I bought 10 gallons, split into two boxes of 4 gallons each and one box with 2 gallons. The shipment was divided into three packages during transit, all of which were reported as damaged and disposed of without a satisfactory explanation. I filed a claim with your insurance provider, Crawford, which confirmed the packaging was appropriate. However, despite sending all required documentation multiple times, contacting the claims department monthly, and receiving case numbers for each call, there has been significant delay in resolving this matter. Despite assurances from agents and supervisors, no progress has been made. I am simply asking for the payment of $[redacted].25, as detailed in my payment request form submitted on June 13, [redacted]. Early Saturday morning, I received a text message regarding a package that UPS was unable to deliver on Friday due to a closed gate on my property. The text requested $1.10 for a redelivery attempt and directed me to provide my credit card details on a website. I entered the information but noticed no charges on my credit card. The parcel number provided was [redacted][redacted]. I suspect this might be a scam after cross-referencing the tracking numbers with my expected deliveries. Has anyone else experienced this? My husband also received a similar text on his phone, but we did not respond as he wasn't expecting any packages. Could this be a scam using the UPS logo? I'm considering contacting my credit card company.

I am experiencing issues with my package delivery from UPS. The tracking number is 1Z55X[redacted][redacted], but the delivery drivers have not attempted to deliver the package to my apartment at [redacted] Crowley Rd, Building 11, Apt [redacted], Parkwest Apartments. I need my package to be delivered correctly and not sent back to the warehouse falsely signed by someone named Donnie. UPS service has been unreliable, causing multiple delivery problems for me.

I am frustrated with UPS's delivery service. The driver delivered my package (Tracking Number 1Z4E0R[redacted]56) to [redacted] Rear Baltimore St, Hanover, PA, [redacted], instead of the correct address at [redacted] Baltimore St, Hanover, PA, 17[redacted]. I specifically requested it to be left on the back porch at [redacted] Baltimore St, as there is no back porch at [redacted] Rear. This is not the first time this has happened, and despite reaching out to UPS several times about this issue, it continues to occur. As a customer with health issues, I find it frustrating to have to do the job of the delivery driver. I have lived at the same address for 28 years and have previously received packages without issues. However, in recent years, UPS deliveries have been consistently problematic. It is disappointing and a sad state of affairs.

My package was marked as delivered, but when I received an email saying it arrived, I checked and couldn't find it. I asked the person in charge of deliveries at my apartment building, who usually handles my packages, and he confirmed that nothing had been received. Strangely, I had opted out of signature confirmation for this package to streamline the process, but shortly after making that change, it was marked as delivered even though the tracking information indicated it was scheduled for delivery the next day.

Hello! I was expecting my parcel to be delivered today, but it wasn't left at my door. I placed four separate orders on Mercari, consisting of a large quantity of perfume, women's jeans in size 10, women's shoes in size 10, and children's books. Unfortunately, I have only received the order for the books. It seems that two of my orders were mistakenly delivered to my neighbor yesterday. I reside at [redacted] N Mound St, Pratt, KS [redacted], under the name Kady Conn. The neighbor who received my packages is known for taking my deliveries without permission, her name is Amber Buttler-Little. I demand that these mistakes are rectified promptly.

Each time the UPS driver arrived, they seemed to input something on their handheld device and then abruptly depart without delivering the package. Instances like this are why I am not a fan of UPS. Installing cameras in your delivery vehicles to monitor driver behavior could be beneficial. Kindly redirect my package to the nearest UPS Store and ensure my contact details are removed from your records. I am frustrated with UPS' approach when delivering to apartment complexes; I believe they opt for the easiest way out. If UPS condones such behavior, I advise reconsidering your operations in the shipping industry. Competitors like Amazon and FedEx may surpass you if these issues persist.

Today, I received a text from UPS stating they attempted a delivery but couldn't leave the package. They asked for a reschedule with a $1.20 fee and requested personal details, credit card info, including the CVV number to process it. However, my family and I were home all day, and no one heard a delivery attempt. I'm hesitant to provide my credit card details. Can someone verify if this is a legitimate request from UPS?

I was informed that my package was delivered around 9:00 a.m. on Monday, March 27th. The tracking information indicated the package was placed at the back door, which has a cluttered small porch. Despite searching multiple times with my husband and two adult daughters, we couldn't find the package. The missing package contains checks from Deluxe printing intended for our small church. As the church treasurer, this situation is causing significant inconvenience as our pastor's weekly payment relies on these checks. The delay in reimbursements is affecting our members as well.

My UPS Ground package 1Z8Y[redacted][redacted] was delivered to a pickup location instead of my home. I am unable to update the delivery through UPS My Choice. The system gives me errors when I try to change my password, prompting me to create a new account instead. I received a notification that my package was delivered to a mailbox, but I did not provide a mailbox number. Upon checking, the package was not there. I usually receive my orders at the door, not in the mailbox, so I am quite concerned about the whereabouts of my package. It is essential that I locate it as soon as possible.

I have experienced repeated issues with UPS not delivering to my house, unlike USPS, FedEx, and Amazon. The current undelivered package has the tracking number 1Z5E[redacted][redacted]. In the past, the driver claimed they needed a code for access, which was incorrect as I live in a rural area with no gate. The road closure sign caused a delay, so I had it adjusted for UPS specifically. Despite these efforts, UPS still refuses to deliver. My package tracking number 1Z6Y0F[redacted]10 is currently at a warehouse in Tj Mx. It seems that UPS has tried to deliver it multiple times but has encountered a problem with the address for the past two weeks. I have signed up on the UPS website. I accessed my preferences and edited the address. The status shows address pending change/no street address. I need to update the delivery address. I sent a package from St. Petersburg, FL to Albuquerque, NM, paid $[redacted] for overnight shipping, but it arrived 8 days later. The tracking number is 1Z0553RE[redacted]. I filed a claim on March 1, [redacted], and the GSR was filed on March 3, [redacted]. Upon requesting a refund, I was informed that due to lack of a Suite number, the delivery was delayed. The package was intended for a Judge at the Federal Building in Albuquerque where packages are regularly delivered by UPS without needing a Suite number before. The excuse given by UPS for the delay does not seem valid. The documents were critical for an Appeal before the Judge and their late arrival caused issues. I believe UPS should refund the $[redacted] I paid for the shipping.
