I have a home listed for rent on Zillow in Traverse City, Michigan. Currently, the listing can only be found if someone searches for rentals in "Williamsburg, Michigan." The problem is that our home is just about 9 miles from downtown Traverse City. When potential renters search for waterfront properties near Traverse City, our listing does not appear. Most people wouldn't think to search in "Williamsburg, Michigan." I have contacted Zillow twice about this issue but have not received any response. I am looking to have our property included in any search for rentals in Traverse City, Michigan on Zillow. Due to the lack of response via email, I would like to speak with a Zillow representative over the phone. Please contact me at [redacted] as our current listing is not getting much traffic, especially with summer approaching.

I had to remove my house ad from Zillow due to the Zestimate dropping over $60,[redacted]. When I listed the house, the initial Zestimate was slightly low but acceptable. However, it suddenly decreased without explanation a few weeks ago, making it impossible to sell. Despite the property's upgrades and size compared to others in the neighborhood, the value was unfairly reduced. While nearby homes maintain their prices, my Zestimate drastically fell to an unreasonable and insulting amount. I am frustrated that Zillow's algorithms failed in this case. Realtor.com values my house at $[redacted],[redacted], but Zillow's estimate is only $[redacted],[redacted]. This difference is concerning and disappointing.

I am concerned about the valuation of my home. The estimate provided by your website is significantly lower than the market value. My house is a [redacted] square feet home in excellent condition, located in a prime area. It was completely renovated in [redacted], with new baths, kitchen, doors, hardware, and appliances. The property is larger than the average home in the area. Previous offers we received were above $[redacted],[redacted], but buyers are being influenced by the inaccurate estimate on your site, which is affecting our ability to sell the house. Please address this issue promptly. The property is located at 42 Yale Drive, New City, New York, [redacted]. Additionally, your other website, Trulia, also has incorrect information. The house is only 19 years old and has been renovated twice. I can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

We need to address the issues with the listing at the following location:
[redacted] Monterey Street
Coral Gables, FL [redacted]
The Zestimate for this property has drastically decreased in the last month, which we find concerning. A $30k decrease in value over 30 days suggests a significant problem in the market, which is not accurate.
One major issue is the inclusion of non-comparable homes in the Zestimate calculation. Properties located outside of Coral Gables are being factored in, which is skewing the estimate. Additionally, a middle school that does not belong to our district is mistakenly included, negatively impacting our listing.
Urgent action is needed to correct these inaccuracies promptly. Delaying the correction is hindering our ability to sell the property effectively.

Address:
[redacted] EUREKA AVE
YORBA LINDA CA [redacted]
Please remove the AUCTION status from **ALL** websites immediately.
The loan is now current. My elderly father suffered a stroke when he saw the status next to the address. To sum it up, I lost my personal funds due to a divorce, was taken advantage of, and managed to bring the loan current.
Both of my parents are fragile, and I am their caregiver. I can't have strangers knocking on the door asking if we want to sell the house.
It's URGENT that it is removed today, as it was still showing this morning.
Thank you for your quick response and for getting in touch with Zillow.
Sincerely,

I am a real estate agent, however, I am not a premier agent with Zillow. I have a listing through the MLS and Zillow, but nobody can find it on Zillow. Despite sharing it on Facebook and receiving four leads, they couldn't locate the listing on Zillow. I'm concerned because my client is considering pulling the listing after almost 40 days on the market without any contacts from Zillow. It's frustrating that Facebook seems more effective than Zillow. The property is located at [redacted] East Dellar Road, Harrisville [redacted]. I've already reduced the price by $10,[redacted], and my client is upset and blaming Zillow. I expected the address to appear on Zillow when Googled, but it doesn't. Urgent assistance is needed to resolve this issue.
Sincerely,
Cheryl B.

I recently listed my home for sale at 5 Indian Trail, Unit 3, Narragansett, Rhode Island [redacted]. There seems to be an issue with the address because although we live in Narragansett, our mailing address is Saunderstown, a subdivision of North Kingstown. This has caused confusion on Zillow as our property sometimes does not show up correctly. The Zestimate also reflects the value as if the property was in the [redacted] zip code, instead of [redacted] for Narragansett, impacting the perceived value of our home. Additionally, I noticed that the square footage is incorrect at [redacted] sq. ft. instead of what is currently listed. Lastly, the cooling information is missing, but we do have A/C through mini split units. I would appreciate any assistance in addressing these issues. Thank you, Brian Samson

I want to address some discrepancies I've noticed on my home listing at [redacted] State Route 26, Willet, NY [redacted]. The actual listing price with the real estate company is $[redacted],[redacted] for this 3-season residence with stunning views and privacy. However, the Zestimate reflects $[redacted],[redacted], which seems inaccurately low for this unique property. In terms of taxes, our annual payment is under $[redacted], not the $[redacted] per month indicated in the estimate. Our actual tax records can support this. Regarding the home insurance estimate of $87 per month, we actually pay less at $[redacted] per year. I can provide evidence of this difference. Additionally, I've never seen the house featured in the street view photo provided, as there are no neighboring homes close by. Could you correct or remove this photo? Lastly, there is a grammatical error in the statement about low taxes with a misplaced question mark that could be clarified. Your assistance in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am a Realtor working with KW in North Metro Atlanta and I am currently experiencing some challenges with one of my listings at [redacted] Allmond Lane in Alpharetta, GA [redacted] through Hollingsworth and Company Real Estate. The three main issues I am encountering are:
1. Our waterfront luxury home in Alpharetta is not appearing in Google searches. When searching, only 2 homes are shown with our criteria, and we are not included in the results. The Zillow link seems to dominate the search results.
2. Our home is also not showing up in the "similar home" search at the bottom of other listings on our platform. Although we have checked other similar listings, our property does not seem to appear on any of them.
3. The number of views for our listing has unexpectedly decreased, which is concerning for my Seller. Within the 47 days since the listing was posted, the views have decreased significantly compared to similar properties.

