J'ai récemment eu mon compte Uber Eats désactivé de manière définitive suite à une confusion concernant le partage de compte. J'ai simplement changé de téléphone, me connectant avec mon nouveau portable après m'être déconnecté de l'ancien. Malheureusement, depuis lors, j'ai été dans l'incapacité d'obtenir de l'aide pour réactiver mon compte. Je tiens à souligner que je respecte les règles en tant que livreur pour Uber Eats et que j'ai besoin de résoudre ce problème afin de pouvoir continuer à travailler. J'ai envoyé un email pour clarifier la situation et espère que ce malentendu pourra être rapidement résolu. Merci de votre aide pour que je puisse retrouver l'accès à mon compte essentiel pour mes moyens de subsistance.

As a new AMEX Platinum cardholder, I have recently started using UberEats regularly and have been quite satisfied with the service. However, I had an issue last night that I'm disappointed with the way customer service handled it. Despite working all day, my girlfriend and I had planned a special at-home date night, squeezed between our busy schedules. I messaged the driver 20 minutes after ordering to request extra sauces, which he said he would relay to the restaurant. After waiting for two hours, I was informed that my order was canceled. I wish I had been notified earlier, as by then it was too late to find an alternative meal option. I ended up settling for expensive pizza, which is a challenge as a vegetarian. I also subscribed to the Uber monthly membership, hoping for an enhanced experience. I hope my frustration is understood. I recently placed an order with Bonchon and my account was charged $34.40. However, I received a delivery notification but the order was not at my door. Strangely, the order does not appear in my past orders. When I contacted customer service, the representative initially could not find my order. After explaining the situation, she claimed the payment was on hold and advised me to contact my bank, which is confusing. In the meantime, I placed another order using the same card successfully. I am frustrated with this experience and would like a refund for the undelivered order.

I ordered 7 burritos and 2 tacos from Taco Bell for myself and two friends. Unfortunately, we only received 2 tacos and 3 burritos. I shared the tacos with my friends and we each had a burrito. Within 2 to 3 bites, all three of us started vomiting and got food poisoning. I reported the issue to Uber Eats but have not received a response. I suggested they contact Taco Bell to notify them about the issue with the ingredients, possibly being expired or spoiled. I wanted to request a refund as all three of us got sick after consuming the same item. I provided a picture of the receipt and the items in the bag when I reported the problem.

Yesterday, on 28/04/[redacted] around 7:40 pm, I placed an order with Ambala Sweets in Birmingham, totaling £50.47. However, the order never arrived, and I did not receive any missed calls from the driver. Despite an automated call from Uber claiming the driver tried to contact me, I never received any communication. Even though the website indicated the order was complete at 8:43 pm, nobody showed up. I confirmed my correct phone number and address on the account, ruling out any mistakes on my part. I made several unsuccessful attempts to contact the driver using the number provided on Uber's site, but it just played an automated message. I also tried reaching out to Ambala, but they were closed. After receiving an email from UberEats stating they would not refund the order, I contacted them again with no success. Ambala mentioned the driver, named Razwan, picked up the order, and despite being slightly delayed, they claimed he left with it. Unfortunately, Ambala couldn't help and directed me back to UberEats for a refund. Despite my efforts to reach UberEats customer support, the call disconnected each time. This has left me frustrated as I've encountered similar issues with UberEats before. I demand a prompt refund and clarification on the driver's whereabouts.

I ordered food from Hot Stuff, a restaurant with in-house delivery staff. The food was supposed to arrive by 21:05. After 40 minutes, I tried calling the restaurant for an update but had trouble reaching them. Finally, I got through, was informed that the driver was on the way, and should arrive soon. However, it has now been an hour since then and my food hasn't shown up. The Uber Eats app still shows the order as undelivered, and I can't cancel it. How can I either receive my order or get a refund?

I placed an order at Kaspas (Catford) on 01.05.[redacted] at 7:43pm for 2 crepes and 3 milkshakes to be ready by 8:05pm. Upon arrival, I waited by the tills for 15 minutes before being acknowledged. The milkshakes were handed to me 5 minutes later, but my crepes were not started yet. As a result, the milkshakes lost their consistency. During my wait, I observed staff without proper hair/beard nets or gloves for handling food. My order was delayed, taking almost 30 minutes from start to finish, far past the estimated time. Due to these issues, I am requesting a full refund and will not be ordering from Kaspas again.

I placed an order two hours ago, and it was canceled twice before a delivery member could take it. Typically, delivery takes 30 minutes, but this wait has been frustrating. I reached out to a customer service representative named James, who offered a 20% discount as compensation. I explained that due to all the trouble, a 20% discount wasn't sufficient - I requested a full refund or nothing. James then proceeded to cancel our order, which I find to be unacceptable. If this were a restaurant, a long wait would surely result in a refund. Despite being a frequent customer, this experience has left me extremely disappointed in the service provided. I would like to speak to a senior staff member as I find this level of service to be unacceptable.

I placed an order for food, but the restaurant canceled it shortly after. They assured me that no money would be charged to my account, but I noticed that the amount was deducted. I can't afford this extra $30 to be taken out right now. This money was allocated for dinner for my sons and me tonight. My son placed a McDonald's order through the app at 4:50 PM on Monday, May 2nd, totaling £34.35. Unfortunately, the order was delivered incorrectly, missing everything we requested. My son contacted the delivery driver, who directed us to reach out to McDonald's. After contacting them, we were advised to use the app for help. Even after multiple attempts through the app, we received no response. I have tried calling the given telephone number, which charges £3.60 per minute, a cost I find unreasonable. Is this the reason for incorrect orders, leading to additional charges for customer service? I am requesting a refund of £34.35 for the incorrect order and the £3.60 I was charged for attempting to resolve the issue. I expect a prompt response and a full refund. I placed an order at Chung WA Chinese on April 28th, [redacted], through the Uber Eats app. When I opened the chow mein, it had a strong smell of urine or ammonia. I contacted Uber Eats, and they said Chung WA delivered it. The restaurant manager denied any issue with the food and refused to collect it. They claimed Uber Eats would refund me, but nothing has been resolved yet. I realized later that the bamboo shoots in the chow mein might have been the cause. It's now May 3rd, [redacted], and I am still waiting for a refund from both parties. The £35 spent on this inedible meal has not been refunded, causing us to go without dinner that night.

