I accidentally purchased two $20 Vanilla Reload cards. I requested reimbursement through their site for both cards. After over a month with no updates, I contacted them again. Due to fading ink on the bill, I had to spend 2 hours on the phone providing proof. They assured me the reimbursement was processing, but after another 2 months, there's been no progress. They've been unhelpful and rude. Despite saving the PIN numbers, I can't request reimbursement on the site anymore due to an error. I came across an advertisement for weight loss gummies on Facebook that seemed suspicious. After paying $59.76 for a BOGO offer, I didn't receive a receipt and was redirected to a different site selling colon cleanse products. Although they have a money-back guarantee, they were reluctant to refund my money and insisted the order was already processed. After negotiating, they agreed to refund $89.74 but ended up charging my account again. I need to dispute this erroneous charge and have it corrected to a credit.
