Hello, My name is Rudrabha from Hyderabad, India. I have a used M2 MacBook Air laptop that I need to return to a company in the United States that I previously consulted with. The laptop, which costs approximately Rs. 1,20,[redacted], was purchased from an Apple India store and assembled in China. I am considering using UPS India to ship the laptop back. Additionally, I will be traveling to Canada soon and wonder if it would be possible to send the laptop from there, provided the company generates a shipping label for me. Any advice on this matter would be appreciated.

I have been trying to get CenturyLink to refund me $[redacted] for returning their new unopened modem since the end of August. Despite their claim of crediting it with a $[redacted] credit on my bill, they listed it as "crediting a payment in error" and then deducted part of it next month. Today, I received a tracking number from CenturyLink, but when I checked with UPS, I got a message saying "no information is available for numbers more than [redacted] days old" regarding tracking number 1ZX738X[redacted]5. I hope someone can help me track down the missing refund.

I attended my first orientation this morning, but after 2 hours, Ms. Norris called me to let me know that there was a slight issue with my hiring status at The UPS Store in Thornburg Crafton, PA. I received a phone call confirming my hire earlier today, so I'm a bit confused and trying to get some clarification. I just want to know if I should come in to work tomorrow as originally planned or if I should wait until next week. My shipment was previously held due to an outstanding fee, which I promptly settled. Now, I'm facing a new issue. I need to update my address, but when I try to do so, a required InfoNotice Number pops up, which I never received from the truck dispatcher. The package is currently in Peninsular Malaysia with UPS, but I reside in Ranau, Sabah. This situation is making it challenging for me to address this matter. I had an issue with a fee for my goods which got resolved, but now I need to update my address. I can't proceed as it's asking for an InfoNotice Number which I never received from the truck dispatcher. I was informed by the UPS delivery driver that my package with Tracking # 1Z861A[redacted]29 was scheduled for delivery today, 11/8/23, but it was not on the truck. The online status showed it should have been delivered today after being scheduled for Tuesday, 11/7/23. However, there seems to be an issue with the delivery. I tried contacting the Gainesville, GA office but only received a message about a problem with my package. The driver suggested there might be an issue at the Gainesville terminal. I urgently require this package. Please update me on the delivery status. I reside at [redacted] Oak Creek Drive, Dawsonville, GA [redacted], and the package is from Wes Small in Gettysburg, PA. My Direct Express card was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, then Wednesday, and today is Thursday, but I still haven't received it. This card is my only source of income right now, and I'm worried. A UPS driver has passed by my place three times, but no one can tell me where my card is. I really need it today to secure my living situation. Instead of getting answers, I keep getting the same unhelpful responses, and the tracking information hasn't been updated since the 6th.

We have been facing issues with UPS drivers delivering our valuable packages to an incorrect address that is nowhere near our own. These packages are often left outside other people's gates or on top of mailboxes, exposed to rain or potential theft. Despite our correct address being clearly indicated on GPS, the deliveries continue to be misplaced, causing us to search the neighborhood to retrieve our items before they are taken by someone else. Today, we found our packages near a suspicious individual's gate, fortunately, before they could be stolen. If the drivers simply looked at GPS, they would easily locate our mailbox with our house number and driveway. The delivery information provided online is detailed, including descriptions of our home and mailbox, yet the issue persists.

Yesterday, I discovered a text message on my mobile phone dated Nov. 2 from UPS stating they were unable to deliver a package with Shipping ID# E36JW2J4 and to visit track-[redacted].ejzy.us/delivery to reschedule. We never text and have no clue how the driver got our number. I haven't been able to reach a live person at UPS, as the automated system requires a tracking number that I don't have. The missing parcel holds new checks for our bank.

I dropped off a package at a UPS Drop Box on 11/10/23 after hours, but it has not been picked up yet. I would like to understand why it wasn't retrieved yesterday. Dear GetHuman team, I am reaching out to you once again regarding my issue with my parcel sent from the USA to Morocco through UPS. It has been over two months, and the parcel is still stuck in the airport warehouse.
