I visited what I thought was the Xfinity website to pay my bill, only to end up on a confusing site. It took me hours to navigate out and I haven't returned. I need help paying my bill and discovered that mailing a check is not an option. The only other way is to go to Elkhart, IN, but I got lost and it took me four hours to find my way back. I won't attempt that journey again.

I noticed that $[redacted].75 was withdrawn without authorization. There was no prior indication of this transaction, leading to a negative balance in my bank account. This has impacted funds allocated for food. I am currently resolving this issue with my bank. We did not provide you with our updated card details or authorize this charge. I kindly request the immediate return of the $[redacted].17 deducted. The pending status in my bank allows for a reversal of this transaction if promptly addressed.

I need to inquire about the amount due on my mobile phone under Xfinity. I am unable to access the account since it is in my ex-fiancé's name connected to his cable bill. However, I am responsible for the phone payments. A few months ago, I contacted Xfinity regarding this issue. They advised me to settle the phone balance, and they would provide a pin to unlock it for a carrier switch. My ex-fiancé has obtained copies of my phone details and is bothering individuals in my contacts. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this situation.

I purchased three Motorola Android phones for my kids and myself about 7-8 months ago from Xfinity. Despite receiving the phones and numbers, I'm having trouble with the ACP program. Due to this issue, my phones got shut off. Additionally, one of the phones is damaged beyond use; it fell out of my pocket and was run over by a car. I urgently need assistance from a live agent to figure out the ACP application and to have a new phone sent to me. Currently, we are unable to use any of the phones due to the program application error that I made unknowingly. I require immediate customer service help from a live agent to guide me through resolving this matter.

I purchased a mobile device from Xfinity Mobile in February. During the call, I declined autopay even though it was preselected on the document. I unchecked the box before signing. Despite this, autopay was set up on my account causing issues. I returned the phone as I couldn't be present for delivery, informed Xfinity, and confirmed cancellation with a manager. However, they keep trying to charge me, and I suspect a separate account might have been opened. I received a cancellation email, but autopay is still active. I need assistance removing autopay from my closed account with Xfinity Mobile.

I was convinced to switch my service to Xfinity Mobile with my AT&T phone. I was informed that it might take up to an hour for my phone number and device to transfer to Xfinity Mobile. However, none of these processes occurred. My phone is stuck, and it is locked. Comcast's repeated advice was to reach out to AT&T. My experience with AT&T was unsatisfactory. They mentioned that my number is being transferred to Xfinity, without any control on their part, as I had given Xfinity the authorization to do so. At the moment, my number is still in a state of uncertainty, and I am attempting to regain control over it. However, I am in need of an email address for Xfinity complaints. Finding this information should be simple, but unfortunately, it is not.

My account is currently suspended, and I am facing financial hardship. My check won't clear until October 13, [redacted], due to being a victim of identity theft affecting my bank account. This has been caused by various life events. As my phone number is linked to everything, it is crucial for me to keep it. I am wondering if there is a possibility to set up a payment arrangement to reactivate my account.

I was charged twice for my Xfinity Mobile account in June and July [redacted]. I kindly request a refund for the overpayments to be returned to my Xfinity Mobile account. I called customer service and spent 10 minutes explaining the situation to an agent, who acknowledged the issue. Unfortunately, after waiting on hold for more than ten minutes, the call got disconnected. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me to resolve this matter promptly.

I purchased a Google Pixel 6a on eBay with a broken touchscreen, advertised as network unlocked. I received it on December 22 in Ukraine, then repaired the screen on December 28. After inserting my local sim card, it indicates "sim card not supported." I contacted the seller, who suggested a return, but I had already repaired the phone. Can the network be unblocked? I recently had my Samsung phone with [redacted] service disconnected unexpectedly when attempting to switch my number to a new provider. The phone was consistently displaying "you are not connected to a network" for a week, requiring frequent restarts to make calls, despite my bill being up to date.
