Unfortunately, the perishable package I received today was ruined due to an error with the label. The driver marked it as ERC yesterday but failed to contact me, despite my phone number being on the label. This is the worst service experience I've had in 30 years. The driver's negligence has cost me $[redacted] as they did not call or deliver the package to Canadian, where most of my packages are dropped off. I have not received my package with tracking number AG[redacted]48CN. I have been attempting to contact UPS for two weeks without success. The automated answering system is unhelpful and disconnects the call repeatedly. Despite receiving packages both before and after the missing one, this specific delivery seems to have been mishandled. I am disappointed to have been let down by UPS and their inefficient customer service.

Our company, MICTRON LLC, shipped a 48-foot package of material cut into smaller pieces. It weighed 14 lbs and was sent to Bennett Heat Treating in Newark, NJ. Unfortunately, the package never arrived, leading us to start a claim. However, we have been receiving conflicting information regarding its status. Initially, UPS claimed the receiver refused delivery, which was untrue, and then later stated the package was damaged without further updates. We urgently need a resolution to decide if we should order more material. Ideally, we want to locate the missing package and have it delivered promptly. I've already tracked the package with the tracking number starting with 1Z and ending in [redacted]. The status shows an airport delay. I'm seeking more details on what this typically indicates and if UPS representatives have encountered this issue before. Following advice from the UPS store, I continuously pressed 1 on the phone keypad to speak with a representative successfully. After pressing 1 around 15 times quickly to bypass the automated voice, I was transferred to a representative. Previously, GetHuman was also unsuccessful in navigating the automated system. The UPS representative notified me within 5 minutes that the package is now being processed for delivery.

I recently received two individual prescriptions from my pharmacy via UPS. Although they were both scheduled to arrive on the 18th, one arrived on the 19th, and the other has not arrived yet. The tracking information from UPS indicates that the second prescription won't be delivered until Wednesday, May 24th. These medications are crucial as they are for my chemotherapy treatment for cancer, and they need to be taken together. This delay in receiving them is an ongoing issue every month. Swift delivery is essential for my health, and I am concerned about the impact of this delay on my treatment.

I purchased 2 cane massagers from Amazon on April 25 with an expected delivery date between April 28 - May 3. The delivery was to [redacted] Jaeger St, Giddings, TX [redacted] under the name Albert L. M. I tracked the package with UPS using the tracking number [redacted]-[redacted]. Initially, I received a notification that the carrier had collected the package, followed by messages indicating delays and problems with the order. The order was from Heartwell Medical through Amazon, and as of now, I have not received the cane massagers. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

Three weeks ago, my Hellofresh deliveries began going to the UPS store instead of being brought to my doorstep. I was informed that a signature was needed, prompting me to pick them up. I wish to remove the signature requirement so that my packages can be delivered directly to my home. Additionally, no delivery attempt was made at my residence, as I was present at the time and no notice was left regarding an unsuccessful delivery.

I am expecting packages and mail from out of state, but unfortunately, I have not received them. They were supposed to be sent to [redacted] Rock Road, Rutherfordton, North Carolina [redacted], attention: Jimmy Brandon Bumgardner. There seems to be an issue with the address information, causing a delay in delivery. I had to request the main office of UPS and the United States Postal Service to stop forwarding any mail for Jimmy Brandon Bumgardner to addresses other than [redacted] Rock Road, Rutherfordton, North Carolina.

My package from UPS was marked as out for delivery on Saturday but didn't arrive due to a "severe weather event" despite the weather being fine. The delivery status then changed to three more days for Tuesday, but now there are no updates. I fear my package may be lost or damaged. I had a package scheduled for delivery on Saturday, May 27, [redacted]. Despite receiving an email notification that the package was out for delivery, I found a "Sorry we missed you" note at the end of my driveway where the mailbox is located. None of the boxes on the note were checked. Despite being home with my dogs and having a working ring doorbell, the supposed delivery attempt was not made. After calling the number on the note three times and being promised a call back, I was disappointed by the lack of response. The tracking number for the package was 1ZA7X[redacted][redacted] and the sticky note number was 9[redacted] [redacted] 9. The package was important for a work event on Tuesday, and the failure in delivery by UPS was frustrating. The lack of customer service and misinformation from the distribution center was dissatisfying, and it has made me reconsider using UPS in the future.

I received a damaged package from UPS sent by QVC. I have a scheduled pick-up by UPS with call tag number USPS1JIA26FSAUA8Y, despite starting with USPS. Although UPS typically uses numbers starting with 1Z, this one is different. I won't be home for the pick-up, but the package is on my enclosed porch, easily accessible. Please pick up the package from there and don't just leave a note if I'm not home.

I have had ongoing issues with the delivery driver in Ropes. Packages are consistently delivered to the incorrect address, sometimes to houses that are not even close to mine. They have even left packages at a barn or well house, or on the porch of a burned-out house. This has been happening since [redacted]. Despite paying for next-day or second-day delivery, my packages never arrive on time. My address is clearly marked in two places on my house, and I have even provided a phone number for further clarification.

I have experienced ongoing issues with a delivery driver who has been rude and unprofessional towards me. Despite being a loyal customer who heavily relies on deliveries due to health and mobility issues, the driver has failed to leave packages or notification notices at my home. The seller I bought from accidentally sent my package to USPS instead of UPS in Bronx, NY. Could you assist me with this issue? Has the lost package been located from USPS pickup? I am facing an issue with a package I sent. The package endured severe weather conditions and eventually arrived in Harlingen, Texas.
