I've had an Xbox account for 15 years. I no longer have access to the phone number tied to the account and can't log in to verify via email because I forgot my password. I can't remember the security details from so long ago. I can provide information on past cards linked to the account. I've submitted numerous recovery requests, but the automated system won't accept them. I'm hoping a human can review my case. Thank you.

I was falsely accused of hacking while playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare on Xbox. Another player was clearly cheating, and I believe there is a banning exploit being used. Unfortunately, I've lost two accounts due to this issue, and Xbox hasn't provided any explanation or notification. I'm frustrated by the lack of details and communication regarding my bans. I would appreciate it if the enforcement team could reach out to me so we can discuss the situation. I was playing the game legitimately when suddenly I was banned. I intervened to protect younger players from the cheater who was targeting them. This whole experience has been very upsetting for me.

While playing Rainbow Six Siege, a teammate named (slamd by d50) invited me to a party. When I refused his instructions, he kicked me, leading to retaliation. This escalated into him repeatedly killing me. Despite my teammates reporting him, he retaliated by reporting me on his other accounts during a party invite, resulting in my ban. I believe this ban is unjust. Could my account, Tipslare405, please be reinstated?

I recently changed my email on my Microsoft account to match my EA account for online gaming. However, after removing the old email, I lost access to all my games and my main Xbox profile. Hello, I encountered an issue with Starfields cloud save data synchronization. While starting the game, I mistakenly clicked on the 'synch' button instead of 'try again'. Consequently, I ended up with old save data at level 31, right after finishing the main story. However, I had progressed further to around level 34 or 35 with over 300k credits and completed quests. I am hoping someone here can assist me with a situation regarding my wife's Xbox One. Her child's account was linked to hers, but now that the child is a teenager, she wants them unlinked. I accessed my wife's profile on the laptop and unlinked the teen's account. However, when I tried to log into the teen's account on the laptop to verify everything was okay, her account was gone. After clearing the cache on my Series S, I noticed that my primary gamertag is missing, and only the original one remains. This is problematic as I purchased an expensive digital game and about a hundred dollars worth of in-game perks on the missing gamertag. The game appears installed on the homepage but cannot be played due to missing components.
