller acknowledged the size issue but did not address the authenticity problem. Although he agreed to the return, I fear he may not refund me or cause delays. I've reached out to the seller multiple times, but he is unresponsive, possibly waiting for the return period to expire. I've exhausted my options and need assistance in resolving this matter.

I am writing to address a complaint I have about eBay. Recently, my work hours were reduced due to COVID-19, resulting in financial strain. In an attempt to improve my situation, I listed items for auction on eBay for the first time, unaware of the fee structure. Upon receiving a £95 invoice three weeks later, I was shocked by the unexpected charge. I promptly removed the auction and sought assistance through online chat. Despite my explanations and pleas for discretion given the circumstances, eBay proceeded to charge me the £95. I felt unsupported and frustrated by the lack of understanding or help offered by eBay. Despite being a long-time user, my attempts to stop the payment and resolve the situation have been unsuccessful. The repeated referrals to the online chat have been unproductive, leaving me dissatisfied with the customer service provided. I strongly urge eBay to reconsider and refund the £95, considering the genuine mistake made and the efforts to rectify the situation. The lack of flexibility and support from eBay has caused undue stress, and I hope for a resolution soon. Sincerely, D. Holland.

I sold an item on the 9th of May through GPS. When I shipped the item, it was in like-new condition and wrapped securely. The buyer contacted me to say the item arrived damaged, as if it had been shaken during transit. The parcel was sent to your Lichfield hub, and I expected better handling. Now I'm being asked to provide a return label and issue a full refund, which is impossible as the transaction was done through GPS. It was your responsibility to ensure the parcel reached the buyer in the same condition it was sent. The refund should be handled by eBay, not me. The item number is [redacted]15, and the return number is 22-07[redacted]1. Please investigate this matter promptly as both the buyer and I are unsatisfied. Thank you, Judith.

I encountered an issue while attempting to purchase an item on eBay for £6.47. Initially, the Checkout button appeared in its typical blue color. However, after adjusting the delivery options to click & collect and changing the default store, I noticed that the Confirm & Pay button had changed to grey with red text prompting me to review my Paypal account. After verifying my Paypal account separately with no issues, I returned to eBay's checkout only to find a new button requesting me to log back into Paypal. Despite following the steps, I was unable to complete the payment. I attempted to contact eBay's customer service through their various freephone numbers, but unfortunately, they only have a recorded message and no live representatives available for assistance.

Hello, I would like to report a seller who has not refunded me for an item I purchased on December 28th. Despite multiple promises for a refund, the seller, Cedric-[redacted], has not followed through. The order number is 05-06[redacted]3, and I paid £3.97 for a clearance plate button, also known as a hump jumper. Due to the delay, I ended up purchasing the item from another seller. I have been unable to reach the seller through the platform, and they are now claiming to have no funds in their PayPal account for a refund. If needed, you can reach me at [redacted]2 as I have been unable to get a response through the usual channels.

I purchased three tops, two in March and one in April, all in the same style but different colors. I left them untouched in my drawer assuming the size would fit as I ordered 5XL. When I finally opened one to wear it, I discovered they sent me the wrong style. Despite contacting the seller about the v-neck style I wanted versus the round neck I received, their responses have been unhelpful and unsympathetic. The tops cost $7.35 each. The description clearly stated a v-neck, which is my preferred neckline. I'm frustrated with their lack of assistance and the varying responses I received, including one person saying his boss would deduct it from his salary. I am disappointed with the customer service and hope to resolve this issue.

