I wish to report a fake review of my restaurant that was posted on the Elmer Tours page in Ometepe on May 25, [redacted] by a user named Amy R.
Some evidence to consider:
1. Amy R only created a Tripadvisor account in May [redacted], yet the alleged visit to my restaurant took place in June [redacted].
It is suspicious that Amy R did not post this review directly on my restaurant's page following such a negative experience as described.
I urge you to investigate this review on the Elmer Tours site as this is not the first time this individual has used other people's names to bolster their reviews and harm legitimate businesses. Similar incidents occurred recently with Hotel Soma, Willis Tours, and Dinartes Rental.
I appreciate your help in addressing such reviews. It is very concerning that my restaurant is being accused of making a fictitious person ill.
Your website is highly regarded by travelers, and I hope you will not tolerate this type of misconduct.

I took a day trip from Bergen to Oslo on the Flam Railway on the 9th of June. My confirmation number is [redacted]0. The booking number is [redacted]60. I received an email on June 3 with a link to the tickets. I clicked the link and obtained a barcode which seems to serve as an electronic ticket. The email mentioned that a detailed schedule would be sent along with the confirmation and voucher, but I never received that information. I tried contacting Easy Travel the day before the tour but got no response. When I went to the Bergen train station with the electronic ticket (received by clicking 'get tickets' in the email), I was informed that this TripAdvisor ticket could not be used to board the train for the tour. Unfortunately, I missed out on the excursion.

I recently attempted to list my three suites by creating three separate listings as recommended by Trip Advisor for room listings. The three suites are located within the same house, which holds a single tourist license number. I have successfully published one listing with ID [redacted]0 on Holiday Lettings, but I am unable to locate it on Trip Advisor.
However, when trying to create listings for the other two suites with IDs [redacted]5 and [redacted]3, I encountered an issue. The platform prompted me to enter the tourist license information, but it indicated that the license was already in use and requested only an ID.
Could you please clarify whether I should combine all three suites into a single listing? Additionally, will this configuration allow for separate calendars for each suite? I am also facing difficulty locating my listing with ID [redacted]0 on Trip Advisor.

I made a booking for a trip to Auli through your website, Trip Advisor, scheduled from 14/6/19 to 17/6/19. We paid an advance amount of [redacted] on Trip Advisor and [redacted] via Paytm to Shalabh Rana. An executive named Shalabh Rana informed us about a large-scale wedding of the Gupta brothers and suggested we cancel our trip or choose another destination. We proposed Dalhousie and McLard Ganj, but no payment was processed for this new itinerary.
For the past four days, the executive has been giving excuses, promising payment today and then delaying it to tomorrow. This unreliable behavior reflects poorly on your company. I am giving you a two-day ultimatum; otherwise, I will report this as a cybercrime and file an FIR.
I demand the return of my money promptly.

I had a reservation for the 9 a.m. Turtle Canyon Snorkel Adventure on Tuesday, July 9. Arriving at 8:30, we were informed the boat had a delay and would be 15 minutes late. I recently stayed at the Chelsea Lighthouse vacation rental in Rockport, TX, and had a disappointing experience. The pictures provided were not accurate, and I was unaware that the owner lived underneath the rental. This information should have been disclosed. Now that I have seen the listing again, the pictures are still not portraying an accurate representation of the property. It's important for the owners to be honest about what they are renting out. In my case, knowing about the owner living below would have influenced my decision. Additionally, the lack of a picture of the front of the beach house is misleading. I encountered safety issues due to loose boards on the porch, resulting in an injury. I believe it's essential for rental companies to request pictures showing all angles of the property to avoid misunderstandings like this.

Hello, I made a reservation at Pallor Heritage for 3 double bedrooms from July 12th to July 14th. Upon arrival, I discovered we were only given 2.5 bedrooms. The third room had a cot smaller than a queen-size bed in a tiny room without proper door latches or a latch in the restroom. The bedding provided was dusty and full of insects, triggering severe allergies. Despite wanting to leave immediately, the remote location and poor road conditions convinced us to tough out the night in the other two rooms with 6 of us sharing. We were unable to contact TripAdvisor due to lack of network coverage. I am now seeking a refund for the booking since we were unable to stay at the property after having paid in full without previewing it.

It is crucial for rental owners to provide clear photos of all angles of the property to avoid renters like me ending up in subpar accommodations. Chelsealighthouse's misrepresentation of the property, particularly by not disclosing that she resides underneath the rental, is unacceptable. If this information was transparent, I would have made a different choice. This misleading listing reflects poorly on your booking agency and constitutes fraud. I am inquiring about a recent booking my husband and I made for a day tour in London through Viator. The information provided did not mention that it was a walking tour. It would have been helpful to know the duration between sights and the overall time needed to complete the tour.
Had we been aware that it was a walking tour, we would have chosen a different option. Regrettably, due to mobility issues, I struggled to keep up and enjoy the experience, finding it more painful than pleasurable.
We discovered it was a walking tour only upon arrival at the meeting point when it was communicated to us. While our guide, Toby, was attentive, I couldn't fully participate.

Despite explaining our house rules, there were disruptions including noise disturbances, forcing another family to leave, and smoking activities outside the designated area. I would like to share my experience with a particular business site. Following our post on TA, we involved management in addressing a review that seemed like blackmail and cyber abuse. Despite our efforts, we received no response regarding the disputed review.
The reviewer's claims are unfounded, as we never arranged any services for her underage child due to the lack of adult supervision. We have witnesses who can verify this. It's important to note that minors cannot participate in tours without the necessary consent from a parent or guardian, which we strictly adhere to by only accepting bookings involving adults.
No contract, phone call, or communication was made for any services regarding the individual's child. It is crucial that Trip Advisor contacts us promptly at 1-[redacted] to address this situation.
