I, Charlene J., have a Stripe Account for my business and need assistance with a refund issue. An amount of $[redacted].00 was paid to Alcove from my personal account, which I later disputed but canceled after Alcove clarified the charges. Despite attempts by Alcove to return the money to my account, they claim it couldn't be done as the cards were canceled. Now, Alcove insists that I repay the amount. After discovering Alcove uses a Stripe Account, they mentioned that Stripe is responsible for refunding the money. Could you please help by refunding the $[redacted].00 to my business account? I recently received an email asking me to verify my bank account details, although they have not changed in the last 12 years. Upon attempting to reverify, I encountered an error message stating that the bank account could not be verified due to a transaction issue. After contacting my bank, it was revealed that they mistakenly declined a payment. Upon trying to log back in, I discovered that my account was associated with the wrong email address, causing a mismatch between my Stripe and Express accounts. Despite several attempts to resolve this through customer service, there has been a significant delay in correcting the email address associated with my account. This has resulted in a week-long delay in receiving business funds, wasted time requesting assistance, and dealing with incomplete responses from different support agents. The inefficiency in resolving this issue has impacted my ability to make payments and attend to other important matters.

I recently learned that my password on my Stripe account was changed, and the two-step authentication was set to someone else's phone. Despite providing verification details and my license copy, I couldn't resolve the issue with their support team. I didn't receive the email to reset my password either. Since the account has been inactive since [redacted], I would like to close it. I requested to speak with a manager via email, but haven't had a follow-up for two days. Moore, who has recently passed away. I have the necessary documentation. Other users with "view only" access are Deacon E.C. Phillips and Assistant Pastor V.H. Upon agreeing to the refund, Stripe flagged the charges as potentially unauthorized. The client attempted to contact your customer service but was unable to locate a direct phone number.
I have completed the selfie verification process as requested by Stripe, but my account has been closed. I urge Stripe to directly contact the client for verification, as they have the necessary email and contact information on file. The client has confirmed the error was not fraudulent and has assured me that once the funds are returned, they will be promptly refunded.

When I first opened my account, I had my ID with me. Unfortunately, I have since misplaced it. I have ordered a new one, but I'm worried it won't arrive before the verification deadline. I do have my bank statements, bank card, photos of my ID, and temporary ID documentation from the DMV. Is there a possibility to use any of these to verify my account before it faces deactivation?

I recently relocated from Canada to Ireland. When setting up my Kick.com account, I used my Canadian address and phone number. Now in Ireland, I tried to enable subscriptions but cannot receive the code as it's being sent to my old Canadian number. Stripe advised me to update my information. However, when I tried to do this, it stated "Some of our records didn't match," even though I never had a Stripe account. I simply need to change my phone number to my new Irish number to activate subscriptions. I appreciate any assistance in updating my contact information. Thank you.

I paid $[redacted] to the Taverna Collection automobile shop and was promised a refund within 24 to 48 hours. It's been over two weeks now, and I have not received the refund. The Taverna Collection shop is not providing me with any information or answering the phone. Stripe collected the payment for them, and they are the ones responsible for the refund. I am frustrated and want my $[redacted] back. I need to speak to a person to get an update on my refund status.

After logging into our account today, we noticed a message on the first page stating:
"Reply directly from your inbox. In order to restore your account’s ability to make charges, please check your email for next steps or reach out to our support team."
We have not received any emails related to this issue in our inbox yet. Our daily platform payments have been halted, and we are unsure about the cause. Thank you all for your assistance.

I made a purchase from Inventy Inc. but have not yet received the product. I have tried contacting them via email but have not received a response, and the phone number provided is not answered. The transaction appears on my bank statement, with Stripe listed as the third party involved. Tomorrow, I plan to open a dispute with my bank concerning this issue and would also like to open a dispute with Stripe. We use Squarespace for our website and have products set up with different Print on Demand companies. Once we receive payments on Squarespace, the funds are deposited into our Stripe account, which is later transferred to our bank account monthly. Currently, we are charged by the Print on Demand companies directly from our bank account. To streamline this process, we are considering obtaining a debit card linked to our Stripe account. This way, the Print on Demand companies can deduct payments directly from our Stripe account once we receive funds from our Squarespace sales.

I am having difficulties making payments to merchants using Stripe. When attempting to pay with a credit card, the transaction is consistently declined, despite verifying with my credit card company multiple times that they are not receiving the payment requests. Even when using a debit card, after approving the transaction with my bank, Stripe still reports the card as declined. I urgently need to make a payment to Fosse Data Systems (FDS) today. Any assistance on identifying and resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