I purchased three tops in different colors, two in March and one in April, for $7.35 each. I intentionally selected a larger size for a loose fit but did not unpack them right away. Recently, when I opened one, I realized they sent me a different style than the V-neck I saw on eBay and expected. The tops received had round necklines, which I do not wear. Despite my numerous messages, the seller has been unhelpful. It seems like they violated eBay policies by sending a different style than advertised. I am very frustrated with this situation and demand either the correct V-neck tops in the colors I chose or a refund. Dealing with this seller has been extremely unsatisfactory, and I feel they should not be allowed to conduct business in this manner. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I bought an item on eBay on 19/05/[redacted], and it arrived on 22/05/[redacted]. The item cost £[redacted], including taxes. I received a cheap mail box and a missing free item. I contacted the seller, who is based in China but shipped from the UK in Dunstable, about the issue. They mentioned they will file a claim with Royal Mail and might send a replacement. I am concerned about the cost and losing sleep over this situation. Should I wait for the seller to resolve this, or are they stalling? Should I file a claim for "item not as described" or "wrong item delivered"? This is a frustrating experience for me, as I have never encountered this before.

I am reaching out regarding my online order with the reference EBY [redacted]. On February 18, [redacted], I made a purchase as a guest on the eBay store for a Breville VST041 Deep Fill Sandwich Toaster. Following email guidance from CurrysPCWorld eBay Store titled 'Thank you! We're here if you need us-Returns, Help Support', I returned the faulty toaster via Royal Mail Track and Trace on April 20, [redacted]. The item was delivered to CurrysPCWorld eBay Operation at Building Two, SPWPG1 and PG2 Newlink Business Park, Long Hollow Way, NEWARK NG24 2NH on April 22, [redacted] at 12:46 PM. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, sending various emails, and following instructions to contact Team Know-How at CurrysPCWorld, I have faced unhelpful responses and dead-end phone calls. I have not received an email confirming my order, and I am frustrated by the lack of progress in receiving my refund for the returned item. This situation has been ongoing for 32 days, and I urge for a prompt resolution.

I want to purchase the NUK Teat size Medium (Item Number: [redacted]90). I noticed an error in the total charge, which came to about £27 for four items, including the postage fee. The cost per item is £3.06, and the original postage fee was £4.74. However, it seems there was an additional delivery charge of £14.46, resulting in an overcharge. I kindly request that all items be shipped together with the correct charges applied. I require these items promptly for my disabled child. Please send me a revised invoice reflecting the accurate total of 4 x £3.06 + £4.74 (postage) = £16.98. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter. Best regards, A.P.

My partner received a message from a person named dagammie on eBay, asking about an electric wheelchair for sale. Subsequently, my partner also got an email alert from eBay stating that dagammie's account was compromised and being restored. The dagammie message included a link to a wheelchair picture and asked for confirmation that it was similar to the one being sold. I refrained from clicking the link. Since the buyer was in Scotland and our listing was for local collection only, I suspected it might be a scam. eBay's warning mentioned scammers trying to obtain email addresses. Considering this, can we simply ignore any further attempts at contact from this party?

Subject: Request to Remove Account Suspension Hello, I recently received an email notification from eBay to my secondary email address ([redacted]) regarding new sign-in activity on my account on 27th May. Concerned about a possible security breach, I promptly changed my eBay account password. However, upon further investigation, I noticed that the details of the unusual activity mentioned in the email coincided with my legitimate usage of the site, particularly in viewing my "Purchase History" to update a record of my crystal purchases. This intense activity likely triggered the security alert. I can confirm that no policy violations have occurred, and the cause of the activity has been identified. Due to the misunderstanding, I kindly request the removal of the suspension on my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, CP

Hello, I need assistance with providing my PayPal email address to the seller for a refund. I purchased an item over 90 days ago that is defective, and the seller is unable to repair or replace it. They have offered a refund instead. Could you please facilitate sharing my PayPal email address with the seller? Thank you. - GG

On May 22, [redacted], I received an email from [redacted] regarding free listings. I responded with the details for USA, UK, and AU listings but didn't hear back. Despite emailing the account manager, I received a message saying to request the free list via email, which I did. Subsequently, I got a response stating the request cannot be altered. Later, I received an email informing that the Free Listings for June [redacted] have been successfully filled. Despite this, I noticed that the free listings were not live according to the mentioned schedule. Even though our account is Above Standard for USA and global, we didn't receive the free listings. After communicating the issue, we were given a 24-48 hour resolution time. It has been quite frustrating waiting for the listings and account to be active. If eBay cannot provide the promised free listings, I may consider closing my account due to the lack of proper and timely services. Numerous emails have been sent to [redacted] regarding the free listings without any response or action taken.