I need urgent assistance with my home listing on Zillow. Despite my efforts, there have been issues with the listing not reflecting the complete change in my property. Outdated photos and Zestimate value are still being displayed from after the winter storm of [redacted]/[redacted], which caused significant damage to my home. Following the storm, I had to move out and only recently completed extensive renovations to make the house a stunning showpiece inside and out. I urge you to compare the old photos with the recent ones to see the remarkable transformation. Due to my urgent need to sell the house at a conservative price of $[redacted],[redacted], as I am 80 years old and battling cancer, I ask for immediate attention to this matter to avoid burdening my adult children with selling the property.

I notice that your website states to call between 9 AM to 5 PM EST, which makes 9:05 AM the ideal time to reach you. I have tried calling but it seems like you are operating on PTZ, which has left me unable to connect with anyone. Despite leaving messages on numerous occasions, I have not received any callback. I am concerned about the Zestimate provided for my condo, as it significantly undervalues the property compared to recent sales in our building. My unit in Building 30 has many upgrades and boasts unobstructed water views, making it one of the most desirable in Harbour Isle. I believe the purchase price from a decade ago does not accurately reflect the current market value, especially when compared to similar units in the area. I will attempt to contact you again to address this matter, but if unsuccessful, I may consider removing my listing from Zillow.

My home at 21 Fifth St. Barnegat, NJ [redacted] was originally listed on Zillow as for sale by owner from mid-March to the end of April with the correct square footage. After listing with Keller Williams on May 1, I discovered that the square footage on Zillow was changed and has been incorrect from 5/1 to 5/24. The listed square footage needs to be corrected from [redacted] sq.ft. to 2,[redacted] sq.ft. of living space and [redacted] sq.ft. of garage space. This misinformation has likely impacted the lack of showings.
Furthermore, the current Zestimate of $[redacted],[redacted] is too high for Barnegat's market. It should be adjusted to a more accurate range of $[redacted],[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted] to reflect the property's value accurately given its high-quality custom finishes.

I appreciate your assistance in running my FSBO listing. I briefly considered refinancing and removed the listing, but now I wish to reactivate it at [redacted] Old 8th St Rd N in Meridian, MS [redacted]. The updates I'd like are: 2 full baths, price $69k. Please contact the owner at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] I've faced challenges in reaching out for the past month due to phone issues but hope that's resolved now. I've left voice messages in your after-hours mailbox and even sent a letter. I'm eager to have the listing restored with the edits. I have recently listed my home for sale on Zillow. Unfortunately, the Zestimate for my property seems inaccurate as it does not consider the sales within the village where my home is located. The current calculated value of $70,[redacted] is mostly based on land sales, which doesn't reflect the actual market value. Additionally, I am encountering an error message when saving my listing that questions the price compared to the Zestimate. I would appreciate any assistance in updating this information for a more accurate valuation. Thank you.

Dear Sirs,
I have recently noticed that the value of my property at [redacted] South Mansfield Avenue, Los Angeles, California [redacted] has decreased from $3.5 million to $2.5 million in the past 30 days. It seems there might be an error in your records as other property value websites still list it at $3.5 million.
I kindly request that this discrepancy be rectified promptly, as the inaccurate value is affecting my property's perception and could impact any future loans. The property, a [redacted] ft² unit with 9 bedrooms and 6 baths in Hancock Park adjacent, is esteemed for its value per square foot.
I typically rely on Zillow for accurate real estate information, but this mistake has caused me inconvenience. Please correct the value on my property as soon as possible.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
Sincerely,
J.A.

We have family living just around the corner, less than a 1/4 mile away. Their house, located at [redacted] Gray Fox Drive, Edmond, OK [redacted], received three offers within a few days of being on the market. Now that their property is under contract, we are selling our home at [redacted] Old English Road, Edmond, OK [redacted]. Although we are licensed brokers in New Mexico, we are not licensed in Oklahoma. We noticed that the Zestimate for our house is inaccurate and we would like your assistance in correcting the information. Our home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and measures 1,[redacted] sqft. We are asking for $[redacted],[redacted]. The house offers various upgrades like all new windows by Window World, remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, a storm shelter in the garage, a 6’ wood fence, a 12x17’ pergola, and many more. It would be greatly appreciated if you could help us update the details. Thank you.

I am attempting to set a Make Me Move price for my property at (Seattle address). After submitting, I received a message from Zillow stating my listing is under review and that I should expect a phone call for verification. However, I have not provided a phone number in the forms and I am not receiving any call. I think the problem might be related to my property management company listing my rental house under their name. They manage the rental, but I want to post a Make Me Move listing. Please assist me promptly.

I am having difficulty listing my house for sale at $[redacted],[redacted] due to an error message I receive stating that the price is too high according to the Zillow Estimate. My property, located at [redacted] William Street in Pittsburgh, PA [redacted], is valued at $[redacted],[redacted] on Zillow, but the renovations and city view justify a higher value around $[redacted],[redacted] according to realtors. Comparable properties in the neighborhood have sold for more than their Zillow estimates due to the city view. Some neighbors purchased their homes for $[redacted],[redacted] in [redacted] and $[redacted],[redacted] in [redacted], with realtors suggesting higher current values due to recent public works improvements. I would appreciate guidance on how to address this Zillow Sale Price issue when posting my listing. Additionally, please note that my property is in Pittsburgh, PA, not Carson, PA. The Carson designation is used by the local Post Office for mail sorting purposes, as there are multiple [redacted] William Streets in Pittsburgh.
