I recently visited my local Subway to pick up dinner for my kids. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience during this visit. While in the drive-thru for 20 minutes without any other cars in line, the staff were unprofessional and used inappropriate language towards me, including being called various derogatory names. Despite trying to address the situation calmly, the worker continued to be disrespectful even in front of my young children. This behavior is unacceptable, and it's disheartening that past complaints to the owner have not been addressed effectively. My experience at Subway was extremely disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and respect shown by the staff.

I bought a Subway Cold Cut Combo on multigrain bread today at around 1 pm for my dinner during my car trip to avoid searching for a restaurant later. I have been a loyal Subway customer for a long time, and I was let down when I found the multigrain bread on my sandwich was dry and hard, indicating it was stale. I didn't ask for it to be toasted, so that's not the cause. The Subway store I visited is located at Fancy Gap, Virginia, connected with the Loves Travel Stop.

I noticed four charges on my account that I didn't authorize. Three were in Kansas City, MO, and one in Kansas City, KS, all dated 10/17/[redacted]. I reside in Lakeland, FL, and haven't visited Kansas City in over two decades. These transactions were made at three different Subway outlets. I attempted to dispute these unauthorized charges by contacting Subway customer service. Unfortunately, their system doesn't allow me to speak with a representative over the phone.

I believe it is essential for a customer to be able to communicate effectively. I recently visited a Subway location and was disappointed by the absence of a ServeSafe certificate, inadequate customer service, and the potential for cross-contamination. My name is Walter Parelius, a former executive chef and food service director with 15 years of experience. I am concerned that the lack of food safety training could result in someone falling ill. Due to these issues, I have decided not to visit Subway again out of fear for my well-being. If I do not receive a response via call or email, I may feel compelled to escalate my concerns to the New Hampshire health department and the USDA to prevent harm to others. I am here to express a significant complaint regarding my recent experiences at Subway. I have noticed a decline in quality over the past five years that has deterred my patronage. The escalating prices coupled with the ability to create more sandwiches at home for the same cost have been disappointing. Seeing Meagan Rapinoe as the spokesperson, especially after her controversial statements, further soured my opinion of Subway. Despite trying to give the app a chance due to a BOGO deal, it continually fails to work, causing frustration. Issues with purchasing gift cards for my grandkids also arose, as the activation process was not straightforward, leading to delays and confusion. The lack of efficient service and proper training for employees has resulted in missed rewards and deals, making me reconsider my loyalty to Subway.

Hello, I reside on the Isle of Man where we have a Subway located inside our Shop Rite supermarket on a franchise basis. News has surfaced that Tesco has acquired the Shop Rite stores and reports suggest that the Subway on the island will be closing down. The community is saddened by the potential loss of our Subway, given its popularity here. I am seeking information about the possibility of Subway opening a standalone location on the island. It would be greatly appreciated if we could retain Subway in our area. Thank you.

I ordered a sandwich through the app, but when I arrived at the store, they had run out of the grilled chicken I requested. I asked for a refund, and after some waiting, was told it would be processed back to my card. However, I have not received the refund yet. I called the restaurant yesterday to follow up, but was told the manager would call me back, which hasn't happened. I just want to either receive my refund or collect the sandwich I couldn't get that night. As of now, I paid for a sandwich and received nothing.

I utilized the app to schedule a pickup order. However, during payment, I encountered a generic digital error. The app instructed me to re-enter the order, which I did, and it was successfully submitted for pickup.
There seems to be a problem as I was charged for the initial order that had the app issue and did not reach the restaurant, in addition to being charged for the order I re-entered, Order #CAB371FF-9C. I have been double-charged for the same order.
I am requesting a refund for the duplicate charge.

Today, I ordered from Subway for delivery due to my husband's surgery recovery. However, the order received from Doordash was incorrect. I was instructed to contact Doordash for a refund, but I find it unacceptable as I paid Subway directly. The manager at the Newberry Rd, Gainesville location was too busy to address the issue promptly. I kindly request assistance in rectifying this matter as the gift card was meant to assist during a challenging time. Thank you.

This morning, I tried to order breakfast for my wife and myself. The first attempt on the website failed, and despite the order not going through, I was charged $30. Unaware of the charge, I then tried using the app but encountered a glitch, leading to another unsuccessful order. A DoorDash driver even arrived at the store, only to find no order placed. Once again, I was charged $27 for an order that never reached me.

