I experienced food poisoning from IB State company. I previously contacted your customer service to report the issue with the food. They promised to refund $42 to my card, but I have not received it yet. Additionally, I lost my phone and got a new number: [redacted]-40-[redacted]. I urge you to contact me as I have not heard back despite being informed you would resolve this within 24 hours. The delivery person arrived over an hour late and failed to use the Entry Phone system to enter my building, resulting in me waiting outside without him showing up. Unable to contact him directly, I called Pizza Stop Max, who informed me he was delayed by an hour and was behaving oddly. My order was never received, causing me to experience unacceptable delays.

I am experiencing a frustrating situation with Uber Eats. The delivery person marked my order as delivered, but it wasn't, as the restaurant confirmed the food is still there. This happened to me yesterday as well. Despite Uber Eats mentioning they would provide credit, I haven't received it in my wallet. There are small amounts like $2.40 that I'm unsure about. While in Brisbane preparing for an early flight to NZ with my family, I arranged an Uber Eats order. Shortly after placing the order, my daughter tried to cancel it due to our imminent departure, but the restaurant claimed it was already on its way and abruptly ended the call. Despite our attempts to reach out again, they did not respond. To our surprise, the food arrived two hours later when my family had already left, leading to the unfortunate disposal of the meal as I needed to head to the airport. I had a frustrating experience with one of your drivers who couldn't deliver my food because of signal issues. While I tried to provide the last 4 digits of my phone number, he still didn't give me the order. This caused the food to get cold, and I had to refuse the delivery. I believe a full refund is necessary for this inconvenience.

On December 13 around 6 PM, the delivery person took over an hour to arrive. When he finally showed up, he did not use the entry phone as required for me to buzz him in. I waited outside my apartment, but he never appeared. I couldn't reach him and ended up contacting Pizza Stop Max, who informed me he was an hour late for pickup and was behaving strangely. My order was never received, and even though I went through UberEats, payment had been made.

My order never arrived! I tracked it eagerly until it showed one minute away, so I waited at the door, but no one showed up. Then, it suddenly said the order was completed! This is totally unacceptable. It seems like the drivers are either taking parts of orders or not delivering them at all. I have a time-stamped video from my Ring doorbell proving that no one came with the order. The customer service has been incredibly unhelpful as well.

I ordered food for my son's 8th birthday celebration with his friend. The order was delayed twice, taking nearly 2 hours to arrive. When it finally did, all the food was inedible and cold, ending up in the bin. I used money I couldn't easily replace and didn't have the option to contact support or request a refund. This came to a total of 20.95 that feels completely wasted. Additionally, I'm still waiting for a refund from a previous order to Midnight Delivery, where I was charged despite being out of the delivery area. The lack of resolution has left me feeling like a victim of theft. It's heartbreaking to be in the kitchen in tears because my son's birthday dinner was ruined, causing a delay in his celebration. I placed an order this afternoon for food delivery between 19:00-20:00 on December 14, [redacted]. However, the order arrived at 18:30, very cold and early before the guests arrived. We are disappointed with the service and the food, which was not mild as requested due to health reasons. The order was from Mumbai Junction in Sudbury, London. We placed an order for £20 of groceries from Asda through UberEats to take advantage of the 40% off promotion. Unfortunately, we did not receive any notification that some items were unavailable, so we were unaware of any issues until the order arrived with only 3 items. This week has been particularly difficult for us due to our fridge breaking down and losing a week's worth of groceries. We hoped that treating ourselves would help alleviate some of the stress, but receiving only cheese, squirty cream, and mint matchmakers felt like a disappointment.

I ordered refrigerated items from Costco which included 5 lbs of prime rib, 4 lbs of bacon, orange juice, and eggs. Unfortunately, the delivery driver left the items on my porch in direct sunlight without any protection like grocery bags or a box. They did not ring the bell or knock on the door. The food sat in the sun for about 45 minutes until I found it. The meat was warm to the touch and spoiled. I am requesting replacements or a refund for this order.

I received an incorrect order with many missing items. I reported the issue through the app and identified the missing items, which accounted for about half of my order. I was informed that I would receive a refund, but it has now been 10 days, and I have not yet received it. The refund amount is £9.44, and I really need that money back.
I have been a loyal Uber Eats user, and while I have encountered minor issues before, they were quickly resolved through the app. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing, and it has made me reconsider using the service in the future.

I placed a food order on December 12th, but unfortunately, when I received my order, it was completely empty. The box that was supposed to have fries in it was also empty, and there were no burgers. To make matters worse, the bag had a tear in it when I picked up the order. I find it extremely frustrating to have paid for my food and received nothing. I made a purchase on the app yesterday where the total displayed was R44 with an 80% discount. However, upon checking my bank statement, I was actually charged R124,[redacted]. I attempted to cancel the order, contacted the restaurant and the drivers, but unfortunately, I couldn't resolve the issue. Now, the app is prompting me to pay R124,[redacted] first before I can make any further purchases. Additionally, when the delivery was made, the driver was instructed via Uber to leave the parcel without accepting any payment.

Hello, I placed an order with Tana Thai in Bedford, but unfortunately, my meal never arrived. The driver assigned to my order changed multiple times during the pickup process, and I was informed by a driver that my food had already been collected. It appears that there is a mix-up with drivers going to the restaurant to pick up food that may have been taken mistakenly. I only found out about this situation from another driver. I find it frustrating that Uber lacks fields to input delivery instructions for non-English speaking delivery people. I rely on Google Translate for instructions, but Uber Eats limits text input, making it difficult to provide translated details. It would be helpful if Uber had Spanish instructions on their app for better customer service.
