Today, my plumber unpacked the dishwasher I ordered. Upon unpacking, he noticed the bottom edge of the door is bowed outwards. He's concerned that if he proceeds to fit it, there may be alignment issues with the door. He's worried that if the dishwasher was dropped, there could be hidden internal damage.
I'm seeking advice to avoid voiding any warranties if I proceed with the installation and encounter problems. Currently, I can't use my kitchen sink as the old dishwasher was removed.
Please advise urgently on how to proceed. The plumber is willing to continue, but I need assurance that if there are issues with fitting due to initial damage, the dishwasher will be replaced.

Dear Sir, I purchased an air conditioner in April [redacted]. After 2 months, I had it serviced by the service center. Following the servicing, I started experiencing issues with insufficient cooling. I lodged a complaint with the service center on July 31, [redacted]. A service technician came, checked, and mentioned that there was a recurring issue for 3 months. The service center refilled the gas and replaced the blower, but unfortunately, the problem persists. If the problem remains unresolved, the service center stated that the issue was escalated to quality control for resolution. After some time, the service center informed me that, according to quality control, there is no problem with my air conditioner, and the complaint has been closed. However, I am still encountering the same problem. Please assist in resolving this issue.

Good morning, I contacted your technical service and they sent their men. My complaint is that two weeks ago they asked me for €[redacted] for the repair which I paid. They said they would come the next day but didn't show up, giving me excuses all day. They said they would come on Monday but due to work reasons, I couldn't be home. I asked for a refund but they have been giving me more excuses for two weeks. Now, they are threatening to take me to court. I admit that due to my frustration, I have said many things. I have been a loyal customer of your brand for many years, but after this, I will not be purchasing anything else, not because of the appliances, but because of this service company. I hope to receive a prompt response.

The refrigerator lights appear dim. When I checked Whirlpool's website, they offer replacement parts for the LED panel that seems to be fading. However, what I need is actually just a lightbulb. The panel resembles an ice cube tray, but the bulb itself is large and round in shape. After researching online for guidance, repair videos show methods that do not match my model, like unscrewing non-existent screws or simply squeezing the sides of the light cover which risks breaking mine. Whirlpool's solution is to schedule a service appointment, but each "Whirlpool tech support" service seems to be independent and charges for consultations. If only Whirlpool prioritized quality service over sales and marketing, I could easily speak to a human representative and receive assistance from a technician.

I bought a Whirlpool Protton Roy triple door fridge in July/August [redacted]. Since then, there have been ongoing issues with water seeping out. Despite multiple complaints and service visits to adjust the temperature, the problem persists. During the last visit, the technician replaced the gasket, which didn't solve the issue. Upon further complaint, another technician used a torch inside the fridge and found light leaking out, suggesting a manufacturing defect. I kindly request a resolution to the problem, whether through repair or replacement with a new unit.

I recently purchased a freezer from Mudaliyar Electronics in Nagpur on 25/07/23, and unfortunately, its motherboard is now faulty. I registered a complaint with customer care on 08/11/[redacted], and they have visited my home but have not yet replaced the motherboard. The store is unresponsive, and they are unwilling to register the complaint.
Furthermore, when I initially bought the freezer, it took three days for someone to come for installation from your company. This level of service is unacceptable. Have I made a mistake in buying a freezer from your company? Will my freezer be replaced?
