I have diligently participated in every queue at the opening for the Eras Tour on May 28th at Metlife Stadium, but unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in securing tickets. Each time I join the queue, my hope for tickets is dashed by bots that swiftly resell them on other platforms at a [redacted]% markup.
Is there a promotional code or any method available to secure two tickets for the Eras Tour tomorrow, even if they come with a somewhat obstructed view? I have exhausted all options and would be grateful for any assistance you can provide.

As a visually impaired individual, I've encountered challenges with Ticketmaster's five-minute time limit for entering ticket purchase information. This short timeframe isn't sufficient for those of us with visual impairments. I'm wondering if there's a way to buy tickets over the phone using the same accommodations, particularly the screen reader option. Could you provide an email address for me to reach out to in order to navigate this process more effectively, given the constraints of the online system? I strongly believe that Ticketmaster should consider extending the time limit to 12 minutes to ensure that all customers, regardless of ability, can comfortably complete the necessary steps to purchase tickets.

Our club purchased group tickets for the River Cats game. The coordinator sent the tickets to my current email address. When I tried to accept them, I used my Ticketmaster email and password, which is different from the email she sent it to, but both are Gmail accounts. I got a [redacted] forbidden error. I clicked on help for more information but got the same message. When I contacted the coordinator, she mentioned that she canceled the previous transfer and reissued the tickets. I received the new tickets to my Ticketmaster Gmail account. When I tried to accept them, I encountered another error, this time a [redacted] forbidden. I need assistance with this issue.

I've been facing difficulties downloading tickets. Ticketmaster has been unhelpful for 5 days. Initially, they said I couldn't transfer tickets using my email. After numerous emails, they suggested using a different email, which didn't resolve the issue. Later, they mentioned needing a separate account on Ticketmaster UK to download the tickets. When I asked for further instructions, they just told me to download the app. I'm frustrated as the event is tomorrow, and I'm unable to fix the problem due to issues with Google Play. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I received an email stating that I had been selected to participate in the Citi Verified Fan Presale for Garth Brooks/Plus ONE at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on July 10, [redacted]. However, I did not receive my unique access code via text. This is the second time this has happened; the same thing occurred with Harry Styles. I do receive other texts, like early AE tickets for the US Open, but never those with my unique codes or links for early sales.

I'm having trouble buying tickets at the Ford Field box office as they directed me to Ticketmaster for purchases. I’m interested in getting accessible seating for the Taylor Swift concert in Detroit. My friend, who is also differently-abled, didn’t get a verification code. Being visually impaired, I rely on a screen reader, which makes navigating the website difficult. I heard tickets go on sale two weeks before the concert. I require three accessible seating tickets for myself, my guide dog, and two friends.

I have been attempting to transfer my purchased tickets to my Ticketmaster account without success. I keep receiving an error message that says "OOPS." I have tickets to see Santana on August 4th and would like a refund for these tickets now.

I am having trouble purchasing 6 tickets for the Counting Crows concert in Charleston, SC on August 2, [redacted]. Once I select the seats and try to checkout or pay, the process does not work. I receive a message prompting me to sign in, which I am already signed in, saying I can't login from my desktop computer running Windows 10, and advising me to come back later. I mistakenly purchased tickets for the Shania Twain concert on June 4, [redacted], in a different section than my friends. They have tickets for the Regular Lawn priced at $[redacted].00, while I bought Sectional Lawn tickets for $[redacted].00 from Ticketmaster.com. After additional fees, the total cost was $[redacted].50. I want to either exchange these tickets for Regular Lawn or receive a refund. I purchased my tickets initially, but when I checked back, the date, seats, and price had changed. I ended up buying new tickets at a higher price for different seats. I need someone to drive me due to medical reasons, and the original two people I had lined up both canceled. I managed to find a replacement, but they just canceled today. The concert is Brandi Carlile on the 9th. This will be the fourth concert I've tried attending without success. While I never requested a refund before, the price of the tickets this time is too high. I would like to ask for a refund for my tickets.

I purchased 5 tickets for Bill Burr at the Total Mortgage Arena in Connecticut for the June 23rd show. I bought them on May 19th and was told they would arrive in 10 to 14 business days by mail. It's now the 14th business day, and they haven't shown up yet. I wasn't given a tracking number or even an email notification that they were sent. I purchased a ticket for Leeds Festival using a payment plan. Unfortunately, due to changes in my family and work situations, I am unable to attend the event. I was browsing the Ticketmaster website for accessible tickets to the Arizona Diamondbacks baseball game on June 15th against Philadelphia at Chase Field. I attempted to buy two tickets yesterday but received a message saying they were already sold. Today, I saw the same tickets as available and tried again, only to get the same outcome. When I tried once more, the message indicated no accessible tickets were left for that date.
