For the past two weeks, I've been inquiring about my payments but the dates keep changing from the 18th to the 20th. Peloton insists that my account is fine, but my payouts haven't shown up. Despite sending multiple snapshots and all required information, they remain unhelpful and keep asking me to wait. It's frustrating and I feel unheard. I urgently need my money and it's becoming impossible to reach anyone for assistance.

A business owner who uses Stripe recently had 3 fraudulent transactions reported incorrectly, resulting in a strike against their business. The business is now facing threats of legal action and seeks reinstatement. The fraudulent transactions were initiated by a client who mistakenly started an investigation with their bank and received a refund as they did not recognize the transactions. The refund issued before shipping has put my business in a tough spot, as it will result in a significant waste of materials already used for the products. I've set up a Stripe account and provided all the requested information. However, I'm encountering an issue in the "management and ownership" section where it asks for address confirmation. Despite submitting my banking information, which includes my address and name, multiple times, I can't seem to complete the account opening process due to the confirmation method not working.

I made an error when entering my email while setting up my new account. The verification email was sent to this incorrect address, which I have not received. Whenever I try to restart the process, it still prompts me to verify using the incorrect email. I need assistance in restarting the process and inputting the correct email address. How can I rectify this issue?

I accidentally processed a payment through Efptos as a Token, but it showed up on the guest's account as a Stripe payment on December 19th. I corrected this error by reversing the payment on December 27th and recording it correctly as an Efptos transaction. I can confirm that the refund was processed in our Stripe account. I would appreciate clarification on whether the refund means the money successfully returned to the guest's account. The guest's name is Bryan Robertson.
