I lost access to my Clash of Clans account while changing my email address. I've been playing the game for the past 6 years and recently decided to alter my email. However, upon disconnecting my old email address, the game started to reload and did not prompt me to input a new email. Now, I am unable to access my old account. I have evidence to prove that the account is mine. The old account was linked to the email - [redacted], and it has a player tag #Y2YGJR2UL, village name Y@§H, Town Hall level 15, and clan name JAI HIND. I have invested a lot of time and money into this account and I am eager to retrieve it. Please assist me at your earliest convenience.

Lost Clash Royale Account Help Needed Name: Aquarius Tag: #29PPQY9J Personal Best Trophies: [redacted] Clan: Ass Kickers On 28th July around 3:00 a.m., my Clash Royale account was compromised. The hacker gained access by hacking into my Gmail account, changed the associated email, added their mobile number, activated account protection, and locked me out. Despite providing all my account details to the Supercell support team and explaining the situation, the automated replies did not help me regain access. I even provided the three recovery codes, but they claimed they were incorrect. I have proof of purchases and details of the devices I have used to login previously, but no one seems to address my concerns. I am desperate to reclaim my account. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am Biagiola Pietro Edoardo, and I have an issue with my Clash of Clans account. On July 31st, a hacker got into my email and changed the email connected to my Supercell ID. While the Clash of Clans game was working fine, the Supercell ID settings showed an unknown email, and I couldn't access it. I reported this issue, but instead of resolving it, it has worsened. Now, my village won't load properly; it only shows a basic one. When loading, it displays "Hi piebi75 level 15" at the top, but the game starts with a basic village setup instead of mine. Clash of Clans is also linked to Google Play, where all achievements are visible, but the game won't load them. The email tied to the Supercell ID has been [redacted] for years, and I'd like it reverted to that. I've made purchases in the past, and I have the invoices tied to that specific email account. Hello, today my Supercell account CƳƘª BlƴaT was stolen. Yesterday, someone in our clan posted a message offering gems. Assuming it was a scam, I ignored it. This morning, I was unable to log in, and the account is in another clan, making me suspicious of hacking. It's during the league war, which is embarrassing. Hello, my account has been attacked and gems were used while I was away. When I tried to log back in, a message appeared saying another device was connected to this village and a new contact was added. Upon clicking the name, a message saying "Player not found" appeared. I took screenshots of my account after this login. I would like to know how to prevent this from happening again. I still have access to the account at the moment. Thank you for your help. I attempted to resolve an issue by deleting my account with the intention of creating a new one. Regrettably, I encountered an "Account Deletion Warning" prompting me to contact Support. However, when I try to do so, I receive an error message stating "Authentication Failed, please try again later." I encounter this issue daily and am unable to proceed with creating a new account or retrieving access to my previous one. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

Today when I logged into Clash of Clans, I noticed that my name had been changed to "haorem ❤️lvl 10" from my usual names like KenTG, KenenTG, or KenenTheGreat. It seems others in my clan might have been affected as well. Upon checking, my Supercell ID was linked to a different email address. After speaking to customer support, they mentioned "suspicious sessions" and locked my account, even though I could still access the game through Game Center with my old name. They requested details like my phone model and a purchase receipt. As I went to search for the receipt, I got logged out of Clash of Clans, and now I can't access my account as the email isn't associated with a Supercell ID. I need to regain access because my Clash Royale progress is tied to it.

My account has been compromised. I stopped playing Clash of Clans approximately two years ago. Recently, I tried to log in again and found that someone has renamed my account and taken away my access. I've had my account for a while but stopped playing and now can't regain access. Despite reaching out to support twice, they suspected I was trying to access an unfamiliar account. However, it is indeed my account, and I've even invested money in gems. I am looking to recover my account. Unfortunately, I don't recall the phone I used, but it may have been a Sony device. The clan associated with the account was "The Big Joint," and my name in the game was Araylius. Each time I've attempted to recover my account, I've been denied due to suspicions of phishing. I can vouch for the authenticity of my ownership, and even the clan members could confirm my identity.

I was going to transfer my account to a trusted individual. However, after providing them with my Supercell ID and recovery codes, they betrayed my trust and changed my old email. As a result, I am unable to access my account anymore. Is there a way to regain access to my account? I believe my account has been compromised. The individuals who accessed it changed the phone number, email, and added Supercell ID security. I have documentation showing the original email and multiple emails proving my ownership. The account was previously linked to my Facebook and Google Play store. When I try to recover it through the automated system, it requests recovery codes which I do not possess.

My two accounts named "bull Game" with the game ID LCYGL28U8 and "bull 2 game" with the game ID LV908JL2C have been hacked. Someone activated account protection and attached a phone number, then stole both accounts using my phone to receive OTP messages simultaneously. I am requesting Supercell to recover my accounts from the hacker and ban the hacker's account. I recently started playing Clash of Clans again and received 1 million gold and elixir for the game's anniversary. Everyone received these gifts, right? I reached town hall 4 and was given 15,[redacted] dark elixir, even though dark elixir isn't available yet. I noticed it in the regular elixir bar, but then it disappeared. Did I still get the 15,[redacted] dark elixir? Is there any transaction record to show me that I obtained it for free like the other anniversary gifts? When dark elixir unlocks, will it still be there? This gift is crucial for my progress, so I need to know if I lost it. Thank you for your assistance.

I have multiple accounts that were lost between September and October [redacted] due to various unfortunate incidents. I am struggling to remember the associated emails for some of these accounts, although I know I made purchases on my Google Play account. The receipts for these purchases only mention "supercell" without specifying which account they belong to. I need assistance in determining which receipt corresponds to which supercell account so I can reconnect with them. The Google Play receipts link provided is not working, and Google was unable to assist me in this matter. The accounts I am trying to recover are Evil Rage #8CRRQPYJU TC=10, Evil Angel #9Y8VGUYVJ TC=8, EvilReaper #PPGG8R88Y TC=7, and EvilHourGlass #9YYPJQ8G TC=8, all under #89UQ00C9 EVIL VIKINGS. These accounts were played on various Android devices in New Hampshire and New York. Unfortunately, the original devices are no longer accessible. There is one more account, EvilTimeBandits #LGLCCUL2, and Evil Minion #PV2P82LU8 TC=3, that I'd like to recover as well.

Buying and selling Clash of Clans accounts is quite popular in the Philippines. Recently, I saw an ad on a Facebook page from a person looking to purchase an account. With more than 10 accounts, I decided to sell one to an individual named Prudencio Austria Lagunzad III. Upon sending my Gmail login details - [redacted] with the password EthanMarvi@[redacted], as agreed, he was supposed to transfer the payment via Gcash. Unfortunately, he changed all the passwords and blocked me on Facebook post-transaction. I am willing to provide our conversation and a valid ID to verify the ownership of the account.

Hello, A few months ago, an online friend requested access to my Clash of Clans account, but I initially declined. However, on his birthday, he insisted on borrowing my account for a few hours. I gave him my Gmail details, only to realize later that he had changed the Supercell email and activated protection, essentially scamming me. Despite my attempts to contact him from another account, he blocked me and refused to return my account, which he is currently using. My Google account was hacked by a hacker who deleted all the data. I reached out to Supercell support and encountered the robot Otto, who continuously denied recovering my Clash of Clans account. We successfully resolved the issue with the help of Clash of Clans customer service by restoring the village.