I placed an order yesterday evening that has not been delivered, and I was charged for it. I attempted to reach out to the driver multiple times with no response. The restaurant confirmed the order was picked up, but it never reached me. I placed an order for a specific gluten-free meal for my celiac daughter to have on our flight on Monday, 2/5. I selected the delivery time of 09.30 - 10.00 on the website, but the order did not arrive at our hotel as confirmed. Despite double-checking with the bakery and hotel staff, the food never reached us, causing significant inconvenience as gluten-free options are essential for my daughter. This mishap not only deprived her of a special treat she was looking forward to but also left us without the pre-ordered meal I had paid for. I contacted Erin Mc Kenna’s Bakery, who explained that Uber Eats manages the entire process and refunds. I am disheartened by this experience and am requesting a full refund of $31.57 for the undelivered order.

I arrived at the restaurant to pick up the order I had accepted, but there was a mix-up with the order number. Despite waiting patiently, the customer who the order was intended for had already received a similar order from another delivery service. I was unable to deliver the order and the restaurant staff did not allow me to explain the situation. Subsequently, I received emails from Uber Eats stating that I did not deliver the order in question. I kindly request Uber Eats support team to look into this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I need help understanding why there is an outstanding charge of 23.46 on my Uber Eats account. I had a bad experience with an order that tasted like washing up liquid, so I contacted my bank for a chargeback since Uber Eats refused to refund me. Now Uber Eats is billing me for an order that was unsatisfactory and for which my bank already refunded me. Uber Eats seems unresponsive to my complaints, while my bank is perplexed about why Uber Eats is pursuing this charge. I was not informed by Uber Eats about any pending charge, and I find this situation unfair after my unpleasant experience with their service.

I ordered £30 worth of food yesterday. I received a message stating that it was delivered, but unfortunately, it did not arrive at my house. When attempting to contact the driver, the call would disconnect each time. I tried calling pitsea McDonalds, but the number for them was not working. Roughly 20 minutes later, a neighbor knocked on my door asking if the food delivery was for us; it turns out it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address 20 minutes before. By then, the milkshakes had melted and the food was cold, soggy, and inedible. I reached out to Uber Eats, and they mentioned they could not assist and thanked me for my understanding. Paying £30 for my partner, five children, and myself, only to receive cold, inedible food that was left at the wrong address for 20 minutes, is unacceptable. It feels like a health and safety violation, and despite Uber Eats’ error, they are refusing a refund.

To Whom It May Concern, I'm reaching out to address an issue I encountered with my recent order from Fry restaurant through the Uber Eats app. Last Wednesday, I selected the location on Dundas Street in Mississauga for pick-up. Despite the app displaying an address on Dundas Street, it did not specify the city. Upon arrival at the Dundas Street location in Mississauga, I was informed that they did not have my order. Upon further investigation, I realized that the app had directed me to the wrong restaurant. I had to replace my order and sought assistance from the Uber Eats team for a full reimbursement or credit. Regrettably, my attempts to resolve this matter were unsuccessful as my concerns were dismissed, and my calls ended abruptly. I believe it is unjust for me to bear the consequences of the app's error. Considering I reside in Mississauga and rely on alternative transportation, I should not be held accountable for this oversight. I sincerely hope for a constructive dialogue with Uber Eats to rectify this situation and not simply disregard the inconvenience caused by their mistake. I paid $62 and expected to receive what I ordered. However, my experience was disappointing. I ordered chicken carbonara without mushrooms, but it had lots of mushrooms. The Italian salad I ordered with no tomatoes or olives came with both and no Italian dressing, only olive oil. I ended up giving it away. For dessert, I ordered ice cream with caramel and pecans, but it arrived late at 11:40 pm. By that time, my meal was cold, and the ice cream was plain cream. I had to pick out the mushrooms, ate the cold carbonara, and disposed of the rest. It was frustrating to wait so long and not get the meal I had hoped for, especially after a long day at work.

Hello, I encountered a significant issue with my recent order. When using the app, I faced difficulties adding items to my cart despite multiple attempts. Additionally, after receiving a new promo code due to the previous one not working because the order didn't meet the minimum requirements of £15, I experienced trouble applying the new code as well. Uber Eats kindly provided another code, which also failed to work. I would prefer a refund of £12 instead of a replacement code, as these issues have deterred me from using the app in the future. Moreover, I was charged £2.17 for a tip, although I had selected the "no tip" option before placing the order, and I live only 3 minutes away from the restaurant. 1) Hello, I had two tabs open, one for Taco Bell and one for Popeyes. When I tried to order from Popeyes, the Taco Bell order got accepted by mistake. After some difficulty, I managed to cancel the Taco Bell order and proceeded with my Popeyes order. However, I received an email stating that I will still be charged around $23 for the Taco Bell order. I am requesting a full refund for this order due to the error. 2) During the first chat, the representative abruptly ended the conversation after providing incorrect information. 3) In the second chat, the representative abruptly ended the chat citing technical issues, despite there being none, after ignoring me. This was a poor customer service experience. 4) Past refund history should not impact my request for a full refund of the mistakenly ordered Taco Bell meal. Mistakes happen, and better service is necessary.
