Dear Customer Service, I am having trouble logging into my WhatsApp account with the phone number [redacted][redacted]. Since switching to a new phone, I have been unable to receive the verification code via text or call. I then tried using another number, [redacted][redacted], but encountered the same issue. Unfortunately, the second number has now been disabled. Could you please investigate why I am unable to receive the verification code through SMS or calls? Hello, I previously had a WhatsApp account linked to the number [redacted]4. I wasn't aware that I could update my number on the account, so I deleted the app and reinstalled it with my new number, [redacted]8. Now, I have two accounts, but I'm unable to access the old one. I'm hoping to recover and merge the old account with my new number to retrieve lost chats and contacts. If recovery isn't possible, could the old account be deleted on my behalf? Thank you.

A few weeks ago, my Facebook account was deleted, and now the same is happening with Whatsapp. I am confused because I believe I am not violating any policies. These applications are essential for my college work. Although my Facebook was compromised, I am puzzled as to how someone could access my Whatsapp, which is linked to my phone number. I lost approximately two months' worth of messages on my new phone. This is what occurred: 1. I purchased a new phone and have been using it for about two months with WhatsApp. Unfortunately, my old WhatsApp messages did not transfer to the new phone initially. 2. Recently, I backed up my WhatsApp data on the new phone with encryption to my Google account at [redacted] 3. Subsequently, I accessed my old phone, connected to WhatsApp, and backed up the data to the same email account, without encryption this time. 4. Following advice, I re-installed WhatsApp on the new phone hoping to retrieve messages, but only the data from the old phone appeared. The newer messages from the past two months were missing. I am seeking help to recover the missing two months of messages while retaining the ones currently on both phones. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. -Michael

I was asked to provide a code from WhatsApp and upon doing so, all my messages disappeared. When trying to restore them, I'm prompted to either edit or switch my number. WhatsApp warns that opting to switch will result in losing all data, including gallery pictures. Consequently, I have refrained from selecting any option since last night due to fear of losing important business chat history. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am a customer from China, using the phone number +86 [redacted]4 for my account. Yesterday, WhatsApp restored my account, but as of today, I am still unable to log in. I have tried numerous times but I am not receiving any SMS or phone calls for verification. Is there another method to access my account? I have already checked that there are no restrictions on overseas numbers and no settings blocking calls from foreign countries. It is urgent for me to regain access to my account as my customers are depending on me.

I have been attempting to reach out to the Whatsapp support team multiple times. I am seeking assistance as my account has been banned, and I have faced several issues with Meta products recently. Both my Facebook and Instagram accounts, and most recently Whatsapp, have been banned despite not using Facebook or Instagram regularly. I have reviewed Whatsapp's terms and as far as I am aware, I have not violated any rules, and there seems to be no clear reason for the ban. If any violation did take place, I can assure you that it was unintentional. I am in desperate need of help.

My WhatsApp account has been banned for the second time, and I'm unsure what steps to take. The number associated with my account is +26 [redacted]. Previously, I believe the first ban occurred due to logging in with an unsecured version, which led to being blocked. I have since switched to WhatsApp Messenger after contacting meta. I am experiencing a common error message on my Titan Slim Unihertz phone when trying to listen to my voicenotes. The message states, "Sorry, this media file doesn’t exist on your internal storage." This only happens with voicenotes I have left for others. Interestingly, I don't encounter any issues when accessing voicenotes on my desktop. My phone does not have an SD card, and I have over 100GB of storage space available. However, when I check my media files to locate my WhatsApp files, I cannot find where my voicenotes are being saved. Even voicenotes that are just a week old are missing, and those I managed to hear in the past few days are not showing up in the media files saved by voicenotes.
