Recently, I have noticed a change in my package deliveries where they are now being left at the main door of my apartment building instead of at my apartment door as usual. As an elderly person who uses a walker due to mobility issues, this change has made it difficult for me to carry the 3 boxes up to my apartment on the 3rd floor. I would appreciate it if the driver could resume delivery to my apartment door and ring the doorbell before leaving. I am more than willing to move the boxes inside once they are delivered. Additionally, I have noticed that the packing straps on the boxes have been coming off lately, creating a trip hazard for me. I kindly request these issues to be addressed promptly.

I have been facing delivery issues for over two years now with packages not being delivered to my apartment E23. Due to disability issues, I can only carry up to 5 lbs and have difficulty walking long distances with my crutches. I don't reside near the entrance with the mailboxes. Previously, my packages have gone missing, especially if they contained food. After an incident caught on camera, the culprit was identified and removed. To avoid further problems, I kindly request that delivery personnel leave all packages at my door E23 and knock when delivering. Thank you.

I've had three unsuccessful delivery attempts from Verizon. UPS in Tyler advised me to sign a note left on my door, but the package couldn't be delivered without a signature on 09/19. When I visited the UPS hub, I was told Verizon must call to hold the package for pick up. However, at the Verizon store, they were unaware of this process. I'm frustrated as instructions given by UPS staff conflict with the actions of the delivery driver. I seek clarity on why my package wasn't delivered and guidance on next steps. If the package returns to Verizon, I'm concerned about the timeframe as I've been without a phone for nearly a week now. This situation is very frustrating.

I scheduled a UPS pick-up for a return from Amazon yesterday. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the card they tried to charge for the $12 pick-up fee. I now realize that my card was already charged $[redacted] a few days ago and I forgot about it. Since UPS couldn't charge me, I want to pay the $12.90 for the pick-up through a check. I suspect that the individuals I mentioned might not be genuine UPS employees and could be involved in fraud. I have tried contacting UPS Support in China but have not received a response to confirm if these individuals are legitimate UPS employees. I've missed two delivery attempts for my package, and it has been 10 days since the last one. I'm frustrated because there hasn't been any further delivery attempts. I made an order from a store in China that claimed to be a big lot store. After receiving a text on September 18 informing me that my order was closed, I was confused. Then, yesterday they claimed that the order was delivered, but I never received it. I contacted the post office as instructed, but they advised me to reach out to international UPS. Being disabled and older, I am unsure if I am handling this situation correctly. Please assist me.

I want to report a situation where a delivery driver stole my debit card and fraudulently signed the name of a former employee. The incident occurred with a Bank of America overnight delivery to my mailbox at [redacted] Grass Valley Highway # [redacted], Auburn, CA [redacted] on 9/26/23. The card was not in my mailbox, but a signature reading "Tate" was forged at 9:38 AM on the 27th. This former employee hasn't been with the company for five months. It appears the driver stole the card and possibly sold the information. I'm struggling to identify the driver for the police report as different drivers handle deliveries each day. I cancelled the card, but I am pursuing legal action. I urge UPS to address this promptly, as the company could be implicated in the theft. Dear forum members, I have missed two delivery attempts from UPS and I have received notes with different notice numbers. Today will be the third delivery attempt, and I fear it might be returned to the sender. I want to prevent that from happening. I am unsure if the package is even meant for me, so I need to know its origin. The package requires a signature, but due to my disability, I cannot answer the door. I would like to give permission for the package to be left without a signature. Unfortunately, there will be no one available to help until late this evening. Dealing with this situation is causing me a lot of frustration, especially given my poor memory and ongoing struggles with long Covid and mental health issues. I had requested my package to be left at my door if no one is available to receive it, or for them to inform me by calling when it's delivered so I could pick it up. Unfortunately, despite repeating this multiple times, the package was once again directed to a pickup location instead of my address. It’s frustrating that deliveries to my place never seem to be successful, constantly resulting in "Delivery attempted...pick it up at (location)" notices. Due to personal circumstances, I am unable to go to these designated pickup spots. The virtual assistant was not able to assist me with this recurring issue.

I was expecting my package to arrive yesterday. According to the tracking information, the delivery was attempted, but no one came by as I have been homebound and someone is always here. UPS usually leaves packages on our front porch, but this is the second time in three weeks that this has happened. Last time, the package was never delivered. I am concerned about the repeated failed attempts. Where could my package be?

I've contacted UPS numerous times regarding my packages being left at the front door despite having a sign instructing drivers to deliver to the back door. Good afternoon, I am inquiring about my Package 1ZE0A[redacted][redacted], which was shipped on October 4th with an expected delivery date of October 5th. Initially, the UPS tracking system reflected this information, but the parcel has not arrived. Currently, the system displays that the delivery date will be updated soon. Despite contacting the support service, they are unable to pinpoint the exact location or estimated delivery time of the package. They also mentioned they cannot file a claim as it is not marked as lost in their system, even though its whereabouts are unknown.

I am hoping to get an update on the delivery status of a package from USBank Reliacard in St. Paul, MN, which I ordered with expedited shipping. Despite not having the tracking number, they informed me it was sent via UPS 2-day air on Friday. To ensure a successful delivery, I am looking to modify the address from [redacted] Mahanna Ave to [redacted] Mahanna Ave in Long Beach, CA without causing any delay. Due to being without a permanent address, currently staying at a friend's place, I am eagerly waiting for the package at their landlord's residence. If the address change is not feasible, I am seeking details on the UPS location in Long Beach to contact and inquire about the parcel. It is urgent that I receive the shipment today as I require the debit card to retrieve my impounded car and settle rent to avoid homelessness.

I returned an item to Amazon via UPS two weeks ago, but when I checked online, UPS had not received the package. I want to file a claim for the lost package. I attempted to do this online, but encountered an error message despite creating an account and providing payment information. The error message I received was: "Unfortunately, your account number is not associated with your UPS.com profile. To fix this, please select ‘Payment Options’ in the upper right corner, then select ‘Existing Account’ from the Add Payment Method dropdown menu. Finally, select ‘Add’ and follow the prompts to add an account number, or click here. UPS made a serious mistake with my delivery! I was expecting my new MacBook Pro worth $1,[redacted] to be delivered to my address at 2 Mountain Avenue, P.O. Box [redacted], Cedar Knolls, NJ [redacted]. When I went to the post office to collect my package, they said they didn't have it because they don't receive packages from UPS. After calling UPS at +1-[redacted], they confirmed they had delivered it to the wrong address and even the wrong person named Joe in Morris Plains, NJ. UPS arranged for the delivery driver to retrieve the package. Now, they want me to intercept the package at the original post office, but I can't do it online as the system shows it's already delivered. I'm currently chatting with a UPS representative to resolve this issue.

Dear Support Team, I am reaching out about my package that I dropped off at the UPS center on 10/16/[redacted]. The expected delivery date was 10/18/[redacted] but it got delayed at customs. As of Monday 20th, the package is still blocked. In an email from UPS, they mentioned that delivery times for "UPS STANDARD" are estimates. I checked online and even if I had chosen a more expensive rate, it wouldn't have made a difference as the delay is due to customs. To make matters worse, the package contained a birthday present. Hello, I placed an order for leather cleaner and dye from Canada. The package was shipped on October 6th with an expected delivery date of October 16th, but unfortunately, it went missing somewhere in Hollywood. I have initiated a claim, but there have been no updates or progress so far. It's disappointing to hear about these issues with package handling during deliveries. The company in Canada was kind enough to send out a replacement, but now even that package is lost. It's quite frustrating that both packages seem to have disappeared from the same substation.
