My property at [redacted] N Watson Ave, Farmington, NM [redacted] has been getting a lot of attention lately, ranking #1 in views & saves in its area for 2 weeks. The property is listed below the Zillow Zestimate making it a great deal. As the owner/broker not residing in Farmington, we posted the property on the Albuquerque MLS, and it automatically appeared on Zillow, Trulia, & Realtor.com. Although we claimed the listing, we are facing issues with being contacted, as premier agents seem to be taking over. We noticed our messages are redirected, and premier agents contact us instead, not willing to collaborate when they learn we are the owner/broker. This situation is discouraging as we are being blocked out unfairly from potential buyers. It seems unethical and is affecting our ability to sell the property. We did not voluntarily list on Zillow and would like assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Your attention to this is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My listing for [redacted] Tanglewood Lane in Marine on St. Croix, MN [redacted] is missing key details such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage on the main page. Despite editing the information to include 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and [redacted] square feet in the owner's view and saving the changes, they did not reflect on the main page, leaving blank spaces. This could negatively affect the ZESTIMATE and potentially deter buyers. As we are planning to sell our home this summer and relocate to Kansas City (where Zillow offers numerous property options), I am concerned about missing out on potential buyers due to this missing information. I have been attempting to reach someone at Zillow for weeks now, but only received one email response so far. The reply mentioned that the errors are due to their algorithm, however, I have not been able to connect with anyone to rectify the issues. The property boundaries displayed on the website are incorrect, resulting in an undervaluation of my home on the Zestimate. Moreover, the adjacent vacant lot is listed at $800K, more than double my home's Zestimate. I have decided to temporarily withdraw my home from the market until these discrepancies are resolved.

I recently posted a rental listing on your platform as the property owner. Several applicants have utilized your provided rental application, which includes both background and credit checks.

As a real estate agent, I am experiencing issues accessing my listings. The challenge arises from sharing an MLS ID with a partner, resulting in joint listings. Although I can access my account, a previous account linked to a different email with my partner is inaccessible. Hello, I listed a 2-bedroom rental on your website last night. The Zestimate seems too low for the property located at [redacted] Linwood St, San Diego, CA [redacted]. The neighborhood offers various interesting amenities. The unit features a 2-car garage, private yard, great views, 2 off-street parking spaces, and is fully upgraded. It's a duplex connected by only one wall. Other properties nearby in this million-dollar plus neighborhood do not have a Zestimate due to their uniqueness. Is there a way to remove the Zestimate from my listing? Thank you.

I am in need of being removed from Diane Silva's Zillow Team. We haven't collaborated for months as we are now at different Real Estate Agencies. I would appreciate it if my original Zillow account could be reactivated, and my sold properties list be transferred to it. Kindly, remove me from the team account. The new format has issues. When pictures are clicked on, their sizes are smaller than on the main page. Contact agent notices on pictures are hard to see through. The notice about price cuts in the upper left corner is missing, which is not helpful to sellers or buyers. Sellers reducing prices should be highlighted to attract buyers, helping them make decisions faster. I use Zillow daily, but I'm frustrated with these changes. Trulia is starting to seem like a better option. In my opinion, the person responsible for these changes should consider the impact on users before implementing them.

I recently tried to relist my home on Zillow after making changes in the Georgia MLS system. Although I successfully relisted it on the MLS, my property is still not showing up on Zillow after four days. I ensured to follow the proper procedures and even reached out to the MLS support, who confirmed that there should not be any issues with the listing on Zillow and Trulia. My property is located at [redacted] Grey Abbey Drive, Alpharetta, GA [redacted], and the new listing number is [redacted]. Despite my attempts to contact Zillow via email and phone at [redacted], I have not received any response. I am a homeowner and a realtor, affiliated with the First MLS in Georgia, also known as FMLS.

I listed a property on my account through the rental manager page, received leads until May 11th, but on May 12th, the listing disappeared from the site and my account without any notice. I followed fair housing guidelines, did not get any alerts from Zillow, and this issue could affect potential tenants viewing the property during the busy rental season. I am a homeowner of a property in Sugar Mountain, NC located at [redacted] Trillium Lane. The property was originally listed on 5/1/[redacted] and expired. It was relisted on 5/9/[redacted] as a new listing with changes to the property and a price adjustment. The listing is currently being managed by John Heinlein of Blue Ridge Mtn Real Estate. However, there seems to be an error in the listing duration on Zillow, showing it as on the market for [redacted] days instead of the correct 7 days. The listing agent has submitted a claim to have this corrected, but the changes have not been made yet. As the owner, I am unhappy with this discrepancy and would appreciate it if the correct listing duration could be updated on Zillow to reflect the new listing accurately. I have three concerns:
Firstly, I noticed a sudden drop in the Zestimate value of our property at [redacted] Stassi Lane, Santa Monica CA, from $4.6 million to $4.3 million overnight. I would appreciate an explanation for this significant decrease.
Secondly, the comps provided by Zestimate do not seem comparable to our property. The listed properties lack similar features and views to ours, making the comparisons inaccurate. I believe a reevaluation is necessary to ensure fair comparisons with properties on our street with similar views.
Lastly, there seems to be a mix-up on the map where our property is incorrectly linked with another property further down the street. The confusing listing and photos misrepresent our property and could affect its perceived value. I kindly request the correction of this error.

Hello, I am Danny Morris, the owner of a house at [redacted] Meridian Rd, Ardmore, OK. I am experiencing an issue with the view and save counts for my listing. Approximately a week ago, it showed close to 1,[redacted] views and 14 or 15 saves. However, the counts seem to be decreasing each day I check. Although new views are recorded during the day, the count drops the next morning. I request a resolution to accurately reflect the daily views and saves. The estimated value of my home at 15 Corfu Circle in Amherst, NY [redacted] by Zillow is significantly inaccurate. The house next door at 23 Corfu Circle, a 25-year-old property, recently sold for $[redacted],[redacted]. Despite its older features such as a roof, driveway, windows, doors, and appliances, it only has 1.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, [redacted] sq foot area, and a unique triangular yard.
In contrast, my home built in [redacted] boasts a six-car parking concrete driveway, a new roof, energy-efficient Pella windows and doors, modern appliances, an energy-efficient water heater, furnace, and air conditioner. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, [redacted] sq foot area, and spacious rectangular yards in the front and back, I believe its value should be around $[redacted],[redacted], especially considering the new developments nearby.
