I am currently at Subway in Malad, Rani Sati Marg outlet. The counter staff here are struggling to manage the long line of customers, which led to a heated argument between another customer and me. Surprisingly, even the manager, Imran, was not available to answer calls or assist with customer inquiries while on duty. My son requested a glass of water, but they were unable to provide any. I recently ordered two sandwiches from Subway in Yakima, WA. Unfortunately, the order was not correct; one sandwich was supposed to come with the "make it a meal deal" which should include drinks and chips that were missing. The second sandwich was soggy, indicating it might have been sitting for a while. I attempted to contact the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered. I kindly request a refund for the missing drinks and chips.

I am having issues with the store number on your system, despite checking with the store directly. I visited a Subway location to inquire about ordering sandwiches for a 28 member Volleyball Team next week. The experience was unprofessional as I tried to get pricing for 11 Turkey, 12 Ham, and 6 Veggie sandwiches with specific toppings. The manager handed me a catering sheet that did not meet my needs, insisting on platters or a 3ft long option when I simply wanted sandwich prices. Feeling disregarded, I decided not to proceed with the order and left. The lack of customer service displayed during the interaction was disappointing as I was the only customer present. I believe better training in customer care is necessary, especially for managers. I will not return to this Subway location due to the offensive encounter. Subsequently, I hope Subway addresses the training of its staff to enhance their customer service skills.

For the past few years, my card keeps getting declined due to an "Invalid" "Number" error. I've tried getting a new card, creating a new account, and even using a different email, but nothing has resolved the issue.
Suggestions for Subway:
1. Address long-standing software issues in the app and mobile website
2. Include a bug report feature in the Subway app
3. Provide a contact email or phone number for customer feedback.

I recently used the Subway app to place an order for pickup. After the payment was processed, Subway claimed they had neither received my money nor my order. My card issuer confirmed that the money was indeed debited. Upon contacting the store, the manager advised me to have my card issuer contact them, which wasn't possible. When I followed up with Subway, they went as far as threatening to involve the police if I attempted to show evidence of payment at the store. In response, I contacted law enforcement. Now, I've been directed to reach out to corporate, but my only option seems to be sending an email.

I placed an order for a meal on Subway.com, totaling just over $21 after fees, for delivery. I received a confirmation email and my account was charged. However, at the scheduled delivery time, I was informed that the store had canceled my order with no explanation. I contacted the store to seek a refund, as I was not responsible for the cancellation, but the employee was unhelpful and refused to assist me. I made a $21 order on subway.com for delivery. I received a confirmation email promising my sandwich by 2:51 PM, but at that time, I was informed the order was canceled. After contacting the store, the employee was unhelpful, attributing the issue to DoorDash despite the order being made on Subway's website. I am disappointed by this customer service as a loyal Subway patron. I request a prompt refund of my payment and fees.

I have a Subway gift card that I've tried to use at two different Subway locations. However, at both places, I was informed that the balance is zero. This is incorrect because I have not used the card since my daughter gave it to me. Upon checking the balance on Subway.com, it still shows the original $30.00 balance. I would appreciate any advice on how to resolve this issue so I can use the card in the future, especially since I am currently unemployed and the balance would be helpful for me.

I want to report a concerning situation at [redacted] Hopgood Road in Fairview, TN. The individuals managing the establishment have their child, who has a runny nose, assisting at the ice machine with dirty hands. They are working in pajamas, and one of them, presumably their husband or boyfriend, is coughing without covering his mouth and has unkempt hair and a shaggy beard. This person doesn't seem to be an employee. Additionally, the staff members leave the area unattended to smoke and return without washing their hands. It is a rather unsanitary environment. If no action is taken, I will have to contact the health department.

I placed an order for two footlongs, totaling $19. The Doordash driver supposedly picked up my order and was en route to my location. However, after waiting outside for them, no one arrived. The Subway app then mentioned that the order was returned to the store, citing difficulty locating my door. Despite this, I was charged for the undelivered order. I haven't received a refund yet, and I simply want my money back as I am no longer interested in the food.

I ordered Subway through the Subway app. Normally, I receive a text when my order is ready and on the way via DoorDash. This time, I did not receive a text message, and the app shows the food as delivered, but I never got it. Today, I met my husband at Subway for lunch. He works for the City of Frisco and has a strict 30-minute lunch break. Unfortunately, when we received his order, his sandwich was incorrect. I attempted to call the store, but nobody answered, so I had to drive back. Upon returning, I requested a replacement to bring to my husband at work, but they insisted I retrieve the original sandwich first. This caused me to be late for work. I keep receiving calls and texts from Subway for orders that are not mine. This has been happening for over a year and it needs to stop. Please remove my number, [redacted], from McKenzie's orders as it is not hers but mine. The texts have become harassing, and I do not want to be bothered with these calls or orders anymore. I am currently at Delhi T2 airport and the service here is extremely disappointing. The so-called hot sellers you offer are inadequate, with only 3 to 4 strands of capsicum included. I do not like onions, so I did not add them, but expecting customers to eat just dry bread, chicken, and capsicum is unreasonable. Furthermore, when I ordered meatballs, the staff insisted I eat it at the location even though I requested it to be packed to go. This lack of a takeaway system from such a prominent brand like Subway is misleading. I feel like the over [redacted] Rs I paid is a waste due to this poor service. It is frustrating that Subway cannot provide simple takeaway options for customers.

I made a purchase for $28.24 on September 26, [redacted]. I did not receive an email confirmation, and when I went to pick up the order, the store did not have any record of it. I noticed my credit card was charged for the full amount. I have been unable to find a way to contact their customer support. I have sent three emails but have not received any response. On September 24th, I purchased a 6-inch combo using a coupon that did not work. The employee shared that sometimes coupons do not work, so I ended up paying full price despite my hesitation. Upon returning home, I noticed that I was charged for 12-inch subs instead. I felt overcharged, and it seemed like the employee did not value me as a customer. I suspect the coupon issue stemmed from the wrong item being inputted as a 12-inch sub. All I am looking for is a simple apology from someone.

I am reaching out to address a negative experience my family had at the Subway located at [redacted] Dundas St in London, Ontario, Subway#[redacted]-0. As a loyal customer, I have always enjoyed visiting Subway, but lately, the service at this particular location has been disappointing. The behavior of the staff, particularly an employee named Sambhav, has been consistently rude and unprofessional. It is evident that Sambhav may not fully understand the workings of Subway or perhaps lacks the motivation to perform his duties efficiently.
Despite Sambhav's behavior, we remained patient and did not engage with him. Other customers witnessed his unprofessionalism, further adding to our discomfort. We did not demand expedited service and would have appreciated a simple acknowledgment if there was a delay. I hope that the necessary measures will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. Following my complaint on the review page, I only received an automated response from the owner, though I am uncertain of their actual role in the establishment.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Subway. After making an online order with my debit card for a footlong sandwich at a 50 percent discount, the money was deducted from my account and transferred to a gift card which I cannot use.
