I chose to use the creator tool to earn money on TikTok. During the process, the system requested ID verification to ensure my correct birthday. After submitting a photo of my driver's license, I got logged out and prompted to log back in. However, I couldn't proceed past the birthday verification screen due to continuous "server unavailable" messages. I seek assistance to regain access to my account. Good morning, I have been trying for months to unlock my TikTok account "Tato_Dj_And_Dad" without success. My name is Lorenzo Richetto, and I was born on 16/10/[redacted]. I had just started posting some videos with my son Leonardo when my account was blocked due to age limits. I have submitted numerous appeals, including sending my ID document. In my latest appeals, I also attached a PDF with additional explanation and a screenshot from a video where I appeared, but the response was still negative. I offered to provide a phone call or video chat to prove the authenticity of my account, but I keep receiving automated rejections. I don't know what else to do. My TikTok account was hacked last night. I have already changed my password and removed the unauthorized devices from my account. Unfortunately, the hacker deleted many sentimental videos. I am hoping to retrieve my videos soon. Despite my efforts to switch the language settings back to English, my account is now displaying in German.

Mon compte semble avoir des problèmes depuis environ 2 mois. Chaque jour, je remarque des désabonnements et mon contenu ne semble plus être mis en avant dans l'onglet "Pour toi". Seuls mes abonnés interagissent avec mes vidéos, tandis que mes anciennes vidéos sont parfois mises en avant dans cette section.
