Hello Supercell, As the legal owner of this account, I am requesting a username change due to the inclusion of my name in the current username. While I am aware of the free name change option, I used it when I was younger to change my username to the one I currently have, and regret it for privacy reasons. Being under 18, I am unable to purchase gems to change my name as my family is facing financial difficulties. I kindly ask for your assistance in this matter. My account has been compromised due to a lost phone. The hacker accessed my SuperCell ID and Google Play account, rendering me unable to log in. I did not enable protection but am now being asked for recovery codes and phone numbers during the account recovery process. I cherish my account and am desperate to regain access. I have been trying to get assistance for the past two days. I attempted to purchase the diamond package with [redacted] diamonds and a lawnmower. The payment was deducted from my account, but I did not receive the items. I have submitted a screenshot of my receipt. Three different individuals have responded to me with conflicting information. I have been a loyal player on HayDay for over 7 years, and I have heavily invested in my farm. The cost was $13.99, which is the amount I lost. I just want my diamonds and lawnmower. Additionally, I am unable to access the diamond purchasing option in the game since this issue occurred.

Someone took over my Village in Clash of Clans while I was away mourning my mother's passing. After not playing for a few months, I discovered that my email had been changed, and I was removed from my clan. I've been an active player at the maximum level for years and even invested money into the game. Unfortunately, I hadn't updated my phone number, which now makes it impossible to recover my Village. It's disheartening to feel like I'm receiving automated responses when I reach out for help both in-game and via email. Hello, I received a 31-day ban from Brawl Stars for alleged account sharing. However, I would like to clarify that I did not share my account with anyone. I only play the game on my two devices, one of which is at my aunt's house. Additionally, I occasionally use a friend's account for fun, but he has permanently stopped playing and moved abroad. Since I am the sole user of both accounts and no one else has access, I believe this should not be considered account sharing. Hello, I recently tried to log back into my Clash of Clans account. When I tried to connect using my Supercell ID linked to the email [redacted], I was surprised to find that my account has been banned for "attempted theft." However, I have never tried to steal an account, so I do not understand the reason for this permanent ban. I read that it may be due to logging in from multiple devices, which might have happened when I changed my phone. How can I get unbanned?

Hello, my name is William Shelby. Yesterday, I encountered an issue with my bank account where I discovered numerous unauthorized purchases spanning over three years. These transactions were made by my 11-year-old stepson without my consent. I am kindly requesting a refund for these unauthorized transactions either back to my account or by check. I am attempting to recover my other account since I no longer have access to the associated email or the recovery cell number. I was hoping to update my email information, but my contact with Supercell was met with account suspension. I am having issues with my Clash of Clans account. My email was recently compromised, indicating that someone tried to access my account. I promptly transferred the account to a new email. However, when I tried to access it a few hours later, I discovered that the account was locked. The account was kept private and never shared deliberately. It is possible that the multiple devices I use, all of which belong to me and not to friends or relatives, triggered this issue. I have never disclosed my login credentials (email or password). Furthermore, I recently relocated from Canada to India, which may have caused a change in location. Despite this, I am the only one who has accessed the account. My account was hacked. I received a login OTP followed by a Gmail changing OTP, which alarmed me. When I tried to access my game account, I realized I was locked out as the email had been changed. I have all the necessary details about my account, including the phone model I used to create it, the year I started playing, and the initial purchase of the gold pass. Hello, my account was banned indefinitely a while ago. I was hacked or someone else logged into my account. I couldn't access my account anymore. After about an hour, everything seemed fine as the hacker wrote in the clan chat using my account that it was a hacking error and apologized. The hacker had another account in the clan and hacked something. When I logged back into my account, I reported this profile. Shortly after, my account was banned for an unlimited amount of time with the reason given as purchase, transfer, or attempted sale. I have neither sold the account nor attempted to do so. I would appreciate a response.

My cousin passed down their gaming account to me as they no longer play. I've been playing on this account for approximately two months, invested money in gems, and when I tried to log in yesterday, it said the account was disconnected from Supercell. I tried to recover it using my email, input the code sent, but it said the account was not found. Now, I've lost access to the account, and the new player in the clan removed it. Upon trying to recover it again, my account was banned for suspected theft. I'm not stealing; the account is legitimately mine. Initially, the first name I used was "shami" or "amali." I recall using the email address [redacted] Currently, this email is linked to another account, "shamika," which also belongs to me. However, I would like to recover my original "thili #returns" account, as it is a Town Hall 12 upgraded account. My account with the number #8VQ8LLQ8L associated with Kira has been compromised. Initially, it got disconnected from my Supercell ID, then despite recovering it, it got disconnected again and someone else used it. I reached out to Supercell for help, but my account went into a cooldown and eventually got locked. I received a recovery code via email, but the account got disconnected from my email, allowing someone else to access and play it. Despite contacting Supercell multiple times, I still cannot access my account. I am the rightful owner and can provide all necessary details to prove my ownership. I urgently need assistance in recovering my account as it is being used by someone else, and the in-game support has not been able to help me.
