I placed an order with your service, and my expected delivery time keeps getting delayed. I understand there might be delays, but I checked the app twice, and it showed that someone was picking up my order. Then, when I checked again, the delivery time was pushed back even more. This continuous extension of the delivery time is unacceptable. I ordered more than an hour ago with a 20-minute delivery time initially. Now, according to the app, it will have been over 90 minutes, assuming the time doesn't change again. When orders are significantly delayed without any clear resolution in sight, the option to cancel should be offered. If I had known about such an absurd delay, I would not have ordered food, especially for children. As I am writing this, you have once again delayed my order. I am extremely disappointed and will not use your service again unless this is resolved appropriately.

I placed an order with Drinks Deliver on your app on Sunday, August 15th. My order number is B13BC. The delivery never arrived, despite my continuous requests on the app for an update. I was charged for the order, and it was marked as delivered when it wasn't. I was told I would receive a refund from the restaurant, but they have not responded to me. It's been almost two weeks, and I have not received my refund. I ordered through you, Uber Eats, so I believe you are responsible for resolving this issue promptly. If I do not receive my refund within 24 hours, I will involve legal action and contact a lawyer for assistance. Thank you for taking this matter seriously.

Today, I placed an order with KFC, but unfortunately, my order did not arrive. My address on the app is clearly listed as 4 Siggers Crescent. The delivery driver informed me that he was waiting at Dominos at East Gate Shopping Mall, insisting his app showed a delivery to Dominos. Despite my explanations that Dominos is not my address, and the confusion of why I would order from KFC if I were next to Dominos, he wanted me to pick up the food there. Since I don't have a car, I reiterated the correct address listed on my app, but he threatened to dispose of the food or return it to KFC.
I am very disappointed as this is the second negative experience with Uber Eats, and I am considering closing my account. I kindly request a refund for this order as soon as possible. Thank you.

I placed two recent orders at Del Taco. After booking, I checked back within 30 minutes. Surprisingly, both orders were cancelled without any action from me. I reordered while waiting at the front desk, yet the original orders never arrived. I would appreciate a refund for both cancelled orders totaling over $30. I find it concerning that as a loyal customer, I am facing these issues with the app's service.

I ordered food from Uber Eats for my son and me while we recover from Covid since there was barely anything at home. I selected the 'leave at the door' option for a contactless delivery. Surprisingly, when my son informed me the driver was at our door, I found no food outside, yet the app claimed it was delivered. I tried reaching out to Uber Eats through the app, and they claimed the driver was at my door for nine minutes and allegedly tried to call me, which never happened. After contacting them, they stated they couldn't assist further. I'm frustrated as they charged me for undelivered food and showed no effort to rectify the issue. Their service was truly disappointing.

I recently placed an order with Walmart through UBEREATS for approximately $94 worth of groceries. I provided detailed instructions on locating my house as it's not visible from the street. When the UBEREATS driver, Aynur, arrived, the app prompted me to greet him at the door. However, upon reaching the door, there was no one there. Subsequently, the app indicated that Aynur had left the groceries at my door.
Despite selecting the option for the delivery to be handed to a person who signs and not left at the door, Aynur disregarded this request and failed to follow the correct address instructions, leaving perishable items in the extreme heat. I attempted to contact him but was unable to through the app. This experience was disappointing, and I believe Aynur needs to improve his delivery practices to uphold the company's reputation. It's possible he is unaware of his mistakes.

I attempted to modify my order, but the only option available was to cancel. I was not informed that canceling would result in a full charge for the entire order. Assistance was provided by a chatbot, and only after the cancellation did I receive a receipt showing a full charge without any food items. This seems extremely unfair. Customers should be clearly informed that opting to cancel will lead to a full charge. Otherwise, why would anyone want to pay almost $30 and receive no food?
I have an Uber Pass and use Uber weekly. I am seeking a refund and improved customer service. It was claimed that I was notified of the charge, but I only saw it after the payment was made.
I have always had positive experiences with Uber and Uber Eats. This situation has left me feeling very let down.

I reached out to Uber Eats via email on 08/22/[redacted] detailing a disappointing experience and requesting a full refund for my order. Since the email address isn't monitored, I'm sharing my concerns here in hopes of resolving the issue.
In my email, I mentioned ordering a pizza from Hot Stuff Leeds around 4am on 08/21/[redacted] with an expected delivery time of 4:30am-4:50am, which was not met. Despite providing my phone number for the driver to call upon delivery, no contact was made. Attempts to reach the restaurant were unsuccessful.
Upon waking up, I found the delivery left outside, chips eaten by rats, and the pizza damaged due to improper placement. This stands out as an unusual and unsatisfactory experience with Uber Eats, as previous orders were handled better.

I have been fully charged for my order, including delivery. Unfortunately, my order did not arrive as the driver seemed to have missed my location. Despite my efforts to flag him down, he did not stop or check the door numbers properly. I have tried to address this issue yesterday, but was unable to do so due to technical difficulties. I am disappointed that I have been charged for food that I did not receive. I kindly request a refund to be processed back to my card. It would be helpful to have a live chat with a representative to resolve this matter promptly. I suggest improving communication with drivers to ensure they check the correct address and contact customers if needed. I hope for a swift resolution and a refund for the undelivered order.

