Hello, I am encountering an issue with a seller. I bought headphones from them a month ago, but after receiving the product, I decided to return it. The seller provided a Royal Mail return label, and I dispatched the item. Unfortunately, Royal Mail seems to have misplaced the package. I have tried to communicate with the seller multiple times, but they have not responded. On April 27th, the seller closed the return stating that I declined a partial refund offer, which never happened as I was never given such an offer. I am unsure of the next steps to take and need a prompt resolution to receive my refund. The order number is 17-06[redacted]9, and the return ID is [redacted]. I received a message from eBay about 2 months ago regarding suspicious activity on a supposed account of mine, leading to its suspension. After clarifying that I don't own an eBay account, I requested details once their fraud team completed the investigation. However, despite assurances of an update, I haven't heard back. Despite my efforts to get information, I was informed of a serious breach but denied any chance to appeal or receive specifics. Attempts to reach eBay by phone were unsuccessful, leaving text as the only communication option. Unfortunately, while exchanging messages with a representative, the chat was abruptly ended multiple times due to my slow texting speed. Good afternoon, I recently received a ban from selling on eBay, and it appears my family has also been affected due to our shared IP address. I have been a victim of identity theft, where loans and bank accounts were opened in my name. This was partially my fault for giving my details to someone pretending to be from my bank. The thief opened accounts and took out loans in my name, including a loan for £40,[redacted] that was reversed by the bank. I discovered multiple unauthorized accounts and activities through a credit check. I am unsure why I received an eBay ban and have not received clear answers despite contacting them. I want to continue using eBay and am willing to provide documentation from my bank detailing the fraud. My bank is investigating the sophisticated nature of the fraud. I seek assistance in determining how many eBay accounts are linked to my address and name to secure my account. My address is 25 Ravenscliffe Ave., Bradford, BD100HU. I received a hypodermic syringe needle and stabilizer instead of the insect repellent bracelet watches I ordered on eBay. There is no trace of this transaction on my eBay purchases page or in any email confirmation, yet my bank confirms that £8.40 was debited from my account last week with reference number 0#12-06[redacted]9. I kindly request assistance in locating the seller to return the syringe and receive a refund. I have tried contacting you by telephone twice. The first attempt was yesterday, and the second was today at 11:45 a.m. Despite hearing movement on the other end, there was no response when I greeted the caller loudly multiple times. I sent my Sekonda chronograph watch to a seller for a broken crystal replacement almost three months ago. The seller has been ignoring my messages regarding its return. After reading feedback from other buyers with similar experiences, I am considering involving the police. The watch holds sentimental value as it was a gift from my sister and brother-in-law for my 65th birthday, and it is engraved on the rear casing. I have attempted to find a phone number for assistance but have had no luck. It seems I am going in circles. eBay suggested seeking help externally. I am left with options like contacting the police, going to the media, or visiting the seller’s address provided I might face legal repercussions. Despite the watch being worth only sixty pounds, its sentimental value is irreplaceable. It's disappointing that eBay allows such fraudulent sellers to operate freely on their platform.

I am currently experiencing an issue with a transaction where the buyer claims the item never arrived. Despite my efforts to prove the shipment, my funds are being held. This is the second time I have faced a similar scam. I had a previous encounter several years ago, resulting in a suspension for three months and the loss of [redacted] points. Hello, I purchased a pillar drill from ToolStore2018 back in December. Unfortunately, when it arrived, a part was broken. I reported the issue, and they assured me they would resolve it. Despite my numerous emails, they keep claiming they have sent the replacement part, which never arrived. They even said it was at the local sorting office early but the office had no record of it. Then, they claimed it was just shipped out to me, which also appears to be untrue. This back-and-forth has been ongoing for four months, and I feel they were hoping I would give up. I attempted to file an unpaid dispute against a buyer on eBay who has purchased multiple items totaling £[redacted] from my listings in the last 14 days. Despite them not paying or responding to my emails, I encountered issues with the eBay site when trying to submit the dispute. Instead of processing the unpaid dispute, the site redirected me to the 'Cancel Transaction' page, which does not penalize the buyer and could allow them to avoid consequences for their actions. I suspect the buyer (Fuji147) is causing issues with my recent sale of chisels. Despite multiple high-resolution images showcasing the product, the buyer returned the set citing missing maker's marks. Even though this detail was visible in the pictures, the buyer seemed impulsive and changed his mind after purchase. This situation not only wastes my time but also hinders other interested buyers. When he bought a second set without waiting for updated images, I had concerns. The buyer then requested pictures as a condition for payment, to which I complied promptly. Despite my efforts to ensure his satisfaction before shipping, issues arose. It appears the buyer, an experienced collector familiar with Marpled Harlequin chisels, may be exploiting eBay's buyer-centric return policy. This buyer's pattern of behavior raises suspicion of being a repeat troublemaker among sellers. I am puzzled by how the chisels were inaccurately described in this case.

I purchased a doll, order number [redacted]19, described as a soft silicone doll with closed eyes and bendable limbs from Fashion Factory 26. Upon arrival, I received a completely different doll than advertised. The doll was made of hard plastic, had open eyes, and required assembly. After further discussion, they agreed to allow me to return the doll but insisted that I cover the return shipping costs. Despite my repeated explanations and requests for a full refund and a return label, the seller gave conflicting return addresses and claimed I received a discounted item.
