My daughter received a birthday gift on April 18th, given to her on May 6th. Despite working full-time and having two young children, I made the effort to visit my nearest Zara store, which is a 30-minute drive away, on May 12th. Arriving at 9:30 am, I was informed that due to being outside the 30-day return policy, they couldn't assist me. I clarified I wanted an exchange, not a refund or credit note, for the same full-price pants, just one size larger. Disappointed, I was directed to call the 1-[redacted] number. Speaking with customer service at 10 am, I relayed my frustration as this was the second time this had happened with gifts for my daughter. Despite expressing my situation both in-store and to customer service, I was unable to swap the item due to policy restrictions. I requested to speak to a manager but was told one would call back shortly. Waiting an hour at the store, I finally called back and spoke to Aliyah, who reiterated company policy and offered no further assistance. Expressing my dissatisfaction with the lack of flexibility for gift returns, I hope Zara can consider adjusting their policy for such cases in the future.

I recently visited your store feeling positive but left feeling disappointed. The sizing of the clothing had a negative impact on me. I usually wear a medium, but when I tried on an extra-large pair of shorts at your store, they didn't even go past my knees. It's frustrating that not all men have a size 20 waist, and it's unacceptable that an extra-large size barely fit me. Your designs are appealing, but the sizes cater more to very slim men, which is disheartening. Many people, including women, face the same issue with sizing, causing a blow to their confidence. I bought a suit for my son from Zara after a long trip based on recommendations. Unfortunately, the right arm of the suit started to come apart on the second wear. After contacting the store and then customer service, I was instructed to send pictures and then told to take it back to the store. The nearest Zara is two hours away, and I won't make it within the 30-day return window. I'm feeling frustrated having to shuttle between the store and customer service. I've asked several times if the blazer can be returned by mail instead. Can we find a solution? (case number: [redacted]6)

Dear Zara, I have been a loyal customer for the past decade. Today, I experienced a disappointing incident with the manager at your Sofia store. When I approached the cashier to pay, the ATM terminal was not functioning correctly. The cashier made two attempts before I had to involve the shift manager. Unfortunately, her attitude was extremely impolite and rude. She mentioned that it was not her responsibility and compared the ATM issue to uncontrollable factors like the weather and politics. I am at a loss for words. I intend to escalate this matter to upper management. I urge you to review the in-store footage to see that her behavior is not a true reflection of Zara's values. Hello, I collected a pair of jeans from my staff, but unfortunately, it's not the right size. I lost the receipt, so when I contacted Zara at Ambience Mall, they refused the return without it. I've emailed [redacted] multiple times, provided the product information and pictures as requested, but have not received a response. Please assist me with this matter promptly. I am disappointed with the quality of a pair of shoes I purchased from your store on 19/04/[redacted] with order no [redacted]93. After wearing the shoes only 5-6 times, they ripped and threads are visible. I was hoping to buy more products at the Zara store at DLF Mall of India, Noida, but now I am disappointed. I used to recommend your products, but if this continues, I will stop buying from you and advise others to do the same. I request an exchange or a refund promptly. Order #[redacted]8 Hello, My name is Imrin T. I placed an order with Zara a few weeks ago. Although my package was marked as delivered on June 18th, it was missing when I checked. I have contacted Zara multiple times, but they have been unable to assist with my missing package as it was supposedly delivered. I spent $[redacted] on this order and am frustrated with the lack of resolution. I even involved the police to report the missing package and can provide a police report if necessary. I am a frequent Zara customer, and I am disappointed with the lack of support in this situation. This is my final attempt to seek assistance regarding this matter. Hello, I purchased a sweater for my partner, but unfortunately, it did not fit properly. The nearest Zara store is about 20 miles away from our home, so it is not convenient for us to visit frequently. When I tried to return the sweater with my valid receipt, I was informed that it was out of date. The store only offered an exchange, but my partner was not with me at the time. They mentioned that a credit note was not an option either. I was advised that if the sweater goes on sale, the exchange would be for the sale price, even though I have a valid receipt showing the full amount paid. Approximately two weeks ago, my grandmother bought me some birthday gifts from the store, but unfortunately, they are not my style. I visited the Aventura store to exchange them for store credit as my grandmother did not keep the receipt. However, the store staff were impolite, informed me of a changed policy, and refused the exchange, even raising their voice and showing attitude, which was embarrassing for me. I am looking for options as all items are current, and I tried contacting customer service but was on hold for 30 minutes without success. I purchased 2 pairs of trousers from Zara, returned one due to a fault, and kept the other. However, the one I kept was also faulty. Zara asked for photos, identified a manufacturing fault, and requested the return of the item. I returned both pairs. After an email stating they wouldn't proceed, I explained about returning two different sizes. They realized a mix-up with the barcodes and acknowledged the mistake. They promised to investigate and get back to me in 48 hours. Following up a week later, they mentioned a refund due to stock unavailability for an exchange. They assured me the refund would be processed within 48 hours, but it has been four days without any update. Zara's service has been disappointing, leaving me dissatisfied and questioning their professionalism.

