On March 21st, my TikTok account @ciaraemily was mistakenly suspended. I believe no community guidelines were violated, and I cannot find any option to appeal the suspension. I kindly request the restoration of my account, as it holds 7 years worth of precious memories. The video I posted before the suspension was work-related and did not breach any guidelines. I can provide the video for reference. I am of the appropriate age to use TikTok, and I am willing to provide proof if necessary. I did not receive any prior warnings regarding my account status. My TikTok account, @Arabellaanicole, is currently locked. Despite multiple attempts to reset the password, I can't proceed past the 2nd verification code due to not having access to the old phone number on my account. I have a new phone number now. I've tried contacting TikTok for help via email, reporting the issue on my page weeks ago, but haven't received any response even after 3-5 days. I do have access to the email linked to my account and just need assistance in restoring my account without the old phone number. Thank you for helping me with this.

I would like to report an account for posting an offensive video on TikTok. The account, which is similar to "Robertcelderone," was previously deleted but has resurfaced. The video in question showed a disturbing statement about a neighbor's house on fire. My friends and family, along with myself, found this content highly offensive. I enjoy many TikTok videos, especially the artistic ones. However, it is important to address harmful content like this. I kindly request for the account to be blocked or deleted to prevent further harm. I hope that necessary actions will be taken to ensure the platform remains a safe space for everyone. I am a 21-year-old user who has been mistakenly banned on TikTok due to my age. Despite providing my ID to prove my age, my account remains inaccessible. I have tried to appeal via the app, but there is no option available, and the system advises trying again later. I have also contacted TikTok support through email and their website, but they keep redirecting me to appeal on the app. I have submitted proof of my age with both my driver's license and passport, along with photos of me holding them. I am facing issues while trying to place advertisements through your platform. When attempting to log in via Shopify, I consistently encounter a "network error" message as displayed in the attached screenshot. I have attempted various login methods including using email/phone and TikTok, but unfortunately, none have been successful. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the TikTok pixel, but the error persists. Additionally, when I try to submit a ticket to address the login problem stated above, I receive an error message stating "invalid account ID," even though I have copied and pasted the ID from my account. I am having trouble accessing my account because the email associated with it is deactivated. Initially, I used someone else's phone number as I didn't have one when I signed up. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in accessing my account through various methods such as other phone numbers, emails, Facebook, and Instagram. My Instagram is visible on TikTok but I am unable to use it without access to my old iCloud account. I am worried about losing my account and the precious memories, like videos of my late dog, associated with it. I've faced issues with TikTok customer support and encountered a potential scam. Last week, during my live session, I unexpectedly got permanently banned from TikTok. I believe some individuals in the comments section were unfairly reporting me. TikTok was my outlet to enhance my mental well-being through product promotions, which also provided me with something positive to anticipate, especially with the upcoming payments I was expecting from collaborations. Now, all my funds are held up in processing, and future payments are at stake. It's distressing not being able to access my earnings. I feel disheartened and overwhelmed by this situation. I discovered a fake account using my pictures without authorization and mentioning my old account name in a video. This situation is distressing me, and I have changed my account name to address it, but the tag still redirects to my profile. I am facing unwarranted targeting due to this issue. I was wrongly suspended from direct messaging. A friend jokingly reported me, leading to a one-month ban. I feel this is unjust since the community guidelines suggest a shorter suspension for such actions. It is my first offense, and I appealed the decision, but it was denied without explanation. I suspect the suspension came from me calling my friend a mild name. Considering the content on the app, this seems excessively harsh. I am an adult, and I am willing to provide proof of my age through ID and passport verification. Despite my efforts to contact TikTok by sending emails and using secondary accounts to submit forms, I have not received a satisfactory response. When I try to appeal through the app, no response is given, and when I email, I am directed to submit forms or appeals through the app, which I can't access due to being locked out.
