Despite multiple service calls and parts replacements over the past month, the dryer still does not function properly. It poses a fire hazard due to its failure to shut off, prompting me to inform my home insurance company. Regrettably, I will not be purchasing any Whirlpool products in the future. The inconvenience of repeatedly visiting the laundromat, taking time off work for technician appointments with vague two-hour windows, and the lack of resolution have been frustrating. I plan to share my negative experience with everyone I know.

I purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer from Lowe’s on April 7, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the washer got badly rusted after the first wash. I reached out to Lowe’s, and they advised me to contact Whirlpool. Despite my countless calls to Whirlpool customer service, no one answers the phone. Lowe’s has been unhelpful in resolving the issue. I am frustrated as I am unable to use the rusted washer and have resorted to going to the laundromat. I bought a Whirlpool range, and unfortunately, the dual element stopped working just after a year. I did a lot of research online before choosing Whirlpool for its good reputation. I opted not to purchase the extended warranty based on Whirlpool's high ratings. I kindly request a replacement for the dual element at no charge since Whirlpool is known for its quality products. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, expensive repairs are difficult for me to manage. I would appreciate your assistance with this matter.

I bought a dryer in April [redacted]. Unfortunately, it has not been working correctly since October [redacted]. Despite having purchased an extended warranty, I have had a service representative out three times to repair it. The necessary parts are currently on back order, causing quite a delay in fixing the brand new dryer, which I have only used for four months. I am also struggling to reach the customer service representative. Due to this frustrating experience, I have decided not to buy any more Whirlpool products.

We purchased a WRS555SIHZ06 fridge from Lowe’s on 11/15/22 after our old one broke down. Despite being from the scratch and dent section, we were assured the manufacturer warranty would apply. The fridge was delivered and installed on 11/23/22 but didn't work. It took 2 weeks to have a repairman inspect it and determine a condenser needed ordering, with a 3-week wait for the part. After contacting them last week, we were informed repairs wouldn't happen until the beginning of Feb. This delay has left my family, including young children, without a working fridge. Despite numerous attempts to reach customer support, including emails to the CEO, we have received no response. This situation is unacceptable, and we urgently need a resolution.

Despite numerous calls, we are struggling to have our trusted local repairman, Mountain Appliance Services, approved by Assurion. 7. Mountain Appliance Services advised contacting Whirlpool for their servicing. 8. Requesting human assistance due to challenges navigating automated phone services. 9. Difficulty adding a phone number through automated system, seeking help for this issue. 10. Urgently requesting approval for our local repair company, Mountain Appliance Services, to fix our washer due to their reliability and proximity.

I purchased a refrigerator from the Srikantheshwar Showroom in Haveri Nagar, but unfortunately, it has been malfunctioning. I am looking to file a complaint regarding the incorrect guidance and misdiagnosis made by the authorized technician for my Whirlpool refrigerator. On October 31, [redacted], I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator, model number WR555SIHZ06, serial number HRB[redacted]. Between December 25, [redacted], and January 1, [redacted], I reported that it had stopped working. Approximately two weeks later, Fields Appliance Service came out and stated that the compressor was locked up and ordered a new one. They returned on February 21, [redacted], and replaced the compressor. Unfortunately, it stopped working again this evening, March 11, [redacted]. I am extremely unsatisfied with the warranty service and would like a new refrigerator or a refund. If that's not possible, I request that it be repaired or replaced immediately rather than waiting for another two months. I am currently recovering from triple bypass heart surgery, so waiting for a new compressor is challenging since I can't drive or lift any weight.

I have a Whirlpool AccuBake range, model GGP84503 or GGP84903 Type 38p. I've been trying to find a diagram or manual to locate the fuse needed to fix my oven after running a self-clean cycle. I've disassembled the unit but can't find the fuse. There is a button in the upper right corner of the oven, but it doesn't seem to have any wiring connected from the rear. I received a missed call message and I am returning for assistance as suggested. I am having trouble locating the thermal fuse in my range, which is also preventing the self-cleaning feature from working. Even though I have a replacement thermal fuse ready, I cannot find the defective one. The model number PPG94503 and serial number IMJ[redacted] do not appear in your database. I am having trouble with my Maytag washer that is less than three years old. Last week, a technician, under the extended warranty from Lowes, fixed one issue and flagged another that should be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. I have been attempting to track down my missing order for hours on the phone. Home Depot and Whirlpool are both pointing fingers at each other, leaving me with no information about my stove delivery. I encountered an issue with my dryer where it displayed a "check lint" message despite cleaning all the lint and checking for loose connections. The belt appears intact, but I heard a sound of screws initially during operation before everything stopped.
