Last week, UPS mistakenly picked up my Walmart package instead of my Amazon return. I've been waiting since April 5th for the $[redacted] item to be returned. I brought a package for delivery to the UPS store in Wappingers Falls, NY on April 6th. UPS claims they did not receive the package. I visited the local hub, and they mentioned it might be lost, stolen, or the label could have come off. They advised that there is a location for unclaimed packages. I am inquiring to see if this is the situation regarding my package. I need assistance as these were Easter gifts for my grandchildren, and the items are irreplaceable.

I noticed the driver on Saturday at the top of my driveway by my mailbox, clearly labeled with [redacted]. Within a minute or so, he drove off around 12:15 pm. Later, on my computer, it stated that the address needed correction. Upon checking, I confirmed that the address was indeed correct. I have received numerous deliveries over my 25 years of living here. Additionally, the street sign indicates Buck Mountain Trail. My contact number is [redacted], and the delivery address is [redacted] Buck Mountain Trail, Sophia, NC [redacted]. Could someone please use GPS to locate my address and observe how straightforward it is to find?

Hello, I made a purchase on eBay, and my package was sent via BlueCare Express but ultimately transferred to UPS. The tracking number is 1Z838A7V[redacted]. The delivery date was stated as April 13th, [redacted], but the package never arrived at my house. I searched extensively and contacted the post office, but they couldn't locate it either. It mentioned that the package was received by someone named Alexander, a name unfamiliar to us or the post office staff. I would appreciate any assistance in identifying the delivery location. I have been attempting to schedule pickups for returns. I was informed that someone would come on Monday, waited all day, but no one arrived. Upon calling, they claim someone came, which is untrue as I was home all day. Today, I was asked to be available by 5:30 again, yet nobody came. They seem to be intentionally delaying my return process, causing inconvenience. As a person with a disability, I rely on this pickup to secure my refund and reorder the items.

We recently received a delivery from Amazon. Unfortunately, the delivery person left the 30 lb box on our back deck stairs instead of placing it on our front porch, which would have been much more accessible. When we kindly requested that he move it to the front porch due to our age and disabilities, he refused and even questioned why my husband couldn't carry it up the stairs himself. This interaction was quite upsetting, as we have always valued respectful customer service, having worked in the industry ourselves. It was shocking to be treated so rudely, particularly considering our circumstances. Despite offering to open the gate and secure our small dog, the delivery person walked away without a word. We would like to understand why UPS would handle a situation in this manner, especially when it involves seeking a helping hand from an elderly couple.

On January 27th, a package containing Inogen oxygen equipment was collected from my address. The shipment, weighing about 30-80 lbs, was a single large box. The UPS shipping label displayed the name Linda Fussell with an address in Douglasville, GA. I retained the slip for two months before disposing of it. Presently, they claim not to have received it. Attempting to contact customer service without a tracking number proved futile as it did not allow me to speak with a representative. Kindly assist in providing a tracking number to resolve the billing issue promptly.

I paid for an overnight delivery scheduled to arrive on the 25th by 7 pm. Unfortunately, it did not arrive, and its whereabouts are unknown. I visited the hub, where I was informed that the package was in the trailer and that I could collect it between 9:30-10 am on the 26th. Upon arriving at 10:15 am, I was told that the package's location is unknown, and they are unsure if it was picked up from the sender. Despite contacting the sender who confirmed the pickup on the 24th, the package, which contains a check, remains missing.

Good evening! I just saw on Amazon that my package with the tracking number 1Z54R3A[redacted]8 was supposedly delivered today, but I haven't received anything. I even checked your UPS website to track the delivery, and it shows it was delivered on Thursday, April 27 at 11:13 to a customer encountered. I demand some clarification because this morning I didn't receive anything from the UPS courier, nor did I meet anyone. I also reached out to the Amazon seller and haven't received a response yet. I insist that my package be traced as this situation seems like a joke! I look forward to your prompt response.

I was let go from UPS in November [redacted]. I want to share my perspective in hopes that I may be considered for reemployment. Despite reaching out to various Human Resources lines at UPS, I have not made any progress. I checked the UPS website and noticed there is a six-month waiting period after termination to be reconsidered for a position. Recently, a temp agency informed me that I am marked as "Do Not Rehire" at UPS. It has now been six months since my termination. Thank you for your attention.

UPS informed me that my package (1ZF11Y[redacted]54) was delivered on 4/21 to my front door, but it was not received. A neighbor saw a large box left at the base of my driveway (125m away) in the treeline. I have initiated a claim, and though there was a callback from your team, the message was unclear due to the accent. When I checked online, the claim was marked as 'closed,' which I find unacceptable. Missing a call should not lead to the closure of a claim. I simply seek a refund as I did not receive the product, and it appears the delivery information provided was inaccurate.

I have an international package scheduled for delivery, but I won't be home to receive it. I paid $7 to change the delivery location to a store. However, I received a notification that the initial store couldn't accept the package and it would be redirected to a different one. When I track the package now, it just says it will be delivered to Philadelphia without specifying the pick-up location. I need to know where I can pick up my package tomorrow.

I chose overnight delivery for 3 phones from Verizon. The package has been stuck at a service center an hour away from me for two days. I'm unable to contact UPS or Verizon as my account information is inside the package, and I am without phone service. Verizon opened a claim, but I can't reach UPS for assistance. Both companies are pointing fingers at each other, causing me to miss work and a crucial doctor's appointment.

I mistakenly received a package. I contacted customer service, but the virtual assistance was not helpful. I repeatedly provided the tracking number and was told it wasn't received. Despite my request to speak to a person, I was required to provide the tracking number first. After several unsuccessful attempts, I was asked for the last 6 digits of the tracking number with no success. Eventually, I was advised to check online. I have the package, which belongs to my neighbor, and it can stay on my porch until UPS retrieves it. This was the most unsatisfactory customer service experience I have encountered.

I was expecting a package to be delivered on Sunday, but it didn't arrive. The delivery was rescheduled for Monday, but once again, it did not come. When I checked on its status, I found out it was returned. I wasn't given the choice to pick it up at a UPS store the next day. If delivery wasn't possible to the mailboxes or lockers, leaving it at my door could have been an option. Unfortunately, the tracking number provided only shows "returned" with the original order number.

I am disappointed with the update regarding our delivery today that claims an attempt was made, and no one was available to receive the packages. I observed the driver passing my house, going down the street for another delivery, and then passing me again while I stood in my driveway ready to accept the packages. To add to this frustration, I received a notification that an attempt was made at 7:47 pm, which is not accurate as I was on my front porch eagerly waiting for the delivery. I have been at home the entire day, anticipating the arrival of the three scheduled packages.
