I received an email from StubHub last night at 2:00 a.m. notifying me of a payment method change on my account. As I did not make this change, I called them promptly at 9:15 a.m. this morning. Unfortunately, there was no email provided for contact, so I dialed the listed phone number. Despite the lack of a security support option, I selected the closest one. After attempting to connect to a representative by pressing zeros, the call disconnected, and now I have been on hold for 30 minutes. The system repeatedly states that my call will be de-prioritized unless my event is imminent. I was only calling to address a security concern, not an event issue. I tried to remove the payment methods from my account online but discovered it is only possible by calling, leading back to the same unresponsive number. Additionally, I found that my PayPal account was linked to StubHub without my intentional action. Overall, it has been a frustrating experience trying to contact StubHub promptly regarding a security alert they sent me while my security concern remains unresolved.

I am disappointed with the service provided by Stubhub on September 24th for the Hall and Oats concert. The three tickets I purchased for $[redacted] were sold to someone else, causing my friends and I to miss the event. I seek an explanation for this situation as Hall and Oats are one of my favorite bands, and missing the concert was very disappointing. I refuse to pay to speak with customer service and demand to speak with the company's president. I expect a refund of $[redacted] promptly and believe I am owed tickets to another concert. I will be sharing my negative experience with Stubhub and advising others against using their services.

I have been unsuccessful reaching the phone service and hope for better luck via email. I purchased Harry Styles tickets for the Nashville show on December 29th, [redacted]. The event was rescheduled to October 1st, and the charges remain on my credit card. I cannot locate the email or text message with the tickets, but I recall receiving it. Can I please have the email resent or text message sent to ([redacted])-[redacted]? I tried logging into my account without success and had to create a new password for [redacted], which makes me think I checked out as a guest. If not under that email, it could be under [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you.

Order Number: [redacted]96 I purchased 4 Luke Combs tickets for a total of $[redacted].21 on April 29th, [redacted], for the event at the Fed-Ex Forum on 11/20/[redacted]. Despite being notified that the tickets were transferred, I never received them. After numerous attempts and even creating a new Ticketmaster account as advised, I still haven't received the tickets. I was informed that the seller can only transfer the tickets on November 14th after contacting online moderators multiple times. It's frustrating to see other retail sites like STUBHUB offering mobile transfer tickets while I'm still waiting. Spending over 7 hours on hold and being hung up on three times is disheartening. I hope the tickets will be ready as promised, but the experience has been quite stressful, especially considering these tickets were a gift.

I purchased tickets for Los Lobos in Portland on 11/13 at 8 p.m. from StubHub. However, I received tickets for a concert in Tacoma, WA, also on 11/13 at 8 p.m. After being on hold for over an hour, I was informed that I would receive a response within 24 to 48 hours, but I have not heard back even after 48 hours. StubHub is still advertising both the Portland and Tacoma concerts for the same date and time. I would like a prompt resolution to either secure tickets for the Sunday night concert on 11/14 at 8 p.m. or a refund if no tickets are available. Despite my attempt to contact them at their [redacted] number, I have been unsuccessful. I expressed my preference for the Sunday concert, even though the tickets are pricier, but StubHub said they would update me within 24 to 48 hours, which they failed to do.

I filled out all the necessary details to list my Notre Dame football tickets for sale. Yet, I encountered a problem confirming my bank account number for direct deposit. I am seeking assistance from StubHub to verify my bank account information so I can proceed. I understand that my StubHub account may not be active until all the required details are confirmed. This is my initial experience using this platform. I have season tickets for Notre Dame Football but unfortunately won't be able to attend any games from this upcoming weekend until the end of the season.

I had sold my tickets for the Styx Concert at Ironstone in Murphys, CA through Stubhub.com. They made a profit of over $90 from the sale. However, before transferring the money to my account a week later, they charged me $[redacted] without my authorization. The charge had no explanation or identification, which is concerning. I believe this is fraudulent behavior. I've spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue but faced technical difficulties during the call which made it hard to communicate with the customer service representative. Additionally, their email address seems invalid as my emails keep getting returned. I'm eager to have my $[redacted] refunded promptly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am seeking a refund or credit for Rolling Stones concert tickets I purchased. The original date was June [redacted], then rescheduled to 10/1/21. Despite the show being on Monday, I have not received the tickets. I have tried contacting StubHub for assistance but was on hold for 3 hours with no success. Numerous attempts via social media have also gone unanswered. This situation has left me out of over $[redacted] with no tickets and unable to attend due to an upcoming surgery. I am frustrated with the lack of response and resolution from StubHub. Your prompt help is greatly appreciated.