It's frustrating that there is no clear phone number for complaints or live chat available. Today at a Subway in San Leandro, CA, the order was incorrect and contained mayo which the customer is allergic to. The staff member did not want to remake the sandwich and asked the customer to wait until they were off break to speak. This experience has soured our regular visits to Subway, and we won't be returning due to the serious issue of putting allergens in a sandwich. We plan to reach out to the BBB to report this incident.

Today, I visited Subway and ordered an Italian sub and a garden salad. Unfortunately, the tomatoes were in poor condition, shriveled up and floating in juice. The lettuce was brown and dry, resulting in a disappointing salad with brown lettuce and cucumbers due to the lack of other fresh ingredients. Normally, I shop at Walmart in Connellsville, and I usually make a point to stop at Subway while I'm there. This experience left me feeling upset and let down, making me question whether I will return in the future. This is the first time I have encountered such issues at this Subway branch. The Subway located at 80th & Kipling in Arvada, CO is the most convenient for us, only 30 minutes from our house. We were extremely disappointed after driving an hour home to find out that our order was incorrect. I attempted to call the store, but nobody answered. Trying to file a complaint online was also unsuccessful as the restaurant number was not on my receipt, and my search only yielded the store's phone number. My order number was EA6386C1-04, placed on 11/4 for a 6:15 pm pickup.

I had a concerning experience at the Subway in Bathgate, Scotland. A worker was being demeaning to a girl working with him, which seemed like bullying. He called her names and she appeared visibly distressed. Despite the lack of customers and available seating, she was not allowed to sit down. This incident occurred around 4:30 PM with few people present. The behavior was unacceptable, and it's not the first time I've witnessed such conduct at this location. The worker had long hair and was approximately 5.5ft tall. It's disheartening to see young employees treated this way.

I placed an order for 2 subs through the Subway app with delivery selected. Despite being charged on my card, I never received my order. Upon calling Subway, the individual I spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful, even laughing when I explained the situation. He admitted to preparing one of the subs but claimed he couldn't make the second due to a lack of appropriate bread. I am primarily seeking a refund for the undelivered items.

I made an online order through your app on 11-4-23 at the Wolf Lake, Michigan location. My order number is #755EE6E8-AA. Following the order placement, I got a confirmation email. Despite arriving for the 3:30 pick-up time, I discovered they were closed that day due to a bread shortage. Strangely, I was charged $12.59 on my card even though I didn't receive the items. Yesterday at 7:09 P.M., I visited Subway #[redacted] located at [redacted] Fredericksburg Rd. in San Antonio, Texas [redacted]. The store's phone number is [redacted]. The server who assisted me was identified as [redacted], and the date was 11/06/[redacted]. I was ordering a sandwich for my brother, who recently suffered a stroke, and had him on speakerphone to convey his preferences. While the server was fine, I encountered an issue with the Manager named Rob. He rudely shouted at me, insisting they do not take orders from customers on the phone. Despite explaining the situation about my brother, Rob continued to yell and act inappropriately. As a senior citizen with experience in customer service, I found his behavior disrespectful and unprofessional. I believe it's unacceptable for your company to have managers like Rob representing your brand. This incident occurred when I simply wanted to buy my unwell brother a sandwich from his favorite restaurant.

I received a $25 Subway gift card as a Christmas gift on 12/25/22 and attempted to use it on 11/7/23. Unfortunately, when I tried to scan the gift card at the Subway facility, it was not accepted. The card was still intact with its green Subway hanger and had never been used before. The manager at the East Providence, RI Warren Ave Subway store suggested I reach out to Subway at 1-[redacted] as the card may not have been activated when it was initially purchased. During my visit to the Subway on Peterscreek Parkway in Winston Salem, I encountered some issues. When I arrived, there were only four employees working and I was informed that the line for to-go orders was not operational. The situation escalated when the young African-American manager stopped making customer orders to prepare her own food as she had not eaten lunch yet. She then proceeded to discuss her upcoming week off and delegation of work in front of customers, which seemed unprofessional. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed that there were no pending orders, which left me puzzled as to why the drive-through was closed. The lack of communication and efficiency was disappointing.

I made an order through the app tonight (Nov 9, [redacted]). After payment, I received a confirmation email with a pickup time of 10:40 at the Subway on North Cedar Bluff Road in Knox, TN. Upon arrival, I found the Subway closed. After calling, an employee came out and mentioned they were closed and had no record of my order. I am upset because not only did I not receive my food, but I was also charged almost $18 by the app! I am requesting a refund. Additionally, it appears that every Subway location closes much earlier than the online hours listed. This situation is incredibly frustrating.