I am reaching out to express my dissatisfaction with the service at Zara in Guildford today. Despite the long queue, the 3 employees at the tills seemed more interested in chatting with someone about a job interview rather than assisting customers. This does not align with the usual friendly and attentive service I expect from Zara, where I am a frequent shopper. Today, I felt overlooked and like an inconvenience. I had to wait a significant amount of time before the cashier realized I wanted to pay by card as he was caught up in the conversation. Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns. I purchased a dress from your store approximately 2 months ago and wore it for the first time last weekend. I was very upset when the dress got a large rip halfway up the bodice when I reached into the back seat of my car. I had saved the dress for a special occasion and did not expect it to tear so easily. I believe that items from your brand, Zara, should be of higher quality, and this experience has left me disappointed. I contacted customer service (reference: [redacted], order number: [redacted]), but no resolution was provided. I hope this feedback will help improve the quality of your products in the future. If possible, I would like to be reimbursed for the damaged dress since it was the first time I wore it and the damage was not due to sizing or misuse. Hello, I have been a loyal and frequent shopper at Zara. Recently, I encountered a disappointing situation that has left me upset. My spouse bought a pair of black trousers for me at Zara Watford in early June [redacted], but unfortunately, the dye from the trousers stained various items including my skin, carpet, phone case, toilet seat, and nails. I followed this instruction, received a request for a list of affected items and costs, as well as authorization to return the trousers for a refund. Despite complying and sending the trousers as requested, along with a detailed list of expenses, I have faced delays and only received generic responses. I have unsuccessfully tried to escalate the matter twice and have not seen any progress, even after two months. I have incurred costs due to the damages and the original purchase and am disappointed with the lack of resolution. Hello, I need assistance with my recent orders. The order numbers are [redacted]41 and [redacted]43. I combined the items from both orders into one box for convenience when returning them to Zara. The return tracking label for the box is [redacted][redacted]. I shipped the box back on July 30 as the clothes and shoes did not meet my expectations in terms of quality. Upon receiving the return confirmation on July 31, I noticed that only 2 out of 5 items from order [redacted]41 and 3 out of 4 items from order [redacted]43 were acknowledged. After contacting customer service and speaking with a manager, I was assured of a full refund for the missing items. Zara issued a refund for one missing item on August 2 for order [redacted]43. However, on August 4, I was informed that the items from order [redacted]41 were not received. After several follow-ups, I was eventually told on August 9 that the items would be sent back to me as they did not meet the quality requirements. I am confused about what these quality requirements entail, especially as I ensured the items were unworn and in the same condition as when received. I am waiting to receive the items back to assess the situation further. I plan to document any differences between the returned items and their original condition to address this matter with Zara. I recently experienced harassment at the Zara store in Select Citywalk Saket. I was returning a pair of shoes due to a size issue, but the store manager accused me of fraud, claiming I was returning used shoes. This false accusation was humiliating, especially in front of other customers. The manager not only refused to refund me but also caused me great distress, leading me to leave the store empty-handed. As a loyal customer of Zara, this incident has deeply shaken my trust in the brand. I am disappointed, stressed, and feel deceived. I have decided not to return to Zara in the future. Hello, I have been a loyal customer of your store for the past 7 years and have always had positive experiences. Recently, I purchased clothing for my birthday without trying them on due to time constraints. Unfortunately, I misplaced the receipt, but all items are unworn with attached tags. I was hoping for a store credit as per what I was initially informed, but I have been advised that only exchanges are possible, which I'm not interested in. The store mentioned a possibility of receiving store credit if I could provide my bank statement for the date of purchase. I understand losing the receipt was my mistake, but with technology nowadays, I believe there could be some flexibility considering I have proof of purchase and the items are in the original condition. Hello, I recently purchased a T-Shirt from Zara located at Select City Walk in Saket, Delhi on August 10, [redacted]. I bought a size 38 for a gift and was assured that I could exchange it if there were any size issues within a month. Unfortunately, when I tried to exchange it for a larger size, they didn't have anything bigger than a 38. Additionally, they claimed there was an orange stain on the collar, insinuating that I had worn the shirt. I didn't notice this stain when I bought it as I was in a hurry. It's frustrating that the staff is accusing me of using the shirt when it was bought as a gift and hasn't even been worn once. I am highly disappointed with the way this situation has been handled and may consider sharing my experience on social media to warn others about these service issues at the store.

I purchased a Zara men's T-shirt at Select City, Saket, Delhi on August 10th. I bought size 38 as a gift and later needed to exchange it for a larger size as requested by the recipient. When I visited the store to exchange it, they were out of stock in the larger size and mentioned a small orange stain on the collar. I did not notice this stain when I purchased it as I was in a hurry. It's puzzling how the recipient could have stained it without even wearing the smaller size. Hello, I purchased two Zara Man slim fit shirts in medium size with the barcodes: [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, I did not try them on immediately and when my father did, we realized they are too small. A large size would be more suitable. We made this purchase within the last month, and although we don't have the receipt, the shirts are unworn with tags still attached.
