If you placed an order on Stubhub, check to ensure that it went through. If your order was not completed, you won't receive your items. If you are not sure that your order went through, check for order confirmation in your email.

You may fail to find it if you have more than one Stubhub account. If so, go to the option 'My Tickets' and then 'Orders' for each account. You should also check if you bought your tickets as a guest.

Tracking Your Stubhub Order

If you have not received your order on Stubhub, you can track it. You won't be able to track your order until it has been confirmed. You may have to wait up to one hour. To check your order delivery status, go to the option 'My Account' and then 'Purchases.' Your status may be shown as;

1. Purchases

This status shows that your order has already been confirmed and is waiting to be delivered. If you see this status, your order will soon be delivered to your address. The date on your listing shows when you will receive your order. Check the shipment's tracking information through 'View detail' to check the progress of your delivery.

If you requested a local address, the seller won't be able to send your tickets until you have listed an address in the city of the event.

2. In Transit

This status shows that your ticket is being shipped to your address. You can use the tracking information of the shipment to find out where your tickets are.

3. Pickup

According to this status, your order is ready for pickup. A representative will reach out to you and discuss your delivery.

4. LMS Pickup

Navigate to the option 'My Account' and then 'Purchases for LMS pickup details.' You should find your ticket on the date and time in the listing.

5. Delivered

According to this order, your order was already delivered.

How Will Your Ticket Be Delivered?

Stubhub shows you how your tickets are going to be delivered and when you will get them. If your tickets are;

1. Mobile Transfer

You will receive an email with instructions that may help you get your ticket. If you have any trouble accessing your mobile ticket, you may seek help from the customer support team.

2. Mobile Ticket

On the StubHub app, you can view your tickets and scan them at an event

3. Flash Seats (AXS)

You will receive an email with instructions to get your tickets. You can use the email address associated with your Stubhub to set up a Flash Seat account.

4. Instant Download

With this option, your ticket will be ready in a few minutes. In rare cases, it may take up to an hour. Click on the option 'Get Tickets' to view them.

5. UPS

If you choose this option, your order will be delivered to the address you chose. When it is in transit, you will receive an email notification. You can monitor your shipment using your tracking number.

6. Pickup

With this option, you can pick up your ticket on the day of the event. Click on the option 'View pick up details' on your order info.