We purchased 4 tickets for order#[redacted]44 at 6:41 but had trouble getting into the concert as it started before we were able to enter, finally getting assistance at Xcel Center at 8:30. When we contacted customer service, we encountered long wait times and struggled to access the tickets. Despite buying seats on the floor in the 4th row totaling over $[redacted], we faced difficulties with the ticket transfer process through LaneOne, a platform we weren't familiar with. Setting up an account with LaneOne did not immediately resolve the issue of accessing the tickets on our phones, causing frustration for all four of us. While I've had positive experiences using StubHub for Twins tickets before and appreciate last-minute deals, this recent concert experience raises concerns about the ticket-buying process and prompt entry to events.

I had listed tickets for sale on StubHub, but changed my mind. Although I canceled the sale before sending the tickets to the buyer, StubHub charged $[redacted] to my account, claiming it was to retrieve the payment issued. However, I never received any payment for the tickets in my bank account. The charge also exceeds the selling price of the tickets. I simply want a refund for the unauthorized charge, as I did not complete the transaction by sending the tickets to the buyer.

Order #[redacted]91: I sold 4 tickets for the Pittsburgh vs. Green Bay game on 10/3/21 for $[redacted] each on SH. I requested to split them into sets of two. After selling two tickets, I was supposed to receive $[redacted].50, but my other listing for seats 16 & 17 disappeared from SH. I couldn't contact customer support despite waiting on hold for over an hour. Checking my Green Bay Packers account, only seats 14 & 15 were marked as sold, not 16 & 17. With less than a day left to sell the remaining tickets, I had to use Ticketmaster, which sold them. Now, SH is penalizing me $[redacted] with a "CTS Penalty" (Ref #[redacted]4). I shouldn't be charged extra for a situation out of my control.

I am struggling to connect with an agent for months now. Today, despite several attempts, I have not been able to reach anyone after being promised a callback. This has taken up a significant amount of my time. I am trying to resolve an issue with Taylor Swift concert tickets, relating to a refund option email I received earlier. I have been unsuccessful in reaching out before the deadline. I need this resolved promptly so I can utilize the refund for tickets I plan to purchase for an upcoming game and concert. Your service has always been excellent, but the current situation is frustrating as I cannot get through to anyone. I had a similarly lengthy wait last week where I eventually had to disconnect. Please assist me as soon as possible.

I bought tickets for the Georgia/Auburn game on October 9 with Order Number [redacted]5. The tickets were purchased on September 23. I was notified on Wednesday evening that the tickets were ready and needed to "Accept" them on the site where I made the purchase. I followed the Accept instructions, but it didn't work. When I contacted the ticket source (University of Georgia Ticket Office), they mentioned they couldn't transfer the tickets as they had already sent the bar codes to Auburn University. My son and his friend are heading to Auburn tomorrow. I tried reaching out to StubHub twice, waiting on hold for about an hour each time, only to be disconnected before speaking to a person. What should I do?

My listing got deleted and now I'm unable to relist it. When I try, I'm informed that the barcodes are already in use for a listing, but I can't find my listing at all. A StubHub representative acknowledged the issue, but there's no resolution yet. I received an email from StubHub on Thursday, October 7th. The event is happening this Sunday. Hi Jerry, I wanted to update you on our findings. It appears there are some complications with directly releasing/unlocking these barcodes. I will escalate this matter to our Integrations Department for further investigation and unlocking of the barcodes. Unfortunately, their department is currently closed, or we would have resolved this promptly. I have marked this as urgent, and they will begin working on it immediately. However, I've yet to receive a resolution, and I can't list new tickets because the barcodes are still in the system. The game is on Sunday, so I urgently need to list the tickets. I encountered a technical issue while listing my tickets on the website, causing them to appear twice without my knowledge. I was unable to see the duplicate listings or edit them before they were sold. Since this was a website glitch and not my mistake, I believe I should not be charged a cancellation fee. I have informed the second buyer that I do not have the tickets for them and have already transferred them to the first buyer. Please refund the second buyer in full. Thank you, J. Kleinknecht