I would like to dispute a late delivery claim. The item was not actually delivered late as it was sent within my specified delivery timeframe. My local Post Office has closures on Wednesdays, which affects transactions made during that time frame. Items purchased within this period are posted on Fridays, causing a slight delay in delivery. I believe the defect applied to my eBay account is incorrect in this case. I request eBay to reevaluate and remove this defect as it is undeserved. This pertains to transaction number [redacted]33.

My eBay account, xny556aforapple, has been temporarily locked due to possible hacks. I need to change my password, but every time I attempt to log in, eBay prompts me to speak to an adviser. However, I can't reach an adviser without first logging in, which creates a frustrating cycle. My other online accounts such as PayPal and my bank are functioning well. I'm feeling desperate after three days of unsuccessful attempts to resolve this issue. I have live ads, and if someone makes a purchase, I'm unable to fulfill it without access to my account, risking negative consequences that are not my fault. I've tried contacting an adviser at [redacted]1 numerous times but with no success. I'm considering ending my connection with eBay to restore peace in my life. Thank you, Frank.

A van listed by LPW Europe from Ossett Wakefield on E BAY UK before 11.9.[redacted] had registration number BJ63 WPF. The salesperson named Toby discouraged buyers from using E BAY UK. Despite purchasing the vehicle with an MOT certificate on 11.9.[redacted], it was found to be unroadworthy shortly after due to blocked exhaust and EGR. The issue was reported to Barclaycard, who had a docusign report filled out detailing the dangerous situation. Barclaycard has now informed that LPW Europe's bankers have advised on necessary maintenance, including a new DPF, EGR, heater plugs, filters, oil changes, new tires, and air filters. The concern is that the vehicle, purchased on E BAY, was improperly maintained and posed serious risks. Requesting LPW Europe's suspension from E BAY to prevent others from experiencing similar distress and financial losses.

On September 23, [redacted], I bought a pair of ladies' Hotter GORE-TEX walking boots in blue from seller cbear2012 on eBay UK for £39.99 plus postage. The order number is [redacted]38. After wearing the boots only six times for short durations, I noticed that the soles and heels began to fall apart. Hotter UK explained that the boots had been stored incorrectly for years, leading to a condition called hydrolysis, causing the rubber components to disintegrate upon use. Despite reaching out to the seller three times with photos and requesting a refund, they have not responded. I have sought advice from local trading standards under the Consumer Rights Act [redacted], which protects consumers' rights to satisfactory quality goods. With evidence from Hotter UK, I plan to take legal action if the seller does not respond within seven days. I hope eBay takes notice of this seller's behavior.

I ordered a pendant for a birthday gift, but I am really disappointed with the quality. It was described as an 18ct gold flower pendant on eBay, but when it arrived, it said "Artificial Metal Pendant" and looks very cheap. I paid £66 for it, and it came from India, sold by kingofcollection3 (item number [redacted]41, order number 22-07[redacted]0). I am not satisfied with it and would like someone to investigate. Please contact me at [redacted]69. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I also contacted the seller to request a refund because it was supposed to arrive in July, but it came yesterday looking poorly made. Lynn B.

I am unable to access my eBay account as it is stating that the information does not match. I have not made any updates to my profile or changed my mobile number as it does not end in 74, but rather 51. There have been unauthorized purchases made on my account, including a Nintendo for £[redacted].99 and a disposable pen for £9.48, using my debit card without my permission. I suspect my account has been hacked as I am unfamiliar with the name Corey Jason who resides at 33 Walsingham Road, Hackney, E58NE, United Kingdom, and these purchases are not mine. I have not shared my eBay password with anyone and did not authorize this individual to use my credit card. How can I regain access to my eBay account and address this security breach?