I ordered two Happy Chicken McNugget meals, a Chicken McSandwich, and fries at 5:30 PM today. I was informed that it would arrive no later than 6:10 PM. Throughout the wait, I was notified that Khadayn was delivering. At 6:01 PM, I was told to meet the driver at the door. I waited by the door with my two grandchildren, aged 3 and 5, for 18 minutes receiving delayed alerts about the order wrapping and the order being one minute away for 17 minutes. To my dismay, the order was then canceled! I am utterly disappointed. How do I explain this mix-up to the children? It's time for them to go to bed, they are tired, cranky, and very hungry. Hi, I had a disappointing experience with Uber Eats this weekend. I ordered McDonald’s for my family, looking forward to a treat, but unfortunately, the delivery was a letdown. The large Tango bottle had split, causing all the meals to become wet and soggy. It was so poorly packaged that we had to throw the entire order away. I was hoping for a pleasant family meal, but instead, I was left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I believe a full refund is necessary to resolve this issue and to maintain my loyalty as a customer. The service did not meet my expectations and it negatively impacted our weekend start.

I live in Lubbock, Texas, and I recently placed an order for pickup from The Catch restaurant. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulty navigating the online app and mistakenly ordered from The Catch restaurant in Oklahoma City instead. After realizing my error, I contacted both The Catch locations, and they advised me to reach out to Postmates, now merged with Uber. When I attempted to contact them, I was directed to Uber's phone number, but neither site offers telephone support. I checked with American Express, and the charge had not been posted yet. I'm requesting a refund from Uber Postmates as I exhausted all efforts to cancel the order, which seems to be nearly impossible or completely impossible. Hello, my name is Nikit Khurana, but on Uber, it may appear as Nick K. My recent Uber Eats order from Buffalo Wild Wings was missing items - one regular tater tots and one house sampler, with the other house sampler having fewer wings than expected, and missing sauce. I did notice these discrepancies after the driver left. I'm unsure if my order got mixed up at the restaurant or during delivery. The cost was around 60 dollars, with discounts. I am writing to address an issue with my Uber account registration. Upon attempting to register my account with the email address [redacted], I received a message stating that this email is already in use, although this is my first time registering with Uber using this email.
After trying to reset my password and not receiving any emails from Uber, I contacted Uber customer service on August 31, [redacted], at 6:15 PM UK time. I spoke with Kate, a customer service representative, who confirmed that an account is registered with my email address and explained that password reset notifications were being sent to a phone number associated with cybercriminal activities.
I kindly request immediate removal of the phone number linked to my email account and a password reset link sent to my email address. Additionally, I urge that the phone number previously associated with my email be reported to the authorities to hold the cybercriminals accountable.

Good evening, I am sending this complaint regarding an order I placed through my number (+[redacted]5) at Domino's Pizza. I paid with my debit card and the order went through successfully. However, when I checked the app again, it showed the order as delivered and asked me to rate it, which I rated poorly. I then received an email saying the payment had gone through because the order had been delivered. When I tried to access the app again, it wouldn't load, and then I received a message saying "account deactivated." I am filing this complaint to request a refund as I feel this is unfair as I am left hungry and without my money.

Hello, I need some advice. I placed an order on UberEats (I know it's been over 48 hours, but I just found this gethuman website!). The delivery driver accidentally dropped the bag containing two coffees and a soft drink at my house entrance, causing a spill. I requested the driver to take a photo, but he did not cooperate. After cleaning up the mess and taking a photo of the damaged bag, I contacted UberEats for a refund. They have been unresponsive and refused my request, despite me providing a photo of the torn bag and spilled items. It's frustrating, and I'm feeling unwell. The order was placed on the 29th, and I have contacted UberEats multiple times. They are now claiming that the timeframe for assistance has passed. I find it unfair since I use the service frequently, sometimes up to 10 times a week. I had a frustrating experience ordering from Outback Steakhouse via UberEats. Each time I tried to place the order, it failed to go through even after I reviewed it. The app just kept waiting to process the order but eventually cleared my cart without any confirmation of the order. My husband and I were hoping to have dinner at a reasonable time before his work, but the process failed three times in 35 minutes. This is very disheartening, especially considering we are not regular UberEats users. It's disappointing not to find a customer service number to address this issue.

I am very disappointed to see that I was charged for an order this Friday night that I did not make. The charge is related to the Pitaya restaurant in St Maur des Fossés. I am currently out of town and not at home in Champigny. Therefore, I could not have placed an order for a Pitaya meal to be delivered since I am not there. Uber Eats indicated on the app that the order was delivered, which is how I found out that an order was made using my account while I have my phone with me out of town!
Furthermore, there is no one at my home in Champigny right now. So, no one could have received a delivery, and if the delivery person came by, they were not greeted by anyone. I am requesting a refund of 16.84 euros because I did not place any order at all.
